There was really not much to be said or done right now in his position in the kingdom. It was morning and those who were roaming about weren't exactly doing much. Victor had been one of the few to wake up first. Getting up before the day breaks is the utmost importance to him. His decision to be up this early meant he could spend some time down at the local establishment where all creatures of the dark typically reside. He arrived at this place only ten minutes after it opened and he sat so easily at the bar.
Victor placed his sword against the stool he resided on before collapsing both hands over one another. He looked to the bartender, smiled before exhaling slowly. "A plus, please." His words carried a soft tone that echoed towards the female who went to grab a bottle of liquid that was suited for his need. It was thick, red and potent to the smell but lovely to those who enjoyed it's taste.
When handed the glass that was poured for him, he brought it up to his lips, savored the taste then downed the sustenance before asking for another. Each time he did this, he gave a silver coin then another and another. Clenching his thirst for blood was no easy task but the expenses meant nothing to the lieutenant. He could ask for this to be free but then this place would go out of business and there wouldn't be anywhere else he could relax. Unless he counts his chambers that is.
He remained cozied up on the stool as the morning pressed on at a moderate pace.

❋*┉༝✧ { Jin had opened the door to the establishment, Letting the girl and her father in first before going and taking a seat with them. He did not notice the Lieutenant just yet, though he didn't want to talk to him for long if needed. He was on a date and he was intending to make it a good one.
He had ordered himself just a nice mug of ale. Still thinking as to what he wanted to eat. He had the urge to order something spicy though, perhaps a seasoned chicken sandwich of some kind.
"The chefs here get their livestock fresh. So all the meat is pretty tasty." He informed them. "They have alot of good stuff on their menus."

Adron and Fletcher entered the establishment. The bright child that never quite fit in with the dark skipped to an open table, choosing the seat closest to the wall. It was a habit her father had drilled into her. With her between him and the wall, she was safest from whatever scum might be slinking around, ready to snatch the girl that clearly showed her partial Elven lineage. Once seated, Adron ordered a mug of ale for himself, as well, and a glass of milk for Fletcher. "Hmmm, something with beef sounds pretty good," Adron mused. "I want some chicken," Fletcher told her father, and then added, "And then some strawberry cake." Adron chuckled and pat her head. "Of course, princess." Adron ordered beef stew for himself and some sliced chicken breast with veggies for Fletcher, with cake to come after the trio had finished their main meal.
"So what sort of 'mission' ya got after this?" Adron questioned to make talk before their food arrived.

Then ordered what he decided on before settling in some more. He was sure the little girl would fall in love with the cakes soon enough.
"Well, You know my profession. Her majesty asked me to..." His eyes went Fletcher, choosing his words carefully. "... Arrange a playdate, via the information you gave me." He explained to him as the drinks were brought to them. He taking his mug and giving it a sip.

Adron took a sip of his ale. It was a good brew, with just the perfect touch of sweetness. Fletcher downed half her glass of milk in a matter of seconds. "Hey, slow down. you'll choke," her father warned her. The half-demon looked back to Jin. "For the Queen, huh. She's sending quite the message now, isn't she?"
Fletcher seemed oblivious to what the two men were talking about, instead taking to fogging up the window beside her with her breath and drawing rune-like symbols upon the glass until the food arrived.

As their food arrived, he had taken a bite of his meat. "So, How's business been? I often wonder how and where you get your information, but I will not pry."

Adron's ears perked up (figuratively). "The eldest prince you say? I hadn't heard of this yet," the half-demon confessed. It seemed like an interesting tidbit and wondered how he hadn't heard, but it also seemed like something that the 'higher ups' would want to keep under wraps. He made a note to find out more about this later, mostly to sate his own curiosity.
Adron grinned when asked about his methods. Dying to see how the yuki-onna would react, he answered, "Oh, sometimes I trade information, sometimes I hear it walking down the street. But...the best merchandise usually is offered up as small talk during dates. Just. Like. This." He grinned mischievously as he emphasized each word. He hoped to make the other demon jealous, knowing how much he favored Adron.

"Tch. I bet they don't know the true meaning of an actual date even if it bit them in the a**." He mumbled. Feeling the twitch under his fingers. "Atleast I'm being polite enough to ask you on a second one, if you so wish?" He asked of him. "I'd like to do this again when I don't have a job right after... Which I'll have to depart for mine really soon, which really puts gloom on my mood."

Fletcher had already dug into her meal, even obediently eating her veggies, which wasn't hard as the chef seemed to know how to cook them just right. Adron took a slow bite of his food, enjoying the other demon's change of expression most, though. "Hm," the half-demon hummed amusedly. "Possibly." His lips curled into a smile at Jin's request. "You would honor me, a humble informant, with another date? I don't have any place to refuse such a gracious offer." Beside the half-demon, Fletcher gave a soft and happy hum of approval, chomping away on a slice of cake that had arrived.

Though it seemed time was running out, soon the informant's location of the elves would be lost. "I deeply apologize and I do hope you enjoyed your meal, but the thing I came to you originally for has to be done, Her Highness can be ... tempermental." He told him. "But when I return, we can definitely plan that second date."

Adron frowned slightly, not from disapproval at Jin, but because he was greatly enjoying the company of the other demon."Well, if you must," Adron said with a sigh. "Hopefully the next date can be...longer, and without interruption." The half-demon smiled sweetly. He made a note to ask his friend to watch Fletcher for their next date. It would be better for her to not have to sit through a date between adults, and it would give the men some...privacy... "You know where to find me."

"Ofcourse, I'm sure it's not hard to find you at all." He winked teasingly. "I'll see you when I return, It shouldn't take long at all really. Be safe, don't get into too much trouble." He told him in a more concerned tone before giving a wave and exiting the establishment.

Adron smiled as Jin seemed to ramble. He silently hoped the yuki-onna would be alright. Even if the other man was the Queen's personal assassin and highly skilled in his trade, Adron still worried. He'd seen too many accidents happen. "Best of luck to you, Jin." Fletcher nodded in agreement. "Be safe," she added before the demon departed.
The two soon followed, heading first to visit Zilras, then to home.
