Tala Maxwell ~ Entering The Slums ~
Leaving the Market District Streets, Tala was trying his best to put the moment behind him, he would cast another glance over at the crowd who were still enjoying the Diviner's music, then turn his sights towards the Outskirts of the Main City. There was only one other place he could even consider going - somewhere quite similar to a location he'd had to visit occasionally in his past - looking for supplies only really available on what was considered a 'Black Market'. Basing his belief on that, Tala would head towards the Slums, drawing up his hood to seem a little less conspicuous before turning his attention to where the Witch might just be found...
Not exactly one of the crowd, but fitting in a lot better than most students, Tala felt it was worth hanging around certain points of the slums just in case he was drawn to a location in particular. Placing himself out of the way, he hadn't been there for long when a familiar vision caught his eye... She didn't appear lost exactly, but at the same time, she didn't seem overly confident in knowing where she was...at least not until she'd walked the trails a few times.
Narrowing his gaze, Tala decided to follow - albeit at a discrete distance. The fact the Stranger was present threw up more questions, for one, this was the third time in a matter of hours that they'd crossed paths... He had considered her to be an agent working for the guards, but if she was following him would she not be the one pursuing undetected instead?
He of course hadn't forgotten that he needed to locate the Witch and find out what she had planned next, but the female left him intrigued and if he was honest, her presence was a curious one. Keeping his hood up, Tala would place himself out of the line of sight - hers at least - and observe. Perhaps she was meeting up with someone too? There were a lot of shady people that occasionally slipped into Eoana's Marketplace to peddle their wares, what was so say she had grown impatient of waiting and decided to seek out whatever she needed at the source? It would certainly explain what she was doing down the alleyway back at the Market...

Through the alley of the slums, what seemed to be a homeless person suddenly turned the corner, a cloak covering them from head to toe as they slowly staggered through the alleyway. When the homeless individual was just passing by a few steps away from Philia, they turned their head and revealed the pale old woman that Philia had been waiting for. "I was wondering when you were going to show," Baba said as she smiled with that old creepy smile of hers from under the hood. "Itβs good to see you again, Philia" She said with a light chuckle while pulling her hood off of her head and standing up straight. She cracked her neck lightly before looking up the alley and smiling in a certain young manβs hidden position. "Do you plan on hiding forever?" Baba suddenly said in a somewhat louder and more vigorous voice, as if she wasnβt speaking to Philia at all. "One would think youβd have learned a valuable lesson from those charms" She said with a smile as she implied what gave him away. After a moment, the old woman started to continue walking through the alleyway, of course expecting the two to follow. Turning off of the less occupied alleyway, and into a slums road, Baba silently led them on, simply passing one street and the next until they started to reach the edge of the Slums leading back towards the more 'civilized' parts of the city.

It didn't take too long for Philia to spot a cloaked figure wander by, passing her only slightly before turning their head... It was her. Baba spoke while giving the young lady her usual smile, eerie to most bar a rare few that would dare work for the old lady. "Indeed... You seem to be well." She returned the greeting, her tone showing slight regret upon continuing. "I apologise, Baba, there was a... Complication along the way. Nothing alarming however." Almost ready to explain the boy from earlier... Fate seemed one step ahead as Baba seemed to call out somebody for hiding. Philia's glared over at the direction the old lady looked towards...
It was that same boy... Again? "Hm? You..?" Philia stood up straight and positioned herself to face him directly, speaking towards him in less inviting manner. "What are YOU doing here? Waiting to follow through on a threat?" The woman would continue but chose to hold her tongue as she realised... Baba didn't seem to care that he saw them, that could only mean... She wasn't the only one summoned.
Rather than argue Philia composed herself and silently followed the cloaked elder, her arms crossed while her eyes scanned their surroundings through her white bangs, occasionally watching the boy... Strange that she did not know of him, but then again, perhaps she was not told as it did not matter until now.

Tala Maxwell ~ Entering The Slums ~
The last person he'd been expecting the stranger to meet, was the very same whom had summoned him to that very spot...albeit subtly... Tala's eyes would follow the cloaked figure before narrowing as the Witch called him forward, had she given him extra charms, he might just have used them...but that hadn't necessarily been what she was getting at - or what they were for. Either way, he knew he needed to work on his skills - especially if she had seen him so easily...
Breaking his cover, Tala would advance, drawing his hood back slightly as his eyes locked with Philia's only briefly and he retorted the comment of "Don't tempt me," before stepping ahead of her. In his mind, Tala had grown up in the 'care' of the Witch, so he was technically there first... Still, Baba was a secretive old crone and there was really no telling when the two may have crossed paths... He couldn't help but wonder what was going through Philia's mind however - If he were paranoid, he might just have felt her eyes boring into the back of his head as they left the Slums for the more civilized parts of the City.
