Personality: Brooding, loner. He feels out of place at times and indifferent when it comes to fighting. Feels detached from his brothers, but if any could get through his rough exterior and apparent lack of emotions he would be a fierce being indeed.
Other things of Note: Does care for his brothers and if they or any others he truly cares for are in danger he would aid them/fight for them or with them.

Personality: Auberon's relaxed personality wins him the hearts of many, but his heart will always belong to the children. The abused, the abandoned, the lost. He knows that a bad event can turn a child down a wicked path, and he would prefer to intervene while they are young and before they turn into older villians, which he usually leaves to his brother Misneach to guide back.
This gentle giant is usually calm and docile but, much like the bear for which he is named, when poked can be a force to reckon with.

Personality: Protective and assertive. Karkea comes off as that 'over demanding father figure' with little patience for laziness and lack-luster performances. While he may seem short tempered, rude or scolding, he really does care and wants nothing more than for everyone to be the best they can be and not sell themselves short. Sometimes, however, he needs someone to remind him to calm down and take a breath every so often.
Other things of Note: He over-worries a lot that he himself is a failure to his family and friends, setting a poor example for them to follow. He tries to hide it and deny it but will eventually break to anyone willing to listen.

Temper: Sly
Personality: True to his name Nikomedes is the sort who schemes and strategizes. Not often quick to act-he surveys and asses before striking. He is a bit of a trickster, often pranking his brothers to keep his skills finely honed. Likewise does he lead his brothers into mischief through his plots. Walking the line between light and dark he maintains balance.

Temper: Feisty
Personality: Arshavir is a bit of a hothead and charges into things, often before fully looking at the situation; which can get him into trouble. In fact sometimes he moves so quickly he trips over his own hooves. Yet he’s well meaning and tries to uphold a code of knighthood to help those in need. Often a “diletante” he enjoys a little bit of everything, and having some knowledge of as much as possible.

Temper: Protective
Personality: All too aware of his parent’s words that he is to be a knight, he takes everything as this- most seriously. Too involved in this he often forgets to take time to “Stop and smell the roses” unless of course that is what he is supposed to be doing- then he must sniff EVERY rose. Guardian to those deemed in need he exists to serve, protect, and defend.

Personality: Taddeo is always willing to jump into the fray, never backing down when his help is needed. He is known for offering his help to all, no matter what they look like. He is a stallion who took his parents' words to heart, saving anyone in trouble. It doesn't matter if they are a Soquili or a familiar, he will risk life and limb to save them. He also will listen to anyone's arguments and try to find a fair way to handle it. He is always on the go, alert for danger wherever it may lurk.

Temper: Valorous
Personality: Colorblind upon birth, Riaghán has had a slightly different experience growing up. He was told to be valorous, strong, knightly, and he is. He is however extremely impulsive. Quick to rally to a cause the knightly stallion cannot help but follow the side he believes to be just, even if in the end that cause was not a good one after all.
He's blind to the faults of the people in this world, and cannot perceive those that are truly evil and good at hiding it. This will likely cause him great suffering in the future.
Other things of Note: Swift to be rallied to a just cause. Blind to the grey areas of justice, all things are black and white to him. Actually colorblind.

Personality: Seemingly brave and courageous, Luki charges onward and uses his bravado to hide his true cowardice. Trapped by the expectations of being a knight, Luki will charge into any battle without outward hesitation. But his motives are not altruistic; instead they stem from his fear of disappointing his family and the other knights. His greatest fear is showing his true colors--that he has no heart for battle but only the great skill of an actor who fights and fights because death would be worst than disappointment.
Other things of Note: In his heart of hearts, he hates the sight and smell of blood. When he fights, his mind goes blank and, in the aftermath, he tries to think of not much at all.

Personality: Airell is immensely loyal to his family and respectful of his parents words. He is a dutiful son and protects those unable to defend themselves. He's very quiet, only speaking when he feels it is necessary. Airell's preference is to observe and analyze internally rather than discuss his thoughts and opinions. Airell is not fond of flattery or receiving compliments in general as he gets flustered easily (but especially around mares).

Personality: He has no bleeding heart, but he is affectionate with any of his brothers who want or need it. He would fall on his sword for any of them just as easily as assassinate an enemy of the family. He sees himself as a dark hand of justice that swoops out of the shadows to do his family's bidding. He likes working in the shadows and he loves to kill. Let the others decide what is honorable or compassionate.
Other things of Note: I had thought to create three separate personalities for each color but I decided to try to blend them.
The one element I left out was a passion for justice. Since each brother had his own definition, I thought great arguments could be made (fun for plots for sure). If interest arose in this deeper lawful side I could definitely work it back in.

Temper: Weary
Personality: He did not want this mantle. But he had been born strong with a good moral code that left him unable to leave anyone who needed him behind. He is tired of fighting, but if he doesn't fight for those who can't, then how will there ever be a better world?
Other things of Note: He's a very reluctant warrior, with a heart for peace. However, he is gifted with fighting and he feels that to not use that gift, no matter the cost of his soul, to save countless bodies and souls from an evil fate is the thing he cannot live with. What does it matter if he sullies his soul for that far off dream that there will be a better world, a peaceful world for those he saves.
