This was inspired to by the fact that Lex luthor became president anyway wich of the folowing bad guys would be great presidents
Magneto
Joker
Norman Osbourn
Dr.Sivana
Metallo
Dr,Doom
Venom

I would vote for Doom. He does a good job of running Latveria, and one time he took over the world and pretty much made it a utopia IIRC.

Since Doom has ruled the world at least twice and made it a paradise and only gave it up because he got bored, I'd give it to Victor.

Doom can't be president..... as he is not a native U.S. citizen.
Dr. Sivana is too old.
Joker is too..... insane.
Metallo is too...... a convicted criminal/murderer.
I don't know about Magneto, but he seems like he could be a good President.

We need a better list. The people on it who could do the job aren't american and everyone else (I.E. Venom and Metallo) aren't smart enough to do it or are too damn insane(I.E. Norman Osbourn and Joker.)

If he were eligible for the presidency I'd say Doom.
As it is, I say re-elect Lex Luthor, compared to those remaining.

Norman is insane but he does know how to run a successful empire. Out of the list, I'd say Norman would likely win. Out of those on the list, he'd be the one I'd vote for because I'd be afraid not to.
Joker can't hold his attention long enough to kill everyone who votes against him. Norman has the insanity and the DRIVE.
