Power Submission Thread Welcome to the Power Submission & Journals thread, where Powers will either be looked over, suggested, and approved, or denied with suggested corrections before being looked over again.This topic is in place to keep powers and power kits in line and more or less balanced so the system doesn't become broken.
Redoing powers and getting them accepted should be done before doing combat with a pre-existing character. For new characters, powers must be done before rps.
How to Submit a Power or Power Set Submitting a Power or Power set is relatively simple, first you need to look at the information given Here and if you have any questions about how a power can work you can ask here. Once you have figured out what you want your power or power set to do, fill out the following forms.
Please keep in mind that you must do this after every stage increase for your meta - I will look over each power on it's own to make sure it fits with the previous powers. If you want different numbers or something specific, I just ask and we will talk about it.

If accepted, I will send you a specific Icon to place in your journal at the top of your Powers section stating that the powers were approved and the date/time that they were approved after you update your journal with the powers you suggested for the Meta.
I will have a file with a screenshot of each power that was accepted and in your journal with a timestamp. If after being accepted and it is altered after the fact [editing numbers, changing ranges, duration, bonuses, adding in additional powers without being accepted], you will be given a written warning via PM. After three warnings, you will be temporarily banned from Combat/RP for a week in order for you to sort out what happened and get powers or edits approved or denied. I need help with Powers!! Devices with firewalls or restricted access pose trouble depending on the level of security they possess. ++(Passive) Anadii can always sense when electronics are nearby, but he cannot always take control of them. ++(Limitation) If he gets shut out of a device, he cannot access it again for 24 hours.

Power(s) Suggestion ▸▸▸▸Audiokinesis//Lv.7//Active ++Sound/Technology// Item// Defense/Offense/Non-Combat ++ Allows Tempo to increase or decrease sound vibrations near him- essentially raising or lowering the volume of the world around him. He can pinpoint specific sounds if he wants to. ++(Passive) Even if he can't use it in combat anymore, Tempo can still use this power in a way that wouldn't affect damage done to himself or others ++(Limitation) Tempo can only use this power in combat 10 times in one day. ++(Limitation) This power does not affect people's ability to breathe if he uses it- he simply makes it so the vocal chord vibrations of a person speaking don't work or get too loud if he targets them.

This power itself does not do any damage- it provides a vehicle for others to do damage or buff.

▸▸▸▸Sound Barrier//Lv.7//Active ++Sound/Technology// Item// Defense ++ Tempo creates a barrier of sound around himself (and any allies that are within range) that helps absorb incoming damage. ++(Limitation) Powers that do not have a physical or sound affect to them can still get through. I.e., a flash a light that causes temporary blindness. ++(Limitation) Tempo cannot use any offensive powers that would pierce his barrier while it is active, but he can still attack any enemies that manage to get inside.
▸▸▸▸Amp it Up//Lv.7//Active ++Sound/Technology// Item// Defense/Offense ++ Using his playlists from Music Library, Tempo can buff himself or others within range. ++(Limitation) He is limited by Music Library in that he cannot change playlists more than 2 times per combat. ++(Limitation) Tempo MUST STATE at the beginning of an encounter what playlist he is using from the following: Health, Defense Buff, Damage Buff, Speed Buff, Stamina Buff, Resistance Buff (currently existing resistances only does not grant new ones), and he must state when he is switching playlists and to what playlist. ++(Limitation) This affects both allies and enemies.

A Moon Necklace is an interesting item - so let's break it down into it's two phrases;
Moon To start it off, the moon is known to control water to the option of Water Manipulation is there, as well as potential Gravity Manipulation [other users of this are Michael & Paige]. Another option is to look at the deities [specifically Greek/Roman as it's the most accessable]. Achelois - known for receiving sacrifices in return of curing ailments [Healing Powers], Artemis - known for Hunting, Forests & Hills, Moon, Archery [Enhanced Senses, Wolf Form, Deer Form (forest based polymorph), Weapon Summon) Bow], Hecate/Hekate - Goddess of magic, crossroads, ghosts, necromancy [Magic is a variable thing, can be a power that has a chance to do one of six types of elemental damage and the first d6 of the roll determines the type (fire, air, water, earth, light, shadow?), Spirits/Soul manipulation or powers, Soul Bind (Zephyr has it), speaking with the dead].
Necklace this one is a little trickier - it depends on if you want to go Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc. So - depending on what the necklace is made out of, will determine what powers you can draw from it!

Like with the above, lets break down what everything is!
Blacklight A lamp or light that produces UV-A Light. From this alone you can do Light Manipulation or Shadow Manipulation as well as Electric Manipulation. To pull further, you can pull from the sources for blacklight - Fluorescent lamps, mercury vapor, and lasers. Laser manipulation can be part of light manipulation at a higher level [or a lower one if you want to make a laser pointer, haha!]. Another one could be metal control or manipulation.
Lipstick Made from pigments, oils, waxes, and emollients. Color manipulation could be a fun one here - causing colors to brighten or be completely mute, can be directed to a person or be an area. Give your own self a Film Noire feel if you'd like. Could even have it so putting pressure on something with a finger causes a pigment [blacklight pigment?] to be put onto the surface in question.
Other options; Glamour taking a page from Changelings, glamour can be a way to manipulate emotions, or just straight eat them. Disguise with the use of makeup and other magical things, you can make yourself look like someone else! Charm similar, but different, to glamour. instead of feeding off of the emotions, you charm your way into getting information you want or getting people to follow you around.
Silver is known to Calm and Balance, so you could even do a minor Area of Effect of your character passively giving off an aura of calming [which would be pretty cute] and has a few connections to the Moon & water as well.
Opal is dependent on the opal - this one looks more or less like a faux opal in the image [as opals of that size are fairly pricey and very uncommon] but for the sake of metas we can call it a true opal. Going with a White opal, which this one seems to be very similar to, it is very in tune with Water [for most opals, they need to be stored in water or soaked in it - at least cherry opals, from what I was told when I bought a cherry opal ring], and is known to bring out Inner Fire [it's opalescence is probably what does this] so you could even do Fire Manipulation. It's even able to help promote communication and companionship, so you could possibly do a buff of something called "Spiritual Link" and could give a minor buff.
