Come in time, this guild may get rather huge, with that we will have more members who may want leadership positions or qualify for the job. There is probably going to be a bit more stress when being a leader but i can make it easy for you.

Even though you hold a position, that doesn't mean that you are higher than anyone else. You cannot use your position to get your way if you are in the wrong. That said it is always better to be an example and a helper to those within the guild.

Sadly these days, nothing makes someone as flustered as a senpai noticed me situation.

When a leader reaches out to a member, it makes the member feel important. Depending on your words, you can even motivate the member to be more active or happier here ^ ^. You are a leader because you have the ability to be one. There is greatness within you that everyone has untapped. People look up to you because your greatness was recognized enough to earn a position. It is a symbol of trust and respect that you have earned. So when you reach out to a member, it's like you are recognizing the greatness within them, and that feels amazing.

So when being a leader, hopefully you are happy doing it. I wish that being one brings a smile to your face when you see the members are happy. We can all encourage ourselves to do better.

So why not be the best of influences? You have the experience, so go ahead make that thread you have thought about. Go get your idea out there and get your own kind of fans growing. The members will be inspired to make great content of their own.

So remember, you are only as good as every other member of this place. What you do to be happy and inspire them with cause them to do the same. You have an impact on the guild and possibly on their lives.
