Are you hoping for any balls/species in particular?: Fast or luxury balls, because Tweet would dig a cute friend. Tho not gonna lie, it'd make me laugh myself to death if she got a spider, solely because she'd be TERRIFIED for a good few weeks.
Tweet was growing irritated. Incredibly so. Normally, she was an upbeat, spunky young thing, but the bugs? Yeah, yeah the bugs could just stop. She wasn't her mother, who believed everything was beautiful in its own way. She was faaaaaar from her mother, actually. Incredibly so. She wasn't even patient, honestly, so why was she still here?
Because she really liked cute familiars.
Tweet could be pretty much made to do anything if she was told that there would be cute animals in the process. So, she picked herself up from her long pouting streak, shaking her head to clear her rather obnoxious thoughts before poking her head right into the hole of a tree.
Not a smart idea, but hey, it was Tweet.

Remember that comment about bugs?
Well, it seemed a very familiar spider was up to the task of scaring the absolute daylight out of Tweet, again. The creature took no issue with approaching the screaming Tweet, pulling itself onto a large boulder beside her. Tweet snapped her mouth shut as the spider seemed to just watch her, her eyes growing bigger and bigger until, with an ugly gasp, Tweet began to prepare to run, stopped only when the spider raised a spindly leg and tapped her mouth with it, causing her mouth to snap shut and head to wrench backwards.
There was silence for a brief period, kin staring at arachnid. Finally, with a slow and hesitant blink, Tweet leaned back onto her back legs, head cocking to the side.
It touched her.
That meant she won the "game" right? It trusted her. It. He. She? What was it? Tweet's eyes narrowed, a shiver of fear running through her spine as she watched the spider simply analyze her. Finally, with a nervous chuckle, Tweet tossed her head to the side, still keeping a healthy distance.
"..... You're not poisonous, are you?" She chirped, receiving... zero answer. Ears flicking back, Tweet nervously tapped the ground with a front hoof, sighing hesitantly. Alright... w-well....
"I'm just gonna..... go.... this way... if you want to, uh, follow, I guess. Maybe. Don't get too close.... okay?" Her eyes lingered on the silent spider, a sliver of shame in her features. Of course it wasn't going to respond, it was a spider, ugh! Stepping back, she took a few steps back, watching as the spider slowly began to follow.
So this was happening.
(( Tweet is going home with the spider friend, and through time they shall be buddies! ))

It had only been a few moments before he heard something approach and he was half expecting to see Grassrustle's familiar pop up again, this time however his eyes met with a much smaller, vibrantly coloured creature.
The buck felt his heart jump, this was his chance! His ingenious plan of not moving worked (of course) and the curious little crab was making its way to him slowly but surely.
Oh... Oh...What do I do now? he looked around nervously Don't scare it away!
By now the hermit crab had already stopped by his feet, and Don't was certain the tiny creature was looking right at him, as if wondering what in the world he was playing at.
"Uhh..." the two stared at each other for a moment "Hello?" he slowly lowered his head and gently bumped his nose against the purple crab, it retreated slightly into its shell at the sudden touch, he thought for sure he'd blown it, but moments later it emerged again and reached out to return the nudge.
Seconds later, the little crab found itself riding on the back of the Acha as he giddily jumped from the grass he'd been standing in and proclaimed "I did it!" probably much too loudly. He couldn't wait to let his sister know.

Are there any balls/species which you absolutely will not accept?: Nope! I like spiders, SEND IT ALL TO ME.
Are you hoping for any balls/species in particular?: A baby for my poke.
Oh! It came back!
Trying to fluff up a little, she tried to make herself look good enough for this little button of a critter, her tail flicking unconsciously in anticipation. Maybe she really did want a little familiar to hang out with.
But, it wasn't to be again. Just as the first time, the little white and red bug wandered off again, skittering away as fast as the first time.
"No, wait, come back!" She barked, getting back up on her four legs, going to chase it as it ran away. Sitting and being lazy was not getting her where she wanted to be, so now she was on the hunt. She couldn't have that bad luck, could she?

not really haha. she's looking for a "strong" pet, though i think she'd be hilariously perterbed by the furbies, and would side-eye the wee hermits or beetles (but no matter what she gets, would be determined to make them the best of their kind or overall) also: doesnt have to be the same one she found before
Having gathered several bundles of berries into a pile, Marigold studied the area intently. If her skill was not enough to befriend a familiar, perhaps she could bribe one with delicious treats. She took a sprig off the pile and scattered its berries off in a path leading to it. Then she scooted a little further back, but still visible from the pile of berries.
Now all I have to do is wait...she thought, content to spend the entire day, nay week, there if she had to. But she will succeed. It was her duty to (or so she believed).
