[2/4/2016 11:50:25 PM] Greenie EA: Milele was meandering through the roguelands when she first came across the scent of a pride. Fear - the word itself would not describe what the lioness felt - in fact, most nothing would. She was careful, perhaps to careful by lion standards, and often found herself avoid the cross-hairs of other groups. This one would be no different if she had her way. Unfortunately, as often as she tried to do things her own way, she never usually got the upper paw. This event would be no different..

"Oh my.." She raised her head slightly, body crouching to the ground as though it would suddenly shield her. That was unlikely, the lioness was unusually large boned and so she found it quite difficult to fully conceal herself on a good day. Then again. The smell of a lioness - young - though age mattered very little in the battles Milele had seen. "Goodness.." The words under her breath nearly caught in her throat.

"What will I do..."

Her murmured self-question was perhaps a slight bit louder then she intended, or perhaps it was the foliage beneath her paws? Were those alerts ears she saw? The lioness quivered and tried again to move, unsuccessfully.

[2/4/2016 11:54:34 PM] Astoria Fallen: The Cinga was quite pleased with how well the pride had been doing and was even more excited about all the cubs! Though this meant more mouths to feed and more work for the hunters and herself. But it wasn't too much of a bother to her. That was one of her jobs after all. Going out and scouting out potential herds for the hunters to take down. She quite enjoyed the freedom of her job, but it got lonely sometimes, not that Avani was boring. She quite enjoyed the vultures company. Right now she was near the inner parts of where most of the lions were located with their cubs. She was just kind of scouting for potential dangers within since they had feasted well with the Mhuklu hunt. After seeing that everything was well in order she decided to make her way towards the outskirts, her vulture, Avani flying not to far ahead.

As habit would show, Chiko would of course go wandering around like usual. It wasn't that she did it on purpose, she just couldn't help herself. Besides, what could possibly go wrong here on the prides grounds. As she began to wander around she saw a familiar face up ahead and gave a smile and picked up her pace a little bit and headed over towards the cinga. "Hello Liyana! How are you today?" She asked her curiously as she caught up along side the darker colored lioness. A shadow upon the ground caused her to look skyward. "Oh! Is that your Vulture?" She asked.

Liyana looked over as Chiko came bounding along and only knew that one of these days the girls father was going to have a heart attack. "Hello Chi, and yes, that is Avani." She said with a smile. "We're heading to go check out the outskirts of the pride, would you like to go with?" She said to her, giving her a chance to turn back.

"YES!" Chi would never turn down such an offer and so there Liyana had it. She was going to be stuck watching one of the Umholis daughters.

[12:49:48 AM] Astro Zombies-Gracie Loff: Nhalahla peered outwards at all the commotion happening nearby. Was that her sister? She overheard slightly that there was an outing to check around, and she found herself wanting to join them... if she was allowed. After all she was the good luck charm of the pride, or at least she considered herself to be. She happily bounded towards the others, much like a skipping little child. "Hey, hey, heeeey. Can I come with? I'm bored." She looked at them with pleading eyes, hoping they would say yes. It was so boring doing day to day chores, she had to get out and explore for once.. she hadn't gotten to do that since she was a younger cub.

[1:02:00 AM] Greenie EA: Wrapped up in her temporary paralysis, due to fear, she began to miscalculate on where she ought to go. It appeared as though she also made a poor judgement on the distance of those approaching her. This gave her time, but time was her enemy.

"Hm..." Her ears laid back on her head, eyes wide. There were voices. Had she been closer then anticipated? This was quiet alarming, all of her poor choices lead to this moment. These kinds of moments shaped the future of most and left others stranded on an island all on their own. In those cases the participant was involuntary and usually handled with violence. "Please be nice, please be nice." The words, which weren't meant to leave her lips were shakey and the voice didn't sound like hers.

She was stuck though, her brain yelled go, but her paws said no. The mental battle had begun.

[1:09:16 AM] Astoria Fallen: Chiko was pleased that the cinga had allowed her to come along and then she thought she heard a familiar voice and the young lioness turned to see her sister bounding their way. This brought a pleasant smile to her face and she welcomed her sister warmly. "Of course you can come!" She said automatically not even making sure Liyana was fine with it.

Liyana turned to the fact that she now had two of the Umholis cubs and she let out a very silent sigh. At least they would keep each other company. Avani had been flying ahead and had caught sight of the dark striped lioness and had circled around and flown back and signaled for Liyana to head a certain direction. As the group grew closer she turned towards the two cubs and gave them a stern look. "Stay here. You two can banter amongst yourselves but stay." She said before moving forward.

She approached the lioness slowly and gave her a warm smile. "Hello there. My name is Liyana, may I know what yours is?" She asked her kindly.

[1:13:14 AM] Astro Zombies-Gracie Loff: She bounded along happily, following her sister and Chiko, purring pathetically along the way. She was good luck, she knew it. She was going to make this outing doubly amazing. When they stopped, and she was told to stay... she frowned, confused. "Oh? ... OH!" She noticed the stranger further on. Oh, she was excited! She wanted NOTHING more than to bound out there and introduce herself.. but she was told to stay! Pacing back and forth, she whined, unable to hold in her excitement.

[11:38:07 AM] Astoria Fallen: Chiko spotted the stranger ahead and looked over at Liyana as she told both of the girls to stay put. Well, that wasn't very fun. She plopped her butt down and looked over at Nhala as she seemed to be just as disappointed. "Well, at least we will be able to go over there eventually. Liyana and Avani just need to make sure it's safe." She said watching the avian in the sky and then returning her gaze to her pacing sister. "So what has been new with you lately?"

[9:48:50 AM] Greenie EA: Calm. She had to remain calm, but the skittish lioness was anything BUT calm. Her body tremored slightly as one of the group approaches her, a vulture over head. The whole experience was becoming traumatic. If her body language didn't give it away, her lack of voice certainly would. Milele was terrified.

Many moments passed and Milele finally found her voice, it wasn't strong, or threatening. More like weak and perhaps shakey. "Milele." The lioness wasn't capable of following even the simple gestures of a new conversation. Even though the other was kind and gentle, eyes as sweet as could be..

Still, her muscles were tensed, but there were no signs of danger. She wouldn't attack or lash out. The fear just had her by the gut.

[6:31:28 PM] Astoria Fallen: Liyana watched her as she seemed to be rather terrified. She remained in a neutral stance and finally the lioness spoke her name. Milele. "Hello Milele, It's nice to. The two young ones back there are Nhalala and Chikomborero. This is the bonelands." She said to her hoping to give her some form of an idea to where she was.

Chiko watched the two adults up ahead and looked over at her sister and then back towards the adults. "Why do you think they're taking so long?" She asked her, though she knew well enough neither of them could answer it.

"Are you lost at all? Or looking for a home? We'd be more than welcome to take you in." She said to her with a warm and gentle smile. She was hoping the lioness said yes, it wouldn't do her too well to be out here on her own for too long.
