CHARACTER CREATION

Attributes:
Every Lucario has their own strengths and weakness, even within the same subspecies. There are four basic stats that form a basis on how they fight. A list with descriptions is provided.
Dexterity: The Lucario’s ability to accurately maneuver itself. Used for rolls to hit, as well as parry. Out of combat, this ability can be reflected in the ability to apply subtle movement in a skill such as lockpicking or surgery.
Strength: Strength is the attribute of those with great physical prowess. This stat is used to calculate damage. The greater the strength the more crippling their attacks can be. It also determines the carrying weight of the pokemon.
Toughness: Resilience in not only its name alone. This stat reveals how much damage the Lucario can take and is used to calculate damage reduction. It also is determines resistance to poison and sickness.
Agility: A pokemon’s reflexes can be a key factor in any battle. This stat is used for dodging as well as initiative.
Aura: Strength is not the only offense-based attribute that be. There are many Lucario who have tapped into their spirit and called forth their aura. Everything from the well-known Aura Sphere to the flames of a Hellurio falls under this attribute.

In character creation, the player is to choose an attribute which will be the character’s aptitude and another which will be their weakness. Like Pokemon natures, one does not have to do this and the attributes can be balanced.

Origins and Traits
This step will determine traits based around how you want to create your character. First, this most apparent characterization of your lucario is it’s colour. Each colour is related to one kind of lucario or another and therefore will have subtle in-game effects.
The Colours:
Blue: The most common colouration of the steel/fighting type. Even though Lucarios of other color have a strength about them, they also tend to have a weakness or curse. You don’t have to worry about such deficits as a result.
Yellow: Also known as the shiny lucario, these lucario can be a very energetic bunch. That said, as the color of lucario that can birth from a blue lucario, this tends to put them in awkward social positions as they have been put in situation of being considered different. (+Essence, -Aura)
Red: The red-coloured Lucarios are well-known for their quick tempers and dangerous rage. These Lucario have the inate ability to enter a frenzied state, letting their rage focus their attacks and increase their damage in exchange for the ability to dodge or block.
White: The White Lucarios are often known for their monastic traditions and often includes training. The extreme discipline ways oft is a double-edged sword as it does not expose the one being trained to the threats outside the monastery. (+dexterity,-toughness)
Black: Black Lucarios are often known for their antisocial tendencies. Their introverted ways lead to being slower at reacting to the things around them. However, this often gets coupled with a resilience that makes up for the deficit. (+toughness, -agility)


Manifestation:
Every Lucario, no matter how they use it, have an aura they can evoke. Each aura has different properties and vary in ability.

Bulk-up: Forgoing the use of aura, you use a more physical style, based around martial prowess. You instead focus the energy in your body and let it empower you.

Shadow/Dark energy aura:

Calculated stats:
There are two stat that are, for the most part, non-permanent.
Wounds: How much damage the body can take before things get deadly. This is calculated with strength+toughness+n. N being a number that will be crunched later.
Essence: Essence is one's life force and allows the use of the aura powers as well as one's stamina.
