They start 100 meters apart from each other. We're using the anime version of Lucy.
Who wins?

Hm....well....I'm going to lean with Lucy seeing as not only are here Vectors invisible to the human eye, but the way they loop and swerve when they attack would be setting off Pete's Spidey sense left and right and make it very difficult for him to pin point a specific vector.

Mr.Mxyzptlk Hm....well....I'm going to lean with Lucy seeing as not only are here Vectors invisible to the human eye, but the way they loop and swerve when they attack would be setting off Pete's Spidey sense left and right and make it very difficult for him to pin point a specific vector. But with his new powers he can also sence vibrations &van improved spidy sense...right?

I'd really argue this, but I have no clue what Lucy's abilities are. What I'm picturing is a Dock ock with invisible arms... am I in the ballpark?
