He was ready for this. The young dog had been training. This competition would be an excellent place to test his skills, and put up a good challenge for those trying for the queen.
It would be nice if he won against all odds, but he wouldn't hold high hopes on it. This was mainly to test his skills and get better. He wanted to prove to his new pack and himself that he had it. When the matches were decided he went to meet his opponent.
"I won't make this easy for you!" He promised.
