Bio: Penny was born and raised on a small island in the East Blue. Her whole life her father taught her how to fight using a firearm in hopes of her joining the Marines like every other member of her family before her. As she went through the endless years of training and consent yelling from her father Penny grew to imagine shooting him to take her anger out on him without actually shooting him. One day while she was 16 her father finally pushed her to far when he had her hunt down a thief who had stolen from them, so she hunted to the thief down and shoot both his arms and both of his legs to make him suffer before shooting him in the chest and head so many times that it was impossible to identify him. Penny came home and shot both her father and her mother using the last of the ammo she had before taking her fathers prized Gatling gun "6 Wish Genie" and left her home island. Since that day Penny has run from bounty hunters and the Marines who hunt her down every day because of her motive of venting her anger out of her family and the thief.
Personality: Penny is quiet and usually keeps to herself but can be a bit over the top when it comes to fight and looks and acts like a madwoman. despite the fact she killed her father Penny still holds a grudge against him and is consonantly hunted in her dreams of him coming back to life to hunt her down and kill her for killing him.

Using her knowledge of taking apart and putting together & bulding guns her whole life Penny managed to creat bombs that explode from being shot at.
