Loguetown is a city on an island in East Blue, with the city covering nearly the entire island, save for a few steep hills. Almost all ships, especially pirate ships, pass through to stock up on supplies for the Grand Line since Loguetown is in a convenient location very close to Reverse Mountain, just out of sight of the Red Line. Commodore Smoker first appeared here and has since then become a major character. Gol D. Roger was born and executed in this town and the location where he was executed has become a popular tourist spot.

As the sun began to set, his hopes got higher as the town's pubs got more active. He found himself in a redlight district of sorts and watched as drunks stumbled down the streets, asking all who passed for liquor and money. Revenant eventually settled down in the biggest bar he could find. It wasn't terribly late, and he figured with as big as this place was, some "hotshot" would have to walk through the doors eventually. He sat himself down on the second floor of the place with a good view of the door so he could size up potential crew mates. He made sure to touch as many objects as he could, noting them as he went.
"Uhh...hello umm...would you like anything to drink sir?" the waitress was a mousy little thing, clearly put off by Revenant's ghastly appearance. "Just a tall glass of your finest apple juice please!" He watched as she scurried off to the bar to place his order. A man grabbed her arm, very apparently drunk as he slurred the worst pickup line the girl had probably ever heard. "Let go of me!" she was the only one working the bar since her coworker had gone to the back to fill Revenant's order. Out from nowhere a glass came flying and hit him square in the back of the head. In his drunkenness he merely smiled before falling to the ground unconscious. A few lesser intoxicated men also sitting at the bar drug him out into the street, and then ran off themselves being that they were the only ones on that floor, and neither of them threw the glass. Revenant chuckled to himself as he watched the whole thing unfold. He didn't think one glass would have been enough to knock a man that size out, and had more ready to go in case it hadn't. "That's why you shouldn't get plastered in the middle of the day," he chuckled to himself.
He sipped on his apple juice as people came and went through the bar. None of them seemed particularly noteworthy, most extremely drunk by the time they had found this place. He thought of touching the waitress' clothes when she brought him a refill and then making them fly off of her when she went on to serve someone else. "Would that be too mean?" he wondered aloud to himself. Before too long, the bar filled up to sizable amount of people, most of which looked like workers just getting off from work and enjoying a beer together, still nobody who looked like pirate material. Every then and again a big drunk bafoon would stumble in and try to start a ruckus, just before he "accidentally" slipped up on the rug, or 4 mugs would "accidentally" come flying at him...from different parts of the bar. Rev sighed his disappointment as the night went on, people left, and he finished off another apple juice.

It wasn't until very late that night that Revenant cam stumbling out of that pub. All he had to drink was the non-alcoholic apple juice, but had a distinct reason for acting the way he was. Many people had come through the pub of many different backgrounds and creeds. Most of them were of absolutely no interest to Revenant, and a few were fun to play with to say the least. There was one rather militant individual that had caught Revenant's interest however. The man looks to be in his late sixties and came with 3 or 4 middle aged men. All other groups who fit that description coming into the pub were there for no other reason than to cause trouble, but not this lot. They were very polite and paid their tab before leaving. That wasn't what caught his interest either though. Shortly after the men had exchanged drinking pleasantries and were well enough boosed up, they began talking about their plans for the following day. From what he overheard, the men were marines, the eldest of which was a lieutenant. According to these men, "the delivery" was supposed to have made it to the local HQ just before dawn that night. They were glad that they didn't have to watch over "the delivery" because, from what Revenant could tell, all lower class marines were due to patrol all around the HQ but none were to actually be there at the time of the "the delivery". The men, even when drunk always called it that, never anything specific which was the initial thing that caught Revenant's attention. They either were under extremely strict orders to keep it a secret or they didn't know themselves. When Revenant came to that conclusion, he tried to pick up every word he was able from the soldiers. Unfortunately he didn't get much more from them, the whole thing only came up once in their conversation and not for very long.
As he stooped and wobbled through his facade into the night, Revenant kept a sharp eye out for marines on patrol. I need to go where the marines are he thought to himself the more marines there are, the closer im getting to the HQ. Whenever Revenant would see marines on patrol, he would pull out a whiskey bottle that was filled with water, throw it back, and begin singing loudly with slurred words. "Sir, it's getting pretty late, don't you think you need to be heading home?" the man on patrol asked Rev. "You get offa me you-you-soldur boyy, you don...yew dunno what sorta day *hic* you dont know what iz been like" Revenant pretended to fall onto the marine, making sure to touch both his sword and gun in the process. "Get off me! You damn drunk! Go find an alley to pass out in before we throw you in jail!" Revenant wobbled to regain his balance "soory bout that...you don have ta do that thing..im just gonna head on an an moosey this ways" Revenant carried on this act on a few handfuls more patrols, noting their density increasing as he went along. At one point he saw the pair he had held up in the bar and made sure to fly off before they got a good look at him.
After a near violent encounter with his last set of marines, he came across an armed line that was standing guard over street. They were a serious lot, guns brandished and ready to fire if needed. He began his routine of drunken swooning and was met halfway by one of the marines standing guard. "Sir, I'm sorry but this area is off limits until this afternoon" Revenant took a step back so the marine wouldn't notice that his breath didn't wreak of alcohol as he downed almost all of the nearly full bottle of water-turn-whiskey. "Off limmiz? Naw, naw...naw ocifer, i live just up there a lil' ways" Revenant made sure to extremely wobbly for this speech. "Sir i doubt that, up ahead is only the Navy headquaters. It will be your home for the night if your don't find a different way home" Revenant tried his stumble routine on the marine, but he just side-stepped and let Revenant fall down. "shurt...ow...heybuddy, hows aboot helpn a guy up whoz a lil' less 'an sobur hah?" The marine helped Revenant to his feet, who took another fall just to make sure he wasable to get to the marines weapons. "Sooo surry bout that...t'dayz bin...ughh surry" the marine dusted himself off and then patted Revenant down "Sir, if you need, we can have an escort help you home" Revenant gave a good wobble before he replied "Naw...daz okayyy uhh...i think imma juz go fine a ally and a warp....sleep in" he wandered off around a corner before dusting himself off and tossing the bottle. "haha! they led me right to it. I've got enough weapons for a small arsenal to bring with me too if things get hairy. Now the delivery can be delivered straight to my pocket, whatever it is..." He put his index and middle fingers to his forehead and focused on where all the weapons he had touched were. A few were around the outskirts of town, but most of them were pretty close. He pulled the farther ones in first and left the rest as backup. Given a good 20-30 minute's time, the swords and guns found their way to Revenant's side. He floated up high over the line of soldiers he'd just passed and saw the building just up ahead. There were searchlights scanning the skies and a few marines along it's outpost. Revenant was much one for stealth, but there was no way could could take on that many high-level marines on his own, so he had little choice. He knew he didn't have much time left, so getting into the building was crucial.
He flew the swords close to the outer edge of the building's walls in order to cause a distraction. On that gave him just enough of a window to fly over the lights and guards undetected. Once he was on the roof, he waited for someone to come prancing though the front gates of the base. Then the treasure was his.

He could see the first rays of the dawn when the gates finally opened. A whole squadron of marines came marching through followed by 8 more carrying a large box covered in a tarp on their shoulders, followed by a second squadron. The covered box stood at roughly a man's height from the platform it was being hoisted in on. Revenant floated his coat from his shoulders and formed it into the shape of a man. He pulled a pyre from the top of the building he was on and made it into the coat's head. He then brought down two swords and put them where the hands would be if someone were in there. "Aye, this will do nicely" He said as he buttoned up the coat and took off his shoes, giving them to his spectre. "Colonel Snootypants, the world thanks you for your sacrifice. " He saluted the figure, and made it salute him back in return "You mission is to distract the guards and allow me to take the crate with me unscathed. " The figure nodded and jumped down into the fray. Immediately the the squadron began firing at it without a word form any of the others. The second squadron in the back ran to support their comrades.
Revenant made the specter jump and dart around as if it was actually leaping around the soldiers. I'm glad i left the Singularity docked at the port, this is hard to keep up! The men stopped to reload and the spectre rushed in on them. It sliced at their rifles, knocking them away and rendering them useless. The second line stabbed at it with their bayonets, most landing hits. Uh oh, this isn't looking good,if they tear up the coat too much they'll see its a ruse...he made the spectre fall to it's imaginary knees, then seem to go berserk with rage, slashing wildly at the soldiers. It caught them off guard and was able to cut a few, not lethally, but enough to make them lose their edge. The first squadron was upon the spectre and it jumped high into the air, landing behind the marines. The all drew their swords and ran after it. Revenant made it run off into the streets, making sure it ran just fast enough to stay out of the marines' reach. Now the truely complex part.
Revenant slowly and silently glided down and stole the weapons from the marines carrying the box. They were too busy watching the scene transpire and only looked back as their own weapons hovered at their throats. "Alright you lot, I'm commandeering this delivery, and surely it's not worth dying over. So just stay there and-" One of the marines screamed and tried to knock the blade aside as he dove at Revenant. Rev brought the sword back and slashed at his back, making him stumble. "Next one who moves dies, I don't want your sorry heads, but they will be mine if you don't cooperate" The bleeding marine rolled onto his back, grunting in pain as he did so "NO! Get him! If we let him have the relic we'll all end up in level 6 at impel down!! I'd rather die!" The rallied marines all dove at Revenant. He would have been had if it weren't for the height of the box. He flew off with the weapons swirling around him in a flurry. "You lot are out of your league stay back!" Two soldiers rushed him, but didn't make it past the flying metal. The other men, now driven out of rage more so than fear ran at him too. He flew over their heads, back onto the crate, flung all the weapons as far as he could and rode away with the box beneath him. He dropped everything from the spectre and summoned his coat back to him. It had a few more holes in and a sleeve had nearly been cut off.
Revenant heard a few more gunshots ring out from the courtyard of the HQ, but heard nor saw bullet wizz past him. He looked back at the courtyard in disgust, feeling terrible about what he'd done. "They should have stayed back, Impel Down can't really be all that bad" He looked back ahead of him as he slipped his coat back on and sailed onward with the crate. "What could be in here that's worth going to level 6? Is there even a level 6 in Impel Down? A relic? What could that mean?" An alarm sounded and he almost fell out of the sky at the sound of it. Search lights were fired up around the city and began furiously searching the sky. Revenant began sailing straight upward with the box, going as fast as he was able. One of the lights spotted him, but he knew he was far out of reach of the Navy's fire. All of a sudden there was a loud explosion and a huge cannonball went flying passed him. A flurry of explosions and cannon fire rained in on him. He flew higher faster than he ever had before, the blood from his face soaked his bandages and started to spill into his eyes. He shut them tight and just kept flying higher. Eventually there was no sound of huge balls of metal flying all around him, but the explosions lingered. "s**t! Why is this thing so important? I can't go back to the Singularity now, they're sure to be swarming the harbor waiting for anyone to leave"
Revenant fell unconscious for a second and snapped back when a cannonball tore through the front of the platform, narrowly missing the crate but spraying him with splinters. "I gotta get out of here quick. I've lost too much blood...I won't be able to hold out for too much longer." He flew away from the cannon fire, keeping low and summoning all of the weapons he had collected close to his side. He snaked through the alleyways, flying over buildings when he heard marines near, trying to avoid them as best he could. Eventually he found himself on the outskirts of the town and headed for the hills he saw in the distance. They were quite tall. Atop one was a windmill with an entrance close to the top. Revenant steered the crate for the opening, losing consciousness just as he flew into it. The box crashed into the inner wall of the windmill and Revenant's comatose body skipped across the floor like a smooth stone over water. He lay there undisturbed until morning as the city was thrown into chaos.
As chaos rained through the streets a woman with a jacket only covering her left arm and just nearly hanging off her right shoulder with only the top button clipped together, a riffle hung on her right should while what looked to be a giant poll that was wrapped up in old bloody rages was strapped to her back, walked through the streets as if nothing was going on around her as she did. "What's with people today.." the woman thought as she looked up just as a giant box floated over head as it was leaving town. "what's going no now?" she asked as she followed the box in hopes of finding what was going on.
As the night started to fade and the sun started to uncover the darken land, the woman had found where the box was head and decided to plant a chain of bombs in the general area that the marines might come in at. The woman walked over to the windmill and looked over the box then over at the man who laid on the floor inside the building. "what a mess, if your going to steal something you could at least keep your hideout in one piece..." the woman said before taking apart of the rages on her back and started to clean the mans wounds before wrapping the rage over them to keep them from bleeding anymore then they already had before sitting down on a box waiting for the man to wake up. "who are you?" she asked herself as she waited.

He could feel something passing over his face, but didn't yet have the strength to open his eyes. His arms felt like they were made of stone. Revenant had no idea where he was, or how he got here. There was a horn of some kind going off in the distance. His face felt warm and he knew that meant it was bleeding, but it didn't seem like it was too bad. He slowly opened his eyes and let the haze clear. As the woman bandaged his face he took a good look at her. She was usually tall for a human woman, about as tall as he was. there was some sort of big pole she was carrying around with her, but Rev couldn't tell what it was. It had bandages around it too and that made Revenant feel a weird connection to it; hoping that whatever it was it felt as bad as he did right now. He crawled to his hands and knees and looked at the woman sitting on the box that he was surprised hadn't completely shattered on impact. He looked back out at the town and saw the chaos was still unfolding. Revenant looked back at the woman "Look lady....I don't know who you are or who you think you are, but you might not want to stand to close to that box. A few people have died over it and not even all of them by my hands, and I don't even know what's in there exactly." He had to use his powers in order to stand fully upright, and still afterwards from falling back down. "If you're a marine, I'd like at least a drink before we go at it. If you aren't, you'll probably want to get out of here because that thing -whatever it is- has already caused a heap of trouble if you couldn't tell." He slumped down on a smaller box next to him. "If you're here for whatever is inside that box, I'm willing to work out a deal so long as you can get me back to my ship unharmed" He looked back out the small window at the chaos below. "It wont be too long before the boys in blue make there way up here, so time is a factor here lady" Revenant's body hadn't hurt this much in a long time, he could feel all the splinters that were dug into his body and wondered how long it would take to get them all out.He looked back at the strange mystery woman, eying here as he did. She didn't seem at all scared or intimidated by him which left Revenant with only a handfull of a assumptions. This woman is either an ignorant idiot for getting herself involved, she's some overly dedicated doctor with some weird doctor oath, or she fancies herself some kinda badassRevenant thought to himself, desperately hoping for at least one of the later "Who are you anyway? and why did you bandage up my face? Not that I'm not grateful but...well put yourself in my shoes"
The woman shook her head as revenant spoke about what was happening. "none of the above, I saw you and this box flying over head and all the Marines going nuts because of it and I wanted to see what was going on, and since you just answered that on your own I'd like to offer you a hand since I already made sure to secure the main road so no one can come up here." the woman said as she stood up and walked over to the window. "as for who I am, well let's save that for later. Now if you can move that and yourself I can take care of the rest." the woman said as she pulled the riffle off her shoulder and got ready for a fight.

Revenant chuckled to himself admiring the mystery woman's bravery. He walked slowly over the crate and placed his hand on it, levitating the box just above the ground. "Hehehehehe....It might be fun rotting in a jail cell with the likes of you. Right then" He floated himself back on top of the box. Witch was slightly easier to handle now that it was no longer attached to the platform it was connected to, which Revenant could now see was most of the weight of the whole thing. "-going directly through down town, whether you've cleared it or no, will be a lot more trouble than I think it will be worth. They've seen me face already....a few times in a few places actually, and dodging that cannon fire took quite a bit out of the ole' noggin as I'm sure you're aware" He sat comfortably atop the box, still floating just above the floor of the place. "We could take the scenic rout and simply fly over the whole city and admire the view, but I'm pretty sure the whole city knows I can fly, so methinks that may also be more trouble than it's worth. So i guess wehave no choice but to march right through the middle then aye?" He looked passed the woman again out at the city "Aye most like unless you have some other way through....but i doubt that ma'am....uh no offense y' understand?" Revenant looked longingly at the city again, not wanting to go back in after he'd just gotten out, and still feeling a slight rot in his stomach over the soldiers " Hows about this then: lets have ourselves a little competition! My girl The Singularity's waiting at the port, at the other end of town. We're going to have to go through the whole stinking place whether we like it or not. Here's what i propose to you: a test of skill. You get points for knocking out marines, but you lose points for killing them. The one with the most at the end gets this ole beauty" Revenant says as he pats the top of the box he's sitting on "Savvy?"
The woman shrugged at what the man said as she kept an eye out for anyone that might head up the road. "you could also go over the water and get to your ship from behind and not get shot at, at all." the woman said as she pointed to the cliff nearby. The woman pulled off the item that was wrapped up and stood it up in front of her. "just an idea, anyways if you go about it that way you should be fine, and I can just walk to the port with no trouble." the woman said as she walked out the door.

●▬▬▬---▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬☠▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬---▬▬▬▬● "I suppose I could..." Revenant said hesitantly. He wanted to see some action partly out of some irrational desire to prove himself to this woman and also partly to make sure he hadn't overdone things to the point that he was unable to fight. "Ya, that might be a better plan, not sure of meself just yet and I can't really tell how banged up I am " he said with a half smile, "I suppose takin it easy while I'm still breathing couldn't hurt" it hurt his pride a little just to say it, but Rev knew it was the smarter decision. The only reason he could move at all now was because of his abilities. "You should probably be cautious just the same miss, this box put a knot in all of those marine boys' knickers. They might a taken notice of ye securing a path so ye best keep your wits about you. If ye do make it to the port in one piece, The Singularity's a large galleon-class vessel with black and white stripes along her hull. Shouldn't be too hard to miss. If there are a lot of marines about....given they don't recognize you, I'd ask one of them what's going on. We might be able to get some info about their plans indirectly. If they do recognize ye well..." Revenant chuckled quietly to himself as he began to hover out the small window "-if they do recognize ye miss, try not to damage yourself or me babygirl up too bad will ye?"
Revenant still felt slightly lightheaded from having passed out, but he was coming to his senses and would be able to help out the mystery woman if she needed it. just as he was about to dart off, he turned back to the woman "oh uh...miss? Do ye have a name that goes along with such a...face as yours?" ●▬▬▬---▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬☠▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬---▬▬▬▬●
The woman nodded as the man went over the details before agreeing to her plan before he floated out of the building. "Oh don't worry about me Mr. Revenant, you just worry about getting yourself over to your ship in one piece." the woman stated as she kept walking to the road she arrived on. She turned to look at him and just smiled. "like I told you before, my name isn't important right now so let's leave it for later, & besides you haven't given me a reason to introduce myself to you yet. Now if you'll excuse me I'll be going." the woman said as she continue to walk away.

●▬▬▬---▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬☠▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬---▬▬▬▬● Revenant headed down the other side of the hill, heading for the sea as he went. The night air was clear and quiet now that he away from all the sirens and chaos. The wind coated him in a aura of relaxation as he flew towards the water. Given that he was taking the long way around, it would take him a little longer to reach his ship than it would that mysterious woman. Even though she seemed friendly enough, Revenant was still skeptical of her. He didn't completely deny the notion that she was just an undercover high-ranking marine. Where did she come from? Why is she helping me? Why didn't she tell me her name? What was that bandaged thing she was carrying? The questions raced through Rev's mind as he raced towards his ship.
He couldn't see it, but somewhere deep in his gut, Revenant somehow knew there were a big collection of Marines just up ahead. He flew high into the air, hoping that there wasn't any sort of spotlight that might find him as he did. Once he thought he was high enough, Rev looked out over the water to see that, as he had guess, there was a Navy warship that was sailing around the island. Both he and the ship were still a fair distance from the port and he wondered why it would be here. " Hmm... surely word couldn't have traveled that fast for a warship to be here already? I must have been out for longer than i realized. " From somewhere he could hear a voice, but not hear it in the traditional sense that one does with the ears. This type of hearing came from somewhere inside Revenant's mind, but it wasn't originating there. Something told him that the horn on the ship was about to blow, and that it would be terribly loud.
Revenant found himself overwhelmed with curiosity as he cupped his ears to the blaring horn. "hm...what's all this then? Can I predict the future now? No...I don't think that that's quite right, if I could I would have been able to dodge that cannon fire back there. this is quite interesting indeed...maybe my brush with death has brought me some new found gift?" he wondered aloud at the idea. That tingling sensation in his mind told him the searchlights were about to spring from the ship and he hovered low to the water. Sure enough, two bright beams shot into the dawn sky above them. Revenant didn't know how, but he knew where the lights were going to be directed, and flew around them with ease as he passed the ship and headed to the Singularity.
The woman walked through loguetown not even trying to hide herself from the armed Marines storming about the streets. As she head for the port some Marines stopped her asking what she was up to, but before pushing further with their questions the woman had already knocked them out with Sandy then proceeded to the port. "some people don't know how to leave a woman alone these days." the woman said as she looked around for the port.
As the woman finally arrived near the port she saw a whole group of Marines stationed all over. "this should be fun." the woman said as she looked over each one that stood there.

●▬▬▬---▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬☠▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬---▬▬▬▬●
Revenant lifted himself off the box and thrust his hands into the water under him. Spurts of water sprung up from the ocean and swirled around him like wet serpents. He formed the water into shapes of people and animals as he drifted on closer to the port. "Haha!! this is so cool!! The water still terrifies me, but at least I have some control over it!" He stopped playing with the water and let it fall back into the sea, wanting to conserve his strength for any possible conflict lie ahead. Revenant didn't know the complete scope of his powers yet, but he was always fascinated by what he could do with them. He had heard of a few more lackluster Devil Fruits that he'd heard of. He was glad he'd gotten the one he did, and always kind of saw himself resembling the fruit's previous owner, The Gold Lion Shiki. "Maybe the fruit chose me? I wonder if the fruits have any sort of special consciousness? heheh, I bet the lame ones are dumb as a sack o' rocks" he laughed aloud picturing his fruit as some sort of omniscient librarian.
The ringing in his head started flashing images of himself and angry thoughts. He looked up and saw that he was coming closer to the port. "Hmm...I wonder if I've become some sort of receiver for thought? I wonder if these are the thoughts of people on the dock?" He focused on a few images that flashed by and began to pick up more acute details surrounding himself. The biggest thing that seemed to be associated with him was the thought of him being some evil monster. Revenant associated these thoughts with people who must have only been told the Navy's side of the story. He wasn't about to correct all of them though. "Now there's a thought!" he muttered to himself. "I bet that if i can read their thoughts, then maybe i can project my thoughts to these people!"
He focused on someone and tried to influence their thinking of him as monster into him being a funny lovable guy. No luck. "I guess this here's a one way street then..." As he drew closer to the port, there were more and more frantic thoughts. Orders, directives, agendas, plans, traps; these were military thoughts. "Aye, these Navy lads catch on quick. These thoughts are almost too much to comprehend. I'm not getting anything about the Singularity so I believe these lot don't know me ship as of yet..." Revenant sent the crate off to the Singularity and drug his hands through the water again, getting as much as he was able. "Might have meself a new title for this one"
He searched for that familiar presence of the mystery woman. He focused on her face, and the image of her weapon. "Seems like the mind reading can't be used as a tracking device either" Rev muttered to himself as he drifted closer to his ship. He knew the crate had made it and that the ship was still right where he'd left it. He kept low to the sea and flew behind the ships in order to avoid being detected. The closer he got to the Singularity, the more the frantic militant thoughts became and Revenant began to fear that the Navy might know which ship was his; or worse yet that the woman had been captured and had spilled everything. "I knew i should have brought her with me...I definitely shouldn't have told her what me ship looked like. I really don't want any more marines to..." he couldn't even finish the sentence. Images of the marines who took their lives at the base flashed into mind and he had to stop atop a ship's cabin as the mini panic attack subsided.
"No...no I'm not going to let that happen anymore" He stood up and resumed his flight to his ship, gathering more water as he went. It wasn't too long before he picked up a thought-picture that looked roughly like his Singularity and headed to where it was coming from with the water in tow. There weren't enough bullets to stop him now.
