Sounds reasonable enough, I suppose. However, that does mean that as long as you have another mule, you can act up as much as you want and start off fresh with the next one.
At this point I don't care that much, If people create new accounts they may decide to join in the conversations eventually, and not be a problem.
Yeah. I think in most instances, it's a good method. I just worry about certain people *cough* Aoi *cough* who might consistently create new mule after new mule and continue to cause a disturbance. I had to block quite a few of his accounts the time I reported him because he wouldn't leave me alone and kept trying to find new ways to get to me. That sort of thing gets obnoxious after a while.
I know that's a specific sort of instance, though, so I'm sure it's not somethin' likely to happen often.
If you know for a fact it's Aoi, and he really has that pathetic of a life, feel free to ban his accounts.
