____ is a buisness guy from New York, he was given the task of going down to Tennessee and geting several farmers to sign over their land for public use. Of course this is all a front since if they don't give it up willingly he is aloud to claim Eminent Domain and take it forcefully. The first three farms gave it up willingly seeing the amount of money they were willing to give them. But the fourth farm, a down to earth family with a rich history in the community, had the most land and the company wanted this one the most. So _____ saved this one for last since this family had turned down many offers for their land. When he got there she immediately takes notice to the boy who was in charge of the farm. He was your classic 'cowboy' that many girls would swoon over. Before he even got a word out he said no, when he persisted he made a strange offer. he said if he could stay on the farm, help out and live there for three months then he could have the farm. That is if she still wanted to take it from them in the end.

Personality: Ian is very down to earth and hardly ever takes the easy way out. Of course he is also extremely intelligent and wont let anyone take advantage of his kindness.
Bio: Ians farm was brought up by his great great great grandfather, who had won the land in a bet. From then on the family kept the farm going, the eldest son always taking rights of it. Now Ian has been given the farm, he lives with his mother, father, sickly grandmother and two little siblings. it may seem crowded but since he is 23 he lives in one of the outside barns which was fixed up with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and even a guest room. The rest of the family stays in the big house. Family is very important to them, so no one is thrown out but no one is shunned if they want to leave. Since he also has an older sister who moved out to California.
