Happy New Years Eve. <3 heart Happy late late late late late new year. lol Sadly, Hmong Music Festival was cancelled this year. They claim that their main lead star cannot make it to the concert so they cancelled it. I think they just really have no money to run it anymore so they cancelled it. Hmong people and their last minute things.
