Herald smiled down at Emma as she kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you," he replied simply. He then looked over to where Sarah was before looking back at Emma. "Since we've already had our first dance, do you mind if I dance with my daughter?" He asked, his smile still in place.
The Reaver led Ellise out onto the dancefloor. "Okay," he began as he held her hands in his. "Follow my lead." He slowly began to lead Ellise into a Foxtrot, guiding her steps along with his.
Texas led Mirai out onto the dancefloor as well. "Well that makes two of us," he admitted as he took her hands. He looked down at them for a moment before looking back at Miria. "O-okay, so I guess we start moving slowly back and forth right?" He asked.
Jessica smiled at Lily's response. "I bet it's nice and warm," she replied. She watched other people move out onto the dance floor before holding out her hands to Lily. "Dance with me?" She asked playfully.
Eric gave Dara the lopsided grin he was so infamous for as she took him to the dancefloor. "Okay, I've technically never done this before but I read up on it once I found out we were going to a wedding." He took both her hands and began to lead her in a dance similar to The Reaver's. Though his was slower and less fluid he at least seemed to understand the steps and the order they went in.
Scarlet smiled slightly as she watched Misty and Zoey. "I wouldn't dream of it," she told Misty when the girl warned her not to try and escape. She looked down at the two of them. "Well, lead the way then," she told her. "Why don't you show me what you've got?"
Nurse Mortem sighed as she heard Melanie's teasing remark. "Well I don't mind a dance or two," she admitted with a smile, taking Melanie's hand. "To the dancefloor Melanie," she told her teasingly. "Why don't you sweep me off my feet?"

As Herald asked if it was alright to dance with Sarah, Emma looked over to where Sarah was located before looking up at Herald once more. She smiled up at him and nodded "Of course," she replied."Have fun!"
Ellise followed The Reaver onto the dance floor before following his lead. Ellise did seem to have an idea of what she was doing though. She had learned how to dance in the past so it was easy to follow The Reaver. "So did you learn how to dance to be a catch?" Ellise teased.
"Ah..." Amber had a point. Sarah never learned dancing either. "Gooood point," Sarah said, she glanced around and watched the others as they made it onto the dance floor. "Well I mean with slow dances like this, I don't think we can do much. But! If they dish out the party music then it doesn't matter if you can dance or not. Even jumping up and down can count and that's easy,"Sarah looked back at Amber and grinned.
"Lovely," Mirai said with a small laugh. As they made it onto the dance floor, Mirai took Texas's hands. She looked around to see how the others were doing it before the calmly began lightly moving back and forth. "We'll start slowly like this and go from there," Mirai said, eyeing their feet for a moment before looking up at Texas and smiling at him.
____________________________________________________________ Location: Reception Room Lily looked around seeing everyone begi to move to the dance floor and was already ready to just sit out and watch people dance seeing how they decided to act during the songs, probably because she sucked at dancing. Though Jessica decided to speak up and asked to dance holding her hand out "your kidding right..." she said chuckling before sighing "alright, must warn you...i suck at dancing...like really bad"
Amber Hunter Trienna Location: with sarah/Herald/Emma Amber chuckled "yea but even if we don't i think thats gonna be an issue...i think your dads coming over here...im assuming to teach you or something" she stated as she backed up abit from her assuming that she was right, "i'll just go over there where the cake is..." she stated smiling before givng one last word "IF you do start dancing by bouncing dont do the sprinkler....ok"

Herald gave Emma a nod when he heard her response before walking over to where Amber and Sarah were. "May I have this dance?" He asked her politely with a slight smile. "I didn't expect my own unborn daughter to be at my wedding."
The Reaver grinned when he heard Ellise. "Well, actually back in our world Death would often hold really big parties to show off his wealth and power. As some of Death's most powerful agents we were obligated to show up to sort of....be shown off I guess? All the high hoity toity types were there and they all wanted to say they danced with The Queen of Darkness or The Reaver, or Rashi. We didn't want to look like idiots so we all learned how to dance." He gave a shrug and a slight smile as he continued to dance with her. "Never really liked them much but a least I learned something from it huh?"
Texas nodded at Mirai's point before he slowly began moving with her. "Yeah, makes sense," he replied as they moved in step. It wasn't so bad or as hard as he had expected. The Reaver seemed to have things down quite well. "You having fun so far?" He asked with a smile.
Jessica laughed as she took Lily out onto the dance floor and took her hands. "Don't worry, I'm not that good either," she admitted as she began to slowly move with Lily. "Fortunately I don't think we need to be that good at a wedding," she added with a smile. "As long as we don't knock anything over."
Standing aside and into the crow which gathered at the dance floor, Misty would proceed to find a fitting space, after all we didn't want everyone to pile up at the center. Upon finding a cozy corner with just enough room to mover around without risking to bump into someone else. Misty would turn around and smile back at those two as she extended her hand towards Zoey once Scarlet asked them to show their moves. "W-what?" Asked the youngest sister who still clung onto Scarlet's arm. "Well, you heard Aunt Scarlet, you have to show her what you've got."
Location: Reception with Scarlet. The youngest sibling would fluster while puffing her cheeks, holding tightly onto Scarlet's arm. "But I want aunt Scarlet to teach me. You'll step on me during the whole dance." Misty raised an eyebrow at Zoey's remark. "I'll let you know I've had my fair share of classes. I wouldn't step on you even if I was blindfolded." With the help of a stealthy chain, Zoey was swept off her feet and from Scarlet's side before she could even react to it. "Yikes!" Said the youngest sibling, ending up with Misty as the brunette held her gently before she took the lead with small steps from side to side. "C'mon it will be fun, plus we're not pulling any crazy tricks. I'm sure even you can last at least this song." Misty teased, making her younger sister blush her cheeks with slight embarrassment. But none the less, she was having fun and the motion wasn't fast enough to get her dizzy, perhaps even she could pull this one off.
Location: Reception with Nurse mortem and Kyubey
Picking Mortem's hand, Melanie would follow the nurse all the way to the dance floor. Hearing a teasing remark which she answered with a wicked smirk. The redhead would walk up to Nurse Mortem without a single word before her hands would wrap around the Nurse's waist, slowly picking up the phase, leading for Mortem to follow. "Be careful what you wish for Miss Mortem. Who knows? I might just do that."
Emma smiled and watched as Herald went off to dance with Sarah. She glanced around the room them, a smile still on her face. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. Her gaze shifted over to Amber then as she went near the cake. Emma smile grew slightly and she made her way over in that direction. "Are you enjoying the event so far?"Emma asked once she was close enough to Amber.
Ellise smiled as The Reaver spoke "Makes sense, I suppose," she told him. "It would have been amusing if they didn't teach you those things," Ellise said with a small giggle.
"Huh? Teach me?" Sarah didn't seem to be paying attention to any conversations other than the one with her and Amber. Before Amber made her way to the cake, Sarah continued seeming confused "But... the sprinkler is cool?" she muttered with a pout. Her ears twitched as she heard a familiar voice and turned to see her dad in front of her. She glanced around, almost as if she was expecting him to be talking to someone else. Sarah turned red then "Huh? U-Um... Okay. I am not a very good dancer though," she said, sounding a bit shyer and usual. She wasn't expecting to dance with her dad and while she was happy about that, she was also a bit nervous.
Mirai still seemed to be concentrating on her steps while dancing, occasionally glancing downwards towards her feet. When asked if she was having fun, Mirai looked up at Texas again and smiled "Yes, it's been fun," she told him before muffling a laugh "If a year or so ago, if I was told I would be at Herald's wedding, I wouldn't believe it."

Amber Hunter Trienna Location: with sarah/Herald/Emma Amber chuckled "its really not..." she stated as she would finally be away from the father and daughter, at the cake area she would hear emma's voice peeking around her, she turned around and smiled "yep...I've never been to a wedding before so this...is awesome...its beautiful and colorful...and so many people are showing up"

Scarlet danced with Misty, allowing Zoey to cut in when Misty pulled her to them. "Both of you? Well, consider me lucky then," Scarlet teased slightly.
Nurse Mortem gave a laugh as she heard Melanie. "I'll hold you to that," she told her. "After all, it's not everyday you get to go out and party." She thought for a moment. "The last time I went to a dance was the Summer Festival in High School."
The Reaver grinned when Ellise responded. "Yeah I bet you'd like that," he teased back. "I'd just blame all my stumbling around on drinking. Then you could be embarrassed by me too."
Herald smiled as he looked down at his daughter. "That's fine, I'm sure you get it from me," he told her, holding out his hand.
Texas laughed at Mirai's comment. "Tell me about it. There's a lot of things I never would have believed if you'd told me a year ago." He looked around at everyone else. "All the things we've done. We've come a long way haven't we?"
"Well, that's probably because you have a tail you have to watch out for," Jessica replied teasingly as the two of them danced. She looked over at the others before looking back at Lily. "Do you think your mom would have enjoyed something like this?" She asked curiously.
Misty would stand back and watch the pair dance along. Most likely she wished to give Zoey some breathing room since she knew how limited her stamina was.
Location: Reception with Scarlet. Zoey on the other hand was more than happy when Scarlet took her out to dance. "Ah, Aunt Scarlet, show me how you move around... like in that party at your casino." Ever since Zoey saw Scarlet dance she got super excited and adamant on the idea of learning how to do so. This, memory of hers was particularly meant on a simple yet elegant waltz which Scarlet hosted a few months ago.
With Misty out of the picture it was just the two of them now. Sharing some secrets and giggles.
On the other hand, among the crowd, James would find his shoulders prey to a pair of hands, and a perfume he might have some memory of. "Hey there... thought this was a party not a theater..." She teased as she waited for Jetter's response.
Location: Reception with Nurse mortem and Kyubey
Melanie would shrug, she wasn't completely devastated for not hitting parties every now and then since her schedule had been quite... busy lately. She would admit it was a nice activity for a change. Yet she would smirk as Mortem said she would hold her to that. "As you wish Mistress..." Teased Melanie and with just a couple of steps, Mortem would feel Melanie's proximity, the redhead's arm would reach and take Mortem's side, pulling her just a little closer. Her free hand would take the Nurses before she would lead the way, sweeping Mortem away from any possible static stance she may had guarded until then. "Oh but that is no good Mortem... are you planing on poor future Mr. Mortem waiting forever?... " Asked Melanie with a sad tone before she would give a mischievous grin at Mortem. "Who knows? If you wait onto it too much... future Mr. Mortem may Become Mr. Du coteau instead."
Emma's smile grew as she heard Amber "I am glad. We prepped with basically no experience with weddings other than from books so it is good that it didn't turn into a disaster,"Emma muffled a giggle before glancing at the dance floor. "Plus it is nice having a huge gathering like this."
"Well I mean it would be amusing watching you do something you don't have experience in in general," Ellise teased. She then laughed as she imagined The Reaver stumbling around "Me? Embarrassed of you? Never."
Sarah breathed out a laugh before glancing at Herald's hand. She hesitated for a few moments before taking it. "Sorry if I step on your feet," she mumbled.
Hearing Texas, Mirai leaned up and kissed him on the forehead."We have,"she agreed with a soft smile. "We still have quite a road ahead of us but I think the outcome will be pleasant."
____________________________________________________________ Location: Reception Room Lily smirked "well yea...sometimes i forget i have one...expessially when im distracted by other things" she said confessing. soon the topic of her mother would come back up "your joking right?" she said laughing" i'd never hear the end of it...she would go on and on about what she saw here...and she would spend her time telling the story of her human wedding" she stated as she kept dancing.
Amber Hunter Trienna Location: with sarah/Herald/Emma Amber smiled "it looks like it turned out amazing...everyones happy and it looks like no one is even remotely sad" she stated "and...Sarahs been really excited about this...expessially when we decided to come back, like she was dead set on seeing you and uncle herald get married" she stated smiling. "yea...a huge gathering...its...different from what we get normally...since everyones always out somewhere...its nice seeing so many people together" she said with a smile.

Scarlet laughed as she heard Zoey. "Oh very well then," Scarlet replied. She knew what Zoey was talking about. "Just tell me if you can't keep up the pace," she added in a motherly tone. She then began to lead Zoey in the waltz she had seen, going slow at first before moving up to normal speed.
Nurse Mortem seemed slightly taken by surprise as Melanie pulled her closer and began leading the way. "Oh?" She asked attempting to regain her footing both figuratively and literally. "Are you insinuating you'd be my rival?" She asked with a slightly playful smirk.
James was about to take a sip of his drink but paused as he felt a pair of hands on his shoulders. To his credit he didn't even flinch. He calmly set the drink down and turned around to face the voice, his expression blank. "Incidentally I'm not too fond of either," he replied in a cool, collected tone. Her implication seemed to go completely over his head. "Though I'm fairly certain this is a party," he added without a trace of sarcasm.
"Oh ho! Well I'm glad to hear it," The Reaver replied as he continued to dance with Ellise. "Just be happy I don't pull out all the stops and start dancing in my Kishin form. You'd like that wouldn't you?" He teased.
"We all have to start somewhere," he told her, unknowingly echoing one of the first lessons he taught her in her training. He led her out to the dance floor and started off slow, both for her sake and for his. "How does it feel to be at your own parent's wedding?" He asked as they danced.
Texas nodded in agreement with Mirai. "Yeah, I think it will too," he agreed. "We just gotta be smart about it, you know? I mean I know I can be hot-headed and stuff but at least we have some idea of what to expect now." He glanced away. "And I should never let SC show me a "new move" of hers," he added quietly.
Jessica laughed slightly as she heard Lily's response. "Well I guess if you've had it your whole life it would be easy to forget about." She gave a smile at Lily's next comment. "Aww, you should do the same!" She teased.
The pink haired girl would nod with a wide grin as she held onto Scarlet, letting her lead the way. Unlike with Misty, Zoey seemed really curious about every move Scarlet made, for Zoey, aunt Scarlet was so elegant when dancing that she wished to be just like her. "Is this alright?" Asked the curious girl, doubting almost every step she made whenever Scarlet picked up a new phase.
Location: Reception with James Jetter.
Misty on the other hand would give a doubtful grin at James, just as cold as usual. "Oh c'mon it can't be that bad." Said Misty with a gentle squeeze on his shoulders before moving next to him. "These are the small details that make a life count. Wouldn't it be better to enjoy them rather than letting them pass you by?" She would sit by his side, staring at the people having a good time which brought a smile to her face. "Leaving a blank canvas is not portraying minimalist art... it's simply wasting up a space." Crossing her legs and sitting up on a proper posture, she decided to play James's collected game for a little while.
Location: Reception with Nurse mortem and Kyubey
Smiling back at Mortem, the redhead would close her eyes and gave up a shrug while keeping up the phase. "I don't know... Should you tempt me to however, I may give you a surprise or two." Answered Melanie, playing around Mortem's current delicate footing. "Didn't you told me once I should take my chances while I'm young? Who knows? Maybe I would."
Emma continued smiling while listening to Amber "Well it wouldn't be a very good wedding if people were sad,"she said with a laugh. She glanced over to Herald and Sarah, her smile softening slightly"Well I am glad you both decided to come." She paused for a moment longer before looking at Amber once more"Would you like to try dancing?" she asked with a small smile.
Ellise suddenly burst out laughing as she imagined The Reaver trying to dance in his kishin form. It just didn't fit as she was used to that form only being seen during fighting. "O-Oh my god that would be quite strange," she managed to say.
As Herald spoke, Sarah's ears twitched and she looked up at him, a smile appearing on her face as she remembered one of her very first training sessions with her father when she was little. Sarah awkwardly stared at her feet as her and her dad began to dance. This was definitely not something she was expecting was going to happen. "Well it sure is something. You both often talked about your wedding when I was little so I am excited that I get to see it in person."
"Literally a hot head," Mirai teased. Mirai managed to catch what Texas said about SC and snickered "Yes you shouldn't," she told him.

Amber Hunter Trienna Location: with sarah/Herald/Emma Amber smiled "yea...it wouldn't be a fun event" she stated looking up at her "And im glad we both got to come, I've never been to a wedding before so...its something to admire" she stated watching as sarah and herald danced. though her eyes went to emma once more when she asked if she wanted to try dancing "I a...I um...I don't know how to though" she stated fiddling her fingers, of course seeing how happy sarah was dancing she was curious as well since she never danced before and she would be lieing if she claimed she wasn't curious about trying it.
