Following the battle with Morgana, Alutar awoke a smidge wised. And a lot more bruised. He wouldn't know he had any wisdom gained though. Not till much later. He rose, and staggered with his hands holding his head. His feet dragged on the ground as he tried to make it back to his camp...but...he couldn't remember which way it was. He was bleeding from several claw gashs along his chest, his head was throbbing, and his throat hurt so badly when he tried to breath. With his tail dragging behind him, Alutar's eyes fluttered closed. His foot caught on something, and he found himself falling to the ground heavily.

For a moment Alutar enjoyed the blissful darkness that came with being face down on the ground. Then there was a increase in the pain of his body as he was rolled over. The shadow prince forced his eyes open, and he found himself staring blearily up at Amor. In a sort of dazed state, he lifted a hand towards Amores cheek. Look, he wanted to say to the other. I got a mark on my cheek too. Alutar couldn't manage much more then a soft rasping sound in his throat though, as he tried to trace the heart with his finger in the air.

(Apparently..Alutar is mentally cracked right now XD )

In his condition, staying put was exactly the best thing he could do. Alutar's hand fell to the ground shortly after Amor made his hand gesture. He closed his eyes again, and allowed his thoughts to simply stop. Other then being aware of the pain in his throat and body, he didn't have the energy to think of anything.

It was only when he felt something touching his chest that the prince opened his eyes again. he hadn't even realized how much time had passed. He blinked his eyes twice, then made a face of pain. "Burns." He hissed with a downwards glance. The cleaning of the claw marks felt like they were burning. Maybe it was because it had been a General that had hurt him?

It was just the touching. The sensitive rips in his skin seemed to burn even when he breathed, but Alutar hadn't noticed due to the fact he'd grown used to that pain. No longer though. he dropped his head back on the ground and made a scowling expression on his face. "S'kay." His voice sounded so hoarse, and it hurt to speak even a little. "Thanks." He looked at Amor a bit more closely, as the pain helped focus his mind for the time being. "Your not one of us."

Alutar managed a faint smile when Amor would ask him for clarification. He reached into the pocket of his pants, and very gently pulled out a key chain sized symbol of Antarmur'ss. Holding it up, he licked his lips and rasped. "Your not from our war camp. Who're you with?"

Despite how displeased Amor was with the wrapping, Alutar saw nothing wrong with it. It covered his wound and kept the blood from flowing after all. He slowly pushed himself up onto a elbow. "Syr..." He rasped thoughtfully, then his green eyes brightened with recognition. "Th' pretty one." He stated with a small smile. "Didn't know he was helpin."

Unaware that he had made Amor unhappy, Alutar used his tail to push himself into a sitting position. He inhaled slowly and rubbed his neck. "M' glad," He mumbled softly. "Thank you for helpin me." He lifted his head to look at Amor and managed a smile. "When the wars over...m' gunna send a present to your god. Just to say thanks for helping."

Alutar hesitated, then decided to listen to Amor. He leaned back down and curled his tail up so he could rest his head on the tip. Alutar folded his hands on his chest and half closed his eyes tiredly. "Dunno. I don't think dad has anything against your God. He hasn't said we're to stay away. Just the Carnival and Hellhounds." Alutar gently stroked his throat. He could still feel the cursed hands around it.
