Moirae reapers have an affinity to FEAR much like any other reaper. However, their abilities lie in FEAR through time and not space. Moirae can see into the future, or a future at any rate. A Moira's ability to see more accurately to who, what, where, and when they want to comes from practice and a better grasp on FEAR itself, and the visions they have before adulthood are either beyond their control, or poorly directed even with the best concentration. They tend to see people, places, or objects they're familiar with as the anchor of their visions. The only ones this power doesn't work on are themselves and other Moirae - their futures can never be seen, nor will they be seen in the futures of others even if they end up playing a role in them. They also have a much harder if not a completely impossible time pinpointing those whose FEAR command is greater than their own, so young Moirae will not have the ability to peek into the futures of their teachers or anything.

A Moira reaper never sees a complete vision of any event, and are stuck only seeing a specific one-third of a vision. Clotho will see the circumstances that lead up to the event, or portents/omens. Lachesis will see the journeys and dangers, or trials. And Atropos will see merely the end results of the event, or consequences.

The accuracy of their ability is difficult to gauge in current times. The full story of any vision can only be pieced together from the combined sight of a Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos, and the three families have been feuding for as long as anyone in Halloweentown can remember.

(( The only time Moirae would be able to see something that is really and definitely going to happen is if another player would like an accurate reading of a non-META future event for their own character, because they have already plotted for this stuff to happen. Moirae will never be able to see meta anything ever for any reason so don't even ask. ))

Job/Business: He runs a hole in the wall fortune telling business that reeks of being a sham, and not just because every one of his so-called mystical 'artifacts' smell heavily of incense. Palmistry, tea leaves, rolling the bones, ouija, he has it all - for a small fee, of course. Though most of his future reading is a complete sham, he is very occasionally on the money when his natural ability kicks in to show him small fragments of the future, which only really ever happens when someone has a quest or a journey ahead of them. Ultimately, it would be better to borrow one of the many books of occult knowledge lying around than to ask him directly... but hey.
