Name: September Lee

Nickname: Tess

Age: 18

Birthday: October 1

Sign: Libra

Gemstone: Opal

Blood Type: AB

Fav. Food: Spinach Ravioli

Hated Food: Broccoli

School: DCU

Hobbies:

From Mozart to Metallica -- Since she was about four, Tess has had some kind of instrument in her hands. She's toyed around with the Piano, with the flute, with two different kinds of drums, and has for the past eight years had a private voice instructor training her in that capacity. Her favorite, however, is the fiddle [her parents cough and say violin].

She sings backup in a local rock band that mostly, for the time being, does covers, but her love of music has landed her in a program at DCU, where she's studying everything she can. Primarily her focus is on the violin and music composition.

This Club is Thumpin -- Much of Tess's life revolves around clubs, though the kind of club differs. Her love of music and dancing, of social situations and a good time, often draws her out to dance clubs. She enjoys the sound of the places, the vibe, the alcohol, and even the close-packed quarters, but her favorite part is probably bumping into people she'd otherwise have no interaction with.

The rest of it, in contrast, revolves around a different kind of club -- DCGC, the Destiny City Golf Club. After her father's donation to help expand the dining room, the Lees became important members, which means they attend all the important events and social affairs. Her father plays golf at least three times a week; her mother goes for weekly games and social hours. Tess herself often has to pop out her piercings and leave her docs at home to play sweet daughter at galas or brunches.

Anything on the Big Screen -- Now and then, Tess really needs a bit of alone time. This should be easy at home, in their too-large house, with her parents often out, but the resounding silence of the place is too loud...so she either takes herself out to the dark and the safety of a movie theater, alone with a tub of popcorn and whatever the newest release is, or she settles down into the comfort of their viewing room to blast whatever she can get her hands on. Movies are her safe space. And she usually likes to watch them alone.

Virtues:

'Good Enough' isn't Good Enough -- An overachiever, Tess always tries to outdo herself, and works hard to achieve this. Instead of putting in the minimum requirement in any task, she throws her full attention to it, and works hard to full conquer any skill. She's always been the one to put the most pressure on herself, especially when she seems to be falling behind, and is always the first to beat herself up over failure. The result is that through hard work, she will achieve the tasks she needs to achieve, and won't give up out of mere frustration.

Social Chameleon -- Tess has had a lot of practice being what people want her to be -- whether it's her parents, pushing her to be polite and proper at the club, teachers who want her to hunker down and focus on classical music, or kids at clubs urging her to relax and have a good time. The result is that she can fit herself into whatever social circle she needs to, putting on the proper face for the right crew. She blends in, not by disappearing, but by finding her place in any community.

A Wry Smile -- Being well-read and well-versed in movies means that Tess holds a particular love for sarcasm and jokes, that comes out as a wry sort of wit in her everyday life. She's bright enough to quip, to poke fun in a friendly way, and to make light of the life around her. It makes her seem smarter than she is, sometimes, and also more approachable to certain people.

Flaws:

Straw that Broke... -- Sometimes Tess forgets to schedule in downtime for herself -- forgets that she has to do things like sleep, relax, eat. She sets twenty million tasks for herself, plans multiple events in the same evening, and the result is that she burns herself out. Finals time, especially, is killer for her.

Ups and Downs -- Usually, Tess enjoys social situations, interactions, time spent with other people. Sometimes, however, without any clear cause or reasoning, she dissolves into fits of depression that drive her to the privacy of her home, to quiet tasks and moody music. It makes her mopey and weepy and impossible to deal with, her usual good nature replaced with pessimism.

The Price of a Dollar -- Having been raised in a huge home, with her every need -- no, her every want -- taken care of, Tess has turned out a bit...spoiled. It's not that she's indifferent, or that she refuses to work, but more that she doesn't understand what most people have to go through to get the things she thinks of as simple amenities. She eats out a lot, and orders in even more; she buys new dresses at the drop of a hat, takes her luxuries for granted, and the result makes her demanding, a little bit self-centered, and more than a little needy. The result is that she expects the best of the best, and failure to get exactly that means that she's likely to throw hissy fits, talks down to employees without thinking, and doesn't understand that not everyone can afford the lifestyle she lives, or relate to those who can't.

Senshi: Richter, of Earthquakes.

Challenge: I'll make you shake in your boots!

Fuku Colour:

Main Color: Brown
Secondary Color: Tan

Fuku: Inspiration

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Richter Shimmy.
Once a battle, for fifteen seconds, Richter creates a 3-foot radius circle around her that, effectively, contains the effects of an earthquake that rates about a 4.5 on the Richter Scale:

Noticeable shaking of indoor objects and rattling noises. Felt by most people in the affected area. Slightly felt outside. Generally causes none to minimal damage. Moderate to significant damage very unlikely. Some objects may fall off shelves or be knocked over.

Primarily this will make other people in the battle stumble, the ground shifting beneath them. Soft ground may become unstable. Things will fall off bookshelves and walls.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Richter Shake.
Once a battle, for fifteen seconds, Richter creates a 6-foot radius circle around her that, effectively, contains the effects of an earthquake that rates about a 5.5 on the Richter Scale:

Can cause damage of varying severity to poorly constructed buildings. At most, none to slight damage to all other buildings. Felt by everyone. Casualties range from none to a few.

Individuals in the battle -- on both sides, including Richter herself -- will lose their balance and may be thrown to the ground. Small structures might be knocked down or destroyed. Windows could, potentially, be broken.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Richter Quake.

Twice a battle, for fifteen seconds, Richter creates a 6-foot radius circle around her that, effectively, contains the effects of an earthquake that rates about a 5.5 on the Richter Scale, as above. In addition, however, now it will also open up small pitfalls in the ground, the earth shifting and cracking. This will make the battle field a dangerous ground, providing opportunities for potentially twisted or broken ankles. Of course, simply being alert means these gaps could be avoided...

A Note:

The official Richter Scale is referring to the damage done when a large area shakes at this strength; since Richter's attacks happen on such a small scale, they will not result in the same level of damage.
