Terumii in most guilds are registered as Dual Advanced Element Kekkei genkai users. As long as their is a common element between the two combonation elements like Fire in Boil and Lava; Terumii's can have any two advanced chakra elements. We as moderators are experimenting with it at the moment in a controlled environment in the form of a mission to see if there are certain combinations we should outlaw.
The reason we say that the Terumii are somehow Dual Element Kekkei genaki users is because something has to be special about you to get one Dual Element, do you remember how shocked everyone was about Haku? So, there must be something ridiculously special about Mei. If that makes any sense... x_x

Im currently setting up a char with that bloodline in Kiri, and if I can get someone to take her his sister will be created. Currently in discussion with guild leaders over the topic of what elements are acceptable.

your rpc would also have to have gone through massive psychological trauma and been kidnapped and stuff. But once my char is finished if you want we can rp together, looking over our characters I think we would synergies nicely as a team.
