About Club NotoriousA popular spot on any self-respecting party-lover's list, Club Notorious has been around a while. What started as a small hole-in-the-wall bar, is now a full two-level Club, for anyone looking to drink, dance, or just hang out. Not to mention some private booths for those who want to take a break from the action to relax with a 'friend'.
wink The only thing that might make this club a little different from most others, is that most of the patrons are Cursed. That doesn't mean they won't welcome a normal (or even a god-follower, if they're crazy/naive enough) with open arms, though...as long as no one comes in to cause trouble, anyone's welcome! The club's hours are not set, instead, they are consistently open when the sun goes down, and close when the sun comes up again.
Club Notorious was founded by
Pari, an Anthro bird who's always been a party animal (all jokes aside) at heart, and wanted to share the experience with others. Her establishment was small at first, more of a quiet bar than a club, her patrons mostly being friends and a few regulars. When she had a fling and ended up with a capsule, she managed to balance raising him with running things, and as
Neru got older, he helped out as well. Soon, his love of music prompted them to expand, turning the bar into the club that's known today. There's music every night, and while Neru is the House DJ, he'll invite other DJs or even bands to play if they like. But when he's in charge of the music, the bass is dropped, and the heavy mix of dubstep, hard dance and other random electronica will get anyone's heart pumping. Add in Pari's mix of drinks, and it can get your head spinning as well. Instant euphoria, as far as they're concerned!
About Pari & Neru

Behind the scenes, money-making aside, Pari uses the club for her own brand of Cursed corruption. She encourages her Cursed patrons to bring in normals (and even god-followers, if possible) with them, hoping the lure of a good time will draw them in...and make them want to keep coming back. She is always motherly and polite, an expert at disarming any fears or misgivings, no matter who is sitting in front of her, and she'll always lend an ear. All the while though, she'll quietly assist any cursed's attempts to corrupt whatever non-cursed fling they've brought in with them, be it simply some sage dating advice (to either party), or more sneaky tactics.

Neru, on the other hand, is all about his music. While he hates the gods as much as any other Cursed, and of course helps his mother and others when it comes to corrupting normals and god followers, (although to him, it's more of a simple truth of how the gods are nasty pieces of work who don't have anyone's interests in mind but their own), he's almost always got a smile on his face and will be your best friend til the end...well as long as you don't get between him and his mother, friends, or his music. He doesn't get angry often, but when he does, watch out.
Floorplan (WIP)
Club FeaturesUpper floor - The main entrance is at street level, and as you come in, you'll be in a sort of a mix of a lobby and a hallway. To your left, should you wish, is an Item check room, for any items you want to keep safe while partying. It also doubles as the lost and found, should you lose anything! If you head right, instead, you'll find pool tables (the pay-to-play variety; cue sticks and ball racks are on the wall, however), and past them, an elevator, one of many access points to the lower level.
If you head straight in, past these amenities, you'll find yourself in the main bar area. Drinks will cost you but snacks are always free and on the bar (bowls of peanuts, pretzels, etc). There are tables to sit at if one doesn't wish to sit at the bar, including a few by the railing, over which one can look down to the dance floor below. Follow the railing past the restrooms (and a ramp, for anyone handicapped, or just too inebriated to handle stairs) you'll find another balcony-like section, with lounge-type furniture against the wall. At the end, you'll find a spiral staircase leading down to the dance floor level.
Lower floor - Under the balcony is a near identical layout, with more loungers and tables just off to the side. A side exit leading out to the alley on that side of the building is near the staircase. The rest of the room is occupied by the large dance floor and the stage, from which the DJ or band belts out music. On the wall opposite the stage, is the ramp leading back upstairs.
Continue across the dance floor through a side door, and you'll end up in a hallway. To the left are more restrooms, straight ahead is a side exit leading to the alley on the other side, and to the right, private booths. Though more like small rooms than booths, they are perfect for couples wanting a little time to themselves. Amazingly enough, each room is set up with a soundproof option, for those needing a little break from the music. At the end of the hall is the elevator, leading one back up to the pool tables again, and bar level.
