I want to stay, and by stay I mostly mean keep an eye on it like I have been and only posting in one or two threads at a time. I'm super picky about the threads I join because I don't like to go to the effort of making/adapting a character for a thread if it doesn't look like it'll be really fun to write in, and because once I commit to a thread, I will not stop posting until I have no one to reply to. So if a thread seems like something looks like it has the potential to become more of a chore than a pleasure to post in, I tend to not bother with it. Which results in me not being all that active, but I think as long as I'm posting somewhere in the guild that isn't much of a problem. I also have a tendency to be more likely to neglect guild threads than forum threads because I can't subscribe to them, which means I don't get notifications when people post. But I still post in the threads I've committed to eventually even if I do accidentally neglect them for a bit.

I joined this guild because pretty much everyone I enjoy RPing with was already in it, so if they were involved with a good RP (or in case they had less time to post and prioritized guild RPs over other RPs), I wanted the chance to join in. And I don't make RP buddies easily--usually only through people I already know, because most of the threads that pop up on Barton Town don't interest me. At this point, it's the people in the thread more than the plot that usually makes me want to join an RP (although the plot/world is what will make me NOT want to join an RP in pretty much every case =D. Not that I have any specific suggestions on what sort of RP threads I'd like to see more of.)

Everyone generally posting more would make this guild a lot better, but I think that one's pretty obvious. It's the only solution I can see, but at the same time I think what you mean by "how can we improve the guild?" is "how can we make this guild attractive enough so people post more?", so it's not a very helpful suggestion XD.

I do want to stay, I joined this guild to roleplay, and flesh out some story ideas I have through roleplays, with people that wouldn't vanish.
And then my life went through a crapshoot, I became one of the people that vanished, and though I'm back, I'm having trouble getting the drive to rp again.
Make it a tiny bit more well known so there are more people? Making more/newer rps?
I really don't know.

Okay. here's how it is. I love writing with you guys, i really do. i always find group writing and roleplaying to be fun. I am sick and tired of people not posting though. i manage to make time to check every day, even though I'm struggling with a whole lot at school, and I get really hopeful whenever I log in to see there's been an update. And not having seen many for a while is insanely disappointing.

I'm sorry for my extremely long absence. A few weeks ago I was in quite a bad car accident and I've been in the hospital for the greater part of this time. I was finally allowed to come home a few days ago only to have Hurricane Sandy bearing down on me now xp Fingers crossed I don't lose power and if I do not for long. I'll try and get back into the rp swing of things as soon as possible and help breathe some life back into the guild (and my rps outside of the guild). Sorry again.
