Dark Forest

This is normally where the vampires and lycans come to kill/feed, so fights tend to break out often here.

*Edmond is walking alone trough the forest, his scythe dangling on his back*
"Here I am again in this place. Tsk." *he shakes his head* "Why do all my assignments have to do with this place? I bet it isnt good for my tail's scales!" *he looks around* "And still not a single sign of it... Im going to take a small rest for now" *he says sitting under a large tree*

"My name is Akari Akahana, current leader of the Vampire's Coven and an elite assassin in my order. Would you like to join the fight for balance in the world with the rest of the coven? Ruin


War rode in on Ruin stopping just alittle short of were Akari landed. He jumped of Ruin's back the horse continuing to gallop but seemingly running downward a strange portal opening at the horses feet engulfing it. War walked up to were Akari was and stood behind her watching Edmond not sure if the man was friend or foe. He stood ready to attack at any moment though he was in a relaxed stance.

"I am Edmond" *he says looking up at Akari and then at War* "Im a beast hunter. And yes, the worl has gone insane. *he shakes his head* This forest in itself proves it. It used to be peaceful, but now its teeming with all sorts of dangerous creatures."

You'll be surprised how fast they can swarm in dark areas." Akari said as she observed the surroundings for a moment. Suddenly, something caught her attention. It was moving rapidly and crept in the shadows. She drew her Blade of Undying Flames and stood at the ready for a big fight. "Where there's one, there's a lot more waiting to come after you... stay on your guard and don't let the Darkness get to you!" Akari said in a serious tone. gaia_nitemareright

War unsheathed Chaos Eater the massive sword glinting in light. War tracked the creatures movement and ran to it slashing the shadow's apart. He then jumped away just as more of the creatures appeared attempting to attack him where he was a second ago. War then Pulled out mercy his custom revolver and started firing at them blasting huge holes in the creatures. "There are more on their way. Do we stand and fight or run to the Coven and regroup." War said his back to Akari and Edmonds. War was still looking to the shadows watching for anymore assailants.

gaia_nitemareleft "We can't fight them... there's far too many to fight." Akari said in a concerned tone as she turned to Edmond. She could sense that he was half werewolf and half dragon, but she was unsure of his abilities. "I'll get you out of here if you can't fly, Edmond. It's better if you have someone to escort you, anyway." Akari said as she revealed her wings and sheathed her blade. She then picked him up in her arms and flew toward the Vampire's Covenant, carrying him there as quickly as she could before the Heartless followed them. gaia_nitemareright

War stayed behind fighting off the Heartless giving Akari and Edmond time to get a safe distance away. Once War was sure they were safe he stabbed chaos eater into the ground making a giant version of the blade geyser he had done earlier. The earth cracked open as thousands of blade spewed out stabbing the creature. When War pulled Chaos eater from the earth the blades retracted."Weak" was all ware said as he summoned Ruin and began to journey back to the home. Ruin running at full speed he would be their in a few moments.

War walked through the forest slashing anything that got in his path making a very easy trail to follow. He stopped in the center and awaited heartless to come to him. Once they did he charged them slashing them to pieces smashing them together and blowing them away. If the heartless had been people one would feel sorry for them as War continued to slaughter the creatures. When all of them were reduced to nothing the rest in the forest fled from him in terror. "Come and fight cowards." War said as he shot some that were still trying to get away. He then punched a tree hard enough to cause it to fly from the ground roots and all. He then jumped and punched it again. Sending the tree flying through the air and crashing to the ground maybe a mile away a loud boom could be heard and a crater was most likely were the tree had landed. War then sat down on one of the fallen trees he looked down at the ground and at his hands. "I have been a fool to think such things as happiness could come to a monster like me. Half angel and half devil the Nephilim are truly a cursed race." War said looking at his giant hand the sight of it sickening him.

"I'm sorry for the way I treated you, War... I just really don't like unnecessary fighting because of what happened to my family years ago... it's the same reason I was crying earlier." Akari said with a sigh as she sat next to him, still holding her hand on his hand. "If it's bothering you that nobody seems to love you, think again... because I love you as my step-father, which really means a lot to me considering I never got to know my real father." she said with a smile, then cried a little as she saw the image of her parents' death again. gaia_nitemareright

War grasped Akari's hand in his and wiped away her tears. "It's not that nobody loves me it that I feel it. Love is alien to me I almost cannot understand it. When I felt love for you it confused me and ...scared me. I fear nothing yet this untouchable feeling gripped me and shook my core." War said he was being fully honest War knew what fear was but never felt it. "I never had a father myself I am a Nephilim half angel half demon. A creature not meant to exist. Though once one of us came forth more began to appear. My kind were strong and fierce warriors but when our leader threatened all of creation me and my brothers took up arms and it was us four that ended our race. So only we four remained as it should be." War said recalling the memory of that day were he had spilled the blood of his kin. It hurt him but his brother death was the one to fully feel the guilt of their deeds. "I am honored that you would call me your father. Though I don't know much of how to be one i will control myself better knowing what i do now." War said as he caressed her cheek lovingly looking at her with the eyes of a loving father.
