Okay guys let’s get serious.

So I’ve been thinking/a member recently quit and got me thinking a bit more. So I decided it was opinion time. Everybody gets a say in this and honestly the results will have an effect, considering I’m pretty damn stubborn and strong in what I think/feel I suppose it’s time that we all sit down and have a nice long serious talk. So yes, believe or not your vote can have a big impact in what happens, these results I feel will really give everybody some perspective and all that.

Honestly I don’t judge and won’t be upset if you guys pick the worst of the worst, if I wanted to live in my fantasy rainbow land of ignoring problems I wouldn’t have some of those up there and just have stuff like “OMG I LOVE THE GUILD!<3” type stuff XD which you may notice I personally criticize the only completely positive answer. Why? Because nothing is perfect and I understand that so I’m willing to sit down and hear what everybody thinks, even if I don’t entirely like hearing it.

I’d love if people commented with their opinions as well as voting because you can be more detailed and it opens up discussion so we can actually talk and I can get a clearer idea of what it is members want. If you’re too worried about being bashed for your opinion (which honestly as long as you’re not being plain malicious, I doubt would happen), then please at least vote. As I said every vote can count.

I agree with Hexcat, a few more members would help, assuming they're moderately active and willing to rp properly. Once the storyline pics up, it would encourage activity amongst our current members, at least I hope. sweatdrop

Well Sun, first off thank you for saying I've done a good job along with our Overlord Miss Nyxypoo razz

anyways, I agree with you Sun, the Sin Arc, is moving as fast as possible and will pick up again once the others who have created The Four Horseman characters have finished or are nearly finished. I'm in constant contact with Heather and she is telling me she is almost finished with her Horseman profile. Anyways, as I have stated before, this Arc has been running through my head for years, back when I created my character Aero, but you see, my character Aero was never what he is today. Aero, was one of the supporting characters in my random books that I decided to write back when I was in Jr./Sr. High School.

Anyways, back to the matter at hand. I honestly believe that the guild is running about sub-par right now. We could be doing a whole lot better with activity wise. Though I am happy that there is a whole lot more interaction between the different characters. That was basically the main reason why I decided to come forth with the idea of this Arc. So that the Prestigious characters like the Captains and the Espada could interact with the Fraccion, Vice Captains, and the Seated Officers. Thats why I decided to put into effect an alliance within the RP between the Soul Society and Hueco Mundo. So that there would be a bigger party of rping going on between everyone. Thats why I brought in these new characters, the Sins and the Four Horseman. See I mainly got the idea to bring the Sins in from Axzaki, who has his own Bleach Guild and the Arc in his guild was based off the Seven Deadly Sins, just remained and all that bullshit. But the Four Horseman is here in Darkened Swords.

All I can say is, just continue on with the Arc, and yes we can try to speed things up a bit, but again I am trying to draw it out longer to give those who are still working on their Profiles for the Four Horsemen can finish.

Activity will pick up, just got to realize alot of you are in school, and the rest of us are old ******** that work and have other things to tend to. Like my Schizophrenia screws with me all the time, I work, I also have a wife and 2 girls (most of you already know all that... >.> <.< >.< <.>) So I usually only get on to check if there are new posts and then I just get off of gaia.

I'm pretty sure it's mostly because we have our weekend role-players who only post if they're talked to,like me and most of you here.
We need more people to actively roleplay.The more people who join the active group the better.That's probably the only problem I see.Well,that and the fact that we need something for the weaker players.It's hard to roleplay when you're playing with a weaker character.

I have not postd in awhile mainly because no one has interacted with my character since i got back to the soul soceity in the sin arc which by the way good job mods i am enjoying it very much i have to thank you but what would really help is more people in it i have seen some people in it that should probably be posting in it like certain espadas or captains but of course that is my opinion and such

Wow... this is a liiiiiittle too nice XD Maybe though I'm slightly biased.
Anyways personally I've been busy with school (like far too busy half of my day is college level courses). And I recently discovered my laptop lost the document I was working on the Roll Call among other guild things in... so I'm slowly but surely rewriting everything I was getting ready for the guild. I apologize to everybody as a captain my efficiency is very low, but I promise even with how hectic my life is I am trying my best for the guild. Which is personally why my posting is down, hell I wasn't going to be part of RPing until I was done my to do list buuuuuut soooomebody dragged me in with no choice lol.

It seems a lot of people do agree that we may need more members and this can be both good and bad for the guild and i do have lot's of ways I planned on raising the member count of the guild BUT then I need all of my crew members working on keeping up to their responsibilities as crew. Part of the reason we lose activity/members is they wait too long for their profiles and applications among other things. I'm not blaming you guys as I could be doing better as well, but we will need to be able to support the responsibilities that come with more members.

Also Gummi thank you for adding your opinion in on a stats/ranking system. I appreciate you addressing another issue I was trying to bring up with the poll.

Anyways I'm busy for the daylight hours of today but I will be trying to redo all the progress I lost, once again apologies,

I also encourage everybody to keep discussing ideas and sharing opinions here, I like to see what everybody thinks and has to say, because it really does matter to me and helps me see where we need to go with the guild next.

Yeah sheeesh Aero XD and you knew I was trying to keep my distance this time! So I blame you ;P

I was waiting for somebody to select that in all honesty and was surprised it didn't happen sooner.
Though there won't be a revote on Captaincy unless there is a larger interest than one person, if you would like to share your thoughts on why am doing badly at being captain and what I could do to improve for the time being I would like to hear your feedback (whether it's here or a PM).
If you choose to remain anonymous I completely understand as well.
