“You are the dragon, the keeper of the gate. You must awaken…”
Draco awoke with a gasp.
“I … recall it. The past…”Draco whispered.
“The crystals… red, green, light blue, orange, turquoise, dark blue, purple, and topaz…. All around the silver moon… the mirror.”
Draco muttered to himself as he arranged the gems around a circular mirror.
He then stood before it and held his wand up.
Then, he chanted…
"Circulus, plena est. ad apicem in cacumen mundus vobis potestatem praebere. Lunae venire. Veni ad ubi sideribus occursum ... Luna renatus fuerit! Lux resurgere ad mane! Oportet nos surgere et fiunt magis. Prisma crystallum, cosmicus, crisim ... aeterna cosmos potentia, Exsurgite .... surgere now! "
Then, the mirror glowed.
The crystals whirled around it.
A baby was heard crying a few seconds later.
A blonde toddler with a crescent moon sigil on her forehead appeared. She lay on the floor crying for a while. Then she fell asleep. She was dressed in pink and Draco felt dizzy. He had used a lot of power to bring her back to life.
Then, he fell to his knees and bowed to the toddler.
“Serenity...My princess. I swear to protect you.” He spoke solemnly.
Lucius stared.
“Draco, why are you doing this?”
“It is my destiny. Fate demands it.”
“Harry, shut up. Listen to me. You are the lightning. You are the Moon’s protector. Remember!”
“I remember…”
“Good. Protect the princess with your life. I need you to keep my wand and the ring for me.”
“What about you? You will be considered a criminal. I mean, you did a forbidden ritual… and…”
“This is where magic comes into play. You must cast an obliviate and stupefy on me. Then, you must create a portkey to take me to somewhere muggle. You will need to hold on to my ring and protect her. I will be in the muggle world, hiding from the truth.”
“Can you really do that? Can you survive in the muggle world on your own?
“I will find a way. I am a smart person. Also, Due to our sailor Crystal Powers, we will break the spell when the time is right.”
“I know. I will.”
“Thank you. Do it now.”
“Obliviate!Stupefy!”
“I am sorry.”
“Portus!”
Harry watched as Draco vanished from his sight.
Ginny touched the toddler's hand. she suddenly screamed and reeled.
Ginny was unconscious and on her head was a familiar symbol. The symbol for... the earth.
Harry gasped.
Translations:
Latin:

A year passes.
An eleven year old Serenity Malfoy was seated on a couch in the Malfoy Mansion, . She was blonde, blue-eyed and she had twin buns on the top of her head with two ponytails that reached her hip. she wore green robes with silver elegant patterns on them and had a green witches hat on her head. She wore black boots and looked pensive.
She was told that she had been the outcome of an illegal magical rite. So, the Magical Government of Britain was keeping many watchful eyes on her.
She was told that she had aged fast, from a wailing baby to a child. She was also told that her aging process was now going at the normal rate and she did not have to fear becoming old too fast.
She was also told that the Ministry of magic had no hold on her, due to the fact that the parents of the culprit had adopted her.
There would be a check on her blood to see if her bloodline was pure, to see if any prophecies were connected with her and to see if she was the heir to any family.
She sighed and stared at the ceiling. She touched her chin with a delicate finger.
Was she a human, a witch or a freak?
She bit her lower lip in contemplation.
Lucius glared at her. Narcissa noticed.
" Serenity, stop doing that. You are a Malfoy and you will be going to Hogwarts tomorrow and you must join either Slytherin or Ravenclaw. you must also disdain the mudbloods. Make allies, become strong or... else. Be the noble Malfoy you are. You will behave otherwise, we will rescind our adoption of your being and you will be under the care of the ministry. You have immense magical power and they will use you." Narcissa spoke.
Serenity stopped biting her lips and glared at the couple.
They controlled her, like as if she was a puppet. It was like as if she was a lifeless... puppet with no will.
But they had no clue. She knew who her true gaurdians were. Harry Potter , Draco Malfoy, Ginny Weasley... and others, who were in Hogwarts and in various houses.
"I will do as you wish." she spoke and bowed.
Inwardly, she groaned.
She wanted to do as she wished, but she could not.
They were her true guardians. She was brought here , reborn and ready to fight for her future, for the reborn souls of her old era...
However, she had to bide her time. She had to be patient and wait... for the right moment.
She repressed the urge to sigh and took her wand out. She had attained it at Ollivanders, at the cost of ten other wands which either did not work, self-destructed or destroyed a lot of things in his shop.
It was eleven inches long, made with a shard of the legendary silver crystal( instead of a woody material) and a hair from Pegasus, said to be the legendary alicorn of Elysion.Also, it had one other thing no other wand had, not even the elder wand had it... it had the potential to evolve.
Ollivander had told her this. She wondered if he had ever seen it change. Had it always been this way?
She pondered. Pegasus sounded familiar. Elysion also sounded familiar.
"Yes, grandmother. Yes, grandfather. I will do that." Serenity spoke calmly.

OOC: Serenity is being broody and serious here, because she did try and be childish( which will be shown in later chapters, if readers are interested) but was threatened by the ministry( in that, the ministry wanted her to be a tool, a soldier) and the Malfoys, who want her to go to Hogwarts to show that the Malfoy family still has a heir .
Also, if she does not go to two houses that were specifically chosen to be symbols of her intellect or shrewdness, she would be sent to the ministry, meaning that she can't be a lazy , happy and optimistic Usagi Tsukino. I mean she will be, occasionally but the current situation does not allow her personality to be that way.

another part of this idea.
Thirteen year old Harry Potter sighed and looked at Ginny, who was staring at him with cold, sullen eyes.
"He will be fine."
"You obliviated Prince Hermes..."
"He asked me to!"
"I hope he remembers that he is my Draco... or else."
"He will."
Then, before she could argue further... the princess entered.
She had her nose stuck up in the air and she winked at them, before speaking.
"So, you must be the famous Harry potter. And the red-headed one must be a pathetic peon of a Weasley..."
Ginny clenched her hands into fists. She knew the Moon princess was faking, so she had to fake it too.
"Why are you here, Malfoy b***h?"
Harry did not say a word but left the carriage.

They were fools.
"Draco! You came back for me!" Pansy yelled.
Draco glared at Pansy. "Stop being foolish. I do not love you."
Once her head was under the sorting hat, she heard a voice.
"So this is the head and brains of the princess Serenity Seesclita Lux Lucis. The one and only princess and heiress to the remnants of the once-great legendary Silver Millennium."
Serenity tensed. How did the hat know?
Serenity’s hands clenched subconsciously.
“You will not befriend any mudbloods.”
Serenity wanted to laugh. So she wanted to use her, right? Well,she could also play this game.
She would let the stupid woman think she had it under her control. Serenity smiled without a hint of any amusement.
Hermione and Ron blinked.
"Our destinies lie with her?"
"Yes, you both will have your full memories soon. Do you recall the oath?"
They nodded.
