Minoru was dozing off under a tree before he felt something hit his chest. Springing up from his sleep, the old man was on his feet quicker than most could even manage. He looked around and blinked. "Huh..? Hey...!" He picked up the bottle and tossed it back to her without a second thought. "Careful with that!"

Syria stumbles back a step or two as the bottle is thrown back at her, hitting her in one of her sensitive fox ears. "You... you.... BEAST!" She yells, grabbing another bottle and hurling it at him.

Minoru hooted playfully followed by a laugh. "I'm called the Senile Owl but I'm not a beast... H- Hey! Someone could get hurt." He managed to catch it but not after it pelted him in the face. Wincing a bit he tossed it back. This was becoming a game of hot potato...

Syria scowls at being laughed at. "Senile Owl, are you? Then perhaps you should be locked up, not left out wandering unattended." She says, hiking up her skirt a short ways to toss a kick at his kneecap.

Minoru yelped a bit. "O-oi! I'm senile cause I'm old. Or that's what they say! You should be respecting your elders!" He stumbled back. He had bad knees and this wasn't going to help him come morning. He looked around and found a rock to kick her way. If it hit her or not well... that was up to fate. He hated fighting a woman. He really did. Even if she was what appeared to be a kitsune.

Syria snorts in an unladylike manner at the comment about respect. "Respect has to be earned. It isn't given out like candy at a carnival, old man." She frowns at the rock that races across the top of her boot, then picks it up and throws it back at him.

Minoru tried to duck but over the years his reflexes faded. A sigh escaped his lip as he winced again, blocking it from hitting his face with his arm. That didn't stop the pain. "...I see how it is then." Maybe he should start getting serious.

Syria pulls a slightly bigger bottle out of her sleeve, this one filled with a murky, unpleasant looking liquid sloshing around inside it before she takes the cork out and throws it at the other. The smell from within the bottle was horrible, to say the least.

Minoru just barely managed to evade the liquid. It wasn't enough though as it splashed up onto his outfit and his flailing made him lose his balance. He fell ungracefully onto his rear and growled a bit. Oh, was she going to get it. Sadly for him it was probably too late for him to get serious.

Syria attempts to jump back to avoid his flailing about and ends up tripping, landing with a harsh thud on her tail. Letting out a short yelp, she painfully gets back up and throws another uncorked bottle at him. This one looked suspiciously pink and like it might stain if it hit.

Minoru growled loudly as the liquid spilled all over him. "How dare you..." His outfit was custom made and the feathers were prized possessions of his. They were collected from the birds he takes care of when they shed some of their feathers for new ones. He quickly got up and went to attack her.

Syria stands her ground as he attacks, a small smirk on her face for landing a direct hit previously. His attack, however, knocked her on her abused tail again, so she was slower in getting up this time. Wincing slightly, she frowns at him, then attempts to headbutt him in retaliation.

Minoru hissed at the headbutt and took a moment. When he could tolerate the pain and ignore the nay sayings his mind screamed at him he went to knee her in the gut.
