Alice's Creepy Inn/Hotel

~Kiro the Hedgehog~

Kiro suddenly stops with his mouth awkwardly open with a frozen goofy look realizing he thoughtlessly said Iblis's name. "I....uhhhh already heard it from the others sweatdrop ", he chuckled nervously in his youthful tone as as a sweat drop passed his head. Apparantly she was already taken care of, so he quickly patches her up with a few bandages and quickly makes his way towards the stairs to go find Alice. "Ok, what floor is Alice on?", he asked Ni-cha

Ni-cha thought that maybe the ghosts were somewhere upstairs, although there were a lot of possibility with so many doors. "I have feeling she could be upstairs, there are a lot of ghosts that mostly go up top... I'm afraid she had gone missing because them." she said then looked at the ground slightly, she had hoped she wasn't hurt but she guessed the ghosts would never hurt her. They were always kind to Alice for some reason.

Light was about to say something but Kiro had cut him off. He was relieved though slightly, if Iblis knew it wasn't him this time and was D.L. He wasn't sure what her reaction would be. He didn't like to lie though.

D.L stayed silent though, looking at Kiro and Ni-cha. He was starting to feel a little better as his wounds healed slowly. Although he wasn't prepared to stand up yet but he would if he had to.

Iblis heard Kiro, but before she could say anything the subject had changed. It seemed Alice was missing, and according to Ni-cha there was a possibility that she could be upstairs somewhere. While the others talked, Iblis looked over at D.L with curiosity. She had very faint memories from her little splitting event and remembered that D.L had protected her from her darker self. Looking at the dark hedgehog, he didn't seem like the kind of guy who would do such things. Then again, who was she to judge a book by its cover? People can look one way, but act something else. There was just something about D.L though that made her curious. He seemed to have some sort of link to Light. Iblis looked at D.L with a bit of curiosity in her eyes. Her eyes carried the same innocent look as her younger self, but also the slight hint of guilt from her darker form.

D.L could feel her staring at him and gazed at her with annoyance slightly, sweat dropping a bit from nervousness. "What are you looking at... huh?" he said with a dark tone. Hoping to scare her but with the condition hes in, he was unsure that would frighten her. It was obvious when he winced slightly in pain and hunched over a bit. Closing his eyes tightly and trying to endure it.

Light looked at D.L with slight concern but he knew that his twin wouldn't agree for any help. So he stayed silent and looked away to the ground.

"Alright. Can you lead the way?", he asked Ni-cha.

Iblis wasn't really frightened by D.L. "You alright?" she asked when she saw him cringe. She offered her help and hoped that he'd accept, even though she had a feeling that he wouldn't.

D.L regained his composure slightly and snarls at her. "Keep your hands away from me..." he said darkly and glared at Iblis. He was very stubborn it seems, even if hes in pain. He ignored it though and tried to endure it by standing back on his feet. His hand pretty much covering the wound on his chest.

Light shook his head slightly then looked at Iblis. "I think we should leave him alone, Iblis..." he said but truthfully he wished D.L would accept some help. He hates D.L but not enough to want him to suffer. Even if D.L tends to want him dead. He would never wish for anyone to suffer like that.

Ni-cha nodded and looked back at everyone. "Stay close though... these ghosts are dangerous and will try to grab whoever they think is fun to play with..." she said and shivered slightly at 'play' word. She thought most of these ghosts were disturbing but some were friendly. Although she hasn't seen many friendly ones lately. "Is everyone ready to go though? or should we split up into groups?" she looked at Kiro slightly.

"Really....Do you ever watch horror movies? -.-'", Kiro commented on Ni-cha's question about splitting up. In general common sense, a group splitting up esitmates a low survival rate since they can be overwhelmed and killed off one by one.

Ni-cha sweat dropped slightly now realizing how bad of an idea that was. "Yeah... I have seen a bit of horror movies... forget that I suggested splitting up... that was a bad idea." she sighed deeply and looked at the ground slightly in thought. "Lets just take our time and stay in the group. Keep the injured close though." she said and looked towards Light and Iblis. "can you guys walk?" she asked politely and waited for them before she starts walking back up stairs to the main floor.

Light gets up carefully and helps Iblis up, he was still slightly dizzy but felt better then before. His injuries would heal but D.L seemed like his would take awhile to heal fully. "I think I'll be able to walk..." he said then looked at Iblis. "Will you be alright?" he asked, slight concern in his voice.

D.L looked away from Light and Iblis, feeling slightly annoyed by looking at those two. Mostly because he slightly regretted healing Iblis but he was glad she didn't notice it was him who did it. He has no idea why he did it in the first place but maybe he felt pity for the pup that was apart of her. Maybe Light was causing that influence in him, and that's why he was acting strange? He knew that part of him wasn't like him, but he guessed he didn't mind if she didn't know it was him. He wouldn't know what to say if she knew and questioned him about it.

Iblis heard Ni-cha and nodded in response. "Yeah. I'll be fine" she replied to Light as he helped her up. She wobbled a little bit at first, but soon found her balance. Iblis glanced over at D.L and saw that he was looking away. There was a bit of curiosity still toward this mysterious hedgehog in her eyes. The she-wolf quickly returned her attention to the rest of the group. "I'm ready when you all are. Lead the way" Iblis said

Ni-cha then started to lead the way, making sure the group stayed close although she had noticed D.L was behind everyone. Slightly a few distance from the group, like he was having trouble. "Hey, are you okay back there?" she asked but wasn't sure what his name was. She had never seen him before or heard anything about this guy.

D.L had a reason for keeping his distance from them though, he felt slightly better keeping himself hidden in the back but apparently he wasn't hidden enough. He growls silently and turns his head to the side slightly, ignoring Ni-cha's question towards him.

Light kept Iblis supported by letting her lean on him, if she needed the extra help though. He couldn't help but gaze slightly back at D.L, feeling slightly unsure what D. was thinking. He could easily get attacked back there if he goes too far behind.

~Kiro the Hedgehog~

Kiro kept his ears open as he stayed behind the group to keep out for any unwanted followers. His experience with ghosts and apparitions is minimum but enough to know thier nature in stealth. Suddenly, a cold chill blew past him as his mind goes blank with a glimpse of fire and screaming. Just as he snaps back into reality his chest responded violently for a moment as he momentarily loses his breathe and leans against the wall. If anyone were to have any ESP or able to sense energies, they'd feel a glimpse of a very dangerous vibe coming from the young hedgehog only for a second. "Ugh...huff...what was that?", he whispers to himself while holding his chest.

"Happiness can exist only in Acceptance."

Leafy and the white, monotone chao floating by him, with the name going by Tree, stared at the sign of “Alice’s Creepy Hotel.” Leafy tilted his head at this, and blinked at it. He watched the age and wear of the sign with its nearly decaying wood, and the age of the mansion as it looked like it could fall and shatter in any moment. Leafy felt this was no laughing matter, but Leafy couldn’t laugh, even if he tried.
Because there was no sound.
Meaning, if he were to scream, no one could hear him.

He noticed that the door was partially open, but then it opened wider like a child’s hand gently pushing it. Leafy backed away slightly, and felt his chao hug his shoulder and moaning a little, while eyeing the door in front of them. Leafy put a finger on the chao’s head, and stroked his head in comfort. Then Leafy played with the collar of his coat as he gulped. He then pushed himself forward with baby steps towards the open mansion with Tree still on his shoulder.

Leafy’s eyed the place carefully as his baby steps turned to loud ones; the floor had creeked with each step. Then Leafy wheeled his head, and heard the door snap in closing. He blinked at it for a moment while the chao floating next to him, looking at the same direction. Tree the chao looked around and made a tiny “chaaaoooo” sound, which made Leafy also look around. He looked at many of the rooms that seemed to either be in rows, with numbers attached to the doors; the front desk a little full of dust. Leafy pulled his coat close to him as his eyes drooped slightly, and his hands turned clammy through his gloves. Then he heard something else; he wasn’t sure as to what it could be or why it was there, but it was subtle.

The chao heard it too, and floated to where the sound was without floating anymore towards it. Leafy watched Tree float up, wanting the little one to be very careful; he didn’t want Tree to get hurt in any sort of way.
But Leafy then wondered of who else was in this place.

D.L stopped suddenly as he sensed a very strange energy, the kind that sent chills down your spine and had this bad vibe to it. He had no idea what that was but it seemed the other stranger was having trouble for a moment or so. Although he stood quiet and gazed at the brown hedgehog (Kiro) for a moment before he was curious enough to speak up. "What, was what..?" he said and arched an eyebrow slightly in confusion. He sorta over heard him say something, at least his ears were pretty good at listening.

The young hedgehog took this moment to catch his breathe and shakes it off.
