( I know, I know, this is really early for an after LoK roleplay, but I've really wanted to do a special one since I first saw the series Air, and saw the Pro Bending >_<)
It has been nearly two hundred years since Korra mastered the elements and managed to destroy Amon, along with his resistance group. What happened to Korra after that is unknown; she simply disappeared. After Korra had appeared on the Pro-Bending, It's popularity grew exponentially. Now, pretty much every bender was doing something with Pro-bending.
The rules of pro-binding are fairly simple: you can't knock anyone off the sides(Foul: move back one zone). You can only knock opponents off the back of the arena. You can only mover forward if the entire zone ahead of you has been cleared. You can't move into a zone with enemies in it(Foul: move back one zone.).
Now, you are a bender. You've been training to go into pro-bending for the majority of your life. Now, you head off to Republic city to try and join into the tournaments. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as you once thought. First off, you can't just go up to the stadium and say "I'm joining a team". It doesn't work like that. And second, the multitude of gangs would like nothing better than to force you to join their ranks.
You finally give up hope of joining a pro-bending team, when someone sparks it back up. You heard that the easiest way to join is to survive something called "The Pit". After hearing this, you spent the next weak or two finding out exactly how to join. You finally find your way to a meeting and discover, to your dismay, that this isn't all it's cracked up to be. Well, actually, it's more than you're cracked up to be. The best pro-bending teams apparently get their members from "The Pit".
"The Pit" is a giant hole in the earth, covering approximately ten square miles. You are put through test after test to determine whether you're good enough to enter "The Pit". After you pass the tests, you are assigned to a team. These teams are given supplies and are sent into "The Pit" for an Agni Kai. Only one team emerges from the pit, and the highest bidding team sponsor gets the team.
You, who are completely unaware of this when you enter the secret meeting, are thrown into the middle of this mess. You managed to pass the tests, and are now locked in a cell. In a moment, you will meet the other to members of your team. Who are you? and what brought you here other than your desire to pro-bend?
