i had a lamb shank and some roast vegetables for dinner
which sounds good but
it was late so
i was doing dishes at around 10pm
and that ruins everything

I don't think I've really ever had lamb but it sounds/looks amazing from the stuff I've seen.

it's a meat with a lot of flavour
versus chicken, turkey, regular pork
like beef but more gamey

Lamb is so good, my family never prepares it anymore but I always eat it if I go to an Indian/Mediterranean restaurant. I've been eating all day but am still hungry and contemplating making more food.

My city sucks, so we don't have a lot of choices as to where to go shopping for food. The main place we get groceries is Wal-Mart and I'm pretty sure they don't have lamb sadly or I'd look up a recipe for it and try it out myself. emotion_donotwant

Mid-west problems.

When I'm in college (going in Northern Missouri), my food options are really limited. When I'm back home (Kentucky/Tennessee border), we have access to the military base and are a short drive away from Nashville and have boundless options.

Mmmmm.

I have some chicken marinating in barbecue sauce (Jack Daniels Original No. 7) and I'm gonna cook some asparagus and roasted potatoes! This will all be way later, though.

I just got done making dinner and it is sooooooo yummy. Also made some biscuits, green beans, and scalloped potatoes.x3
