Aura of Rust
Oxiin is surrounded in a field of invisible 'magic' which causes all metal that enters it to rust rapidly. The aura cannot be directly controlled by Oxiin beyond very basic reduction and expansion: the maximum distance from the surface of his skin being around 15 cm and the minimum being around 1 cm. He cannot 'turn off' this aura and as a result he cannot touch any metal without producing some degree of rusting.
