when i masturbate, i stop just before i orgasm, and start again, to increase the orgasm, but for the past few months, ive been holding it back, as im about to ejaculate i feel it travelling through my urethra, then i "force it back" ive read that its not good for you, so ive stopped today, but should i be worried though about all those times that i forced it back? is it too late?

I'm not aware of this problem, but I don't believe that it could be dangerous for your body, since you stopped "forcing it back".

If you're worried, go see a doctor and ask them. I've heard that it's not supposed to be good for the male, but then again I'm not a medical professional. If you're worried about any problems coming from "holding back your ejaculation", then go ask a doctor about it.

Well, Being the Crazy guy I am, I've been doing this for a while now, almost a year now actually. the only thing i've noticed is its taking a little longer ever week to get off, but that might be just how much i masturbate.

Here's my problem: I dont think I'm getting the promised pleasure from my masturbation. Or maybe my idea of a guy's pleasure was a bit over the top. Why am I not feeling anything... great?

Sometimes it's not that great. Most of the time is a pressure release more than a 'woooo!OOOOO!OO!' kind of thing.

I remember hearing that that wasn't good for you, but like Nikolita said, we're no medical professionals. Here's other stuff my guy friends have shared with me though.
If you "hold your ejaculation" to enhance the pleasure and it doesn't end up coming all out, it can harden inside the p***s. The crust is very painful and leaves the p***s sore...or so I'm told. The guy who told me this was experiencing it when we was telling me. He also said it hurt to pee, and trying to remove the crust was almost unbearable.
There's also the whole becoming "blue balled" if you don't ejaculate when you need to. Now, I'm not sure how that works but I was with my boyfriend and he became hard and couldn't ejaculate (we were at a dance with A LOT of people). He told me that when he went home, his testicles were completely sore.

I don't see how it could harm your body, but if you're scared or uncomfortable with it, then don't do it!!!

From what I've heard, it won't harm you. If it has done any damage the result should be pretty obvious. If you haven't been noticing an pains or abornal discomfort in that area, you really have nothing to worry about from the past instances.
If you want to increase the pleasure of your orgasim, you can masturbate longer, not letting yourself climax for a while. If your stimulation is good enough, this will create a very similar effect and will feel better than a quickie.
