Reita and _______ have been best friends since birth. They were glued to each other and was seen with each other everywhere. They would have sleep overs every night, do homework together, everything. Now in their third year of middle school _______ went missing. Though, three years went by and there was still no sign of him. Reita couldn’t take it anymore. He thought _______ as dead, long gone and…what else could he do but go the same path as Him [death]. But when he was ready to shot himself in the head his bedroom door swung open and ________ was there. You wanna know me?: I was born in Tokyo Japan, yet I grew up in a orphanage. A American family there was traveling and came to the adoption center to adopt a kid. Guess I was lucky. I barely spoke any English at the time but when we moved to America I had to learn quickly, that and along with Sign Language since my mother was deaf. I went though school pretty well till I met ______.We became best friends from 5th grade on. Truly...I loved him greatly yet he was always eying popular girls. But three years back he just mysteriously disappeared when we went partying. His parents didn't know what happen...no one did. I was heartbroken when I heard he was missing and each day i hoped he would come back...yet he never did...

Wheh i met Rei i knew my life had gotten a whole lot better espacile having someone as great as him.No matter hwat happens i guess i do love the kid but i can't tell him that,he porbably wouldn't feel the same way? Rei sat on his bed, his knees pulled up to his chest. He swallowed hard as he slowly reached over and opened up the draw looking at the handgun in it. He sniffed lightly. "h....he's....n.not....coming back..." He whimpered out as he slowly took out the gun. "He....he was the...only one who would keep me safe....he was so nice.." He sniffed again before he slowly brought the gun to his head, pulling the safety off. He shut his eyes, swallowing hard once more.

Spike slowly made his way up the stairs of Rei's house to his room, shaking his head he sighed a bit. 'i hope he's alright....' he thought to himself as he stood outside the door of Rei's room, taking the handle of the door he opened the door his head won hopping that his best friend was there, looking up his eyes widened, seeing the gun in Rei's hand. "Rei...." he said quietly as he came into the room, sitting down beside him he lightly placed his hand over Rei's hand that held the gun.
"Rei...don't do this...let go of the gun...its alright i'm here i'm alive see, just please let go of the gun" he said softly hopping his friend would let go of the gun so he could take it and put it away. "Please Rei let go of the gun"

Rei's hand started to shake as he slowly opened his his bloodshot eyes. "S...Spike.." He said in a shaky voice his eyes widening. "y-your b-back!" He said in a rougher voice. He slowly pulled his fingers away from the gun and threw his arms around his best friend. He buried his face into Spike's shoulder as he gripped the back of his shirt. "I-i th-thought y-you were g-gone...g-gone f-forever...." He whimpered out rubbing his eyes with his shaky scared up hand

Spike took his hand and looked at him "W...why are there scars all of your hand?" he asked worried about Rei. "Did you do this to yourself Rei?" he looked t him and brought his best friend into a tight hug not wanting to let him go. "Why would you do this to yourself Rei....i know you were worried b..but you didn't need to do this to yourself."

Rei sniffeda bit rubbing his eyes again. He nodded a bit to what spike said. "things...just got h-horrible, spike"he told him softly. "doing...t-this I thought I-it would make the emotional p-pain go away" he whimpered rapping his thin arms tightly around his best friend. "i...i'm s-sorry Spike.... I just.... Thought you wouldn't s-show up again....l-life is j-just so h-hard...." He shook his head holding onto Spike as if he let go, Spike would vanish into thin air.

Spike held him close and lightly rested his head against Rei's. "Rei...i'm sorry...i wish i hadn't gone away like that....I never meant for any of this to happen..." he said softly and lightly placed a hand agaijnst the back of his head, taking in Rei's sent his new fangs started to grow. 'no no i won't...i have to controll myself...i can't hurt him...i can't...' he thought.

Rei felt new tears starting to fall down his face. He wrapped his arms tighter around Spike burying his face more into his shoulder. "y-you w-were gone...f-for three years" He whimpered out slowly raising his head to look at Spike. "W-where.....w-were you?" He asked in a shaky voice his eyes locked on his best friend.

Spike looked away from him and closed his eyes trying his best to keep himself under controll. "I really don't know" he said softly "I just remeber walkng all the way back here to see you...i don't know what happened to the last three years of my life...i only remebered...you..." he looked back at Rei and smiled slightly.He lightly gripped the back of Rei's shirt trying harder. 'No stop it, just stop...calm down...you won't hurt him...you love him...i can't hurt him..no no no...calm down...' he thought to himself.

Rei could feel the grip tighten on his shirt. He rubbed his head resting his head lightly on Spike's shoulder. He sniffled and slowly pulled up his sleeves, "t....this is what I've been doing..." He said quietly showing him his scared up forearms with fresh cuts there for a hour ago.

Spike took his arm and shook his head, trembling slightly he couldn't take it anymore, placing his hands against Rei's shoulders he pinned his down and bit into his neck. 'w...what am i doing....i'm hurting him....stop it! just let him go! i can't though i can't...but i have to...'

Rei gasped loudly shutting his eyes tightly from the surge of pain shooting though his neck. "S-Spike!" He cried out as he tried to wiggle out from Spike "W-what a-are you d-doing!? I-It h-hurts!" He wailed out shutting his eyes tighter

Rei placed his hand on his neck his eyes widening a bit staring at Spike. "Y-You b-bit me!?" He said loudly shaking a little bit then soon turned to full out body trembles. It hurt so much.... He whimpered out pulling his hand away staring at the blood, his eyes widening more
