Bio: Tsaro went through the typical process of becoming a Vasto Lorde by consuming many Hollow. Once he became a Vasto Lorde, he came up with an ambition. His ambition was to change the universe in his eyes, if he had gained such power, he must be chosen to do so. So he decided to align himself Vega, in spite of not knowing Vega's true intentions. When Aizen came around, he and Vega decided not to align themselves with him. They stayed under the radar consuming more and more Hollow until Aizen finally died. Now they feel that it is time for them to put their plans to the test and begin their Reign.

2: Eien No Kosoku (Eternal Restraint) - Tsaro's Kusarigama wraps around an opponent and leaves many Runic markings along their body. In this state, the victim is unable to utilize spiritual energy. To remove it, one must hit the restraints with spiritual energy.
3: Arashi Hashira (Storm Pillar) - Tsaro spins his Kusarigama around rapidly and spirals of energy shoot forward to shred apart any opponent in front of him. To avoid this, move behind or to the sides of Tsaro.
4: Mugen Shindo (Infinite Quake) - Tsaro slams his Kusarigama's blade into the ground to create a large crack that opens up. The crack then explodes with a blast of spiritual pressure that flies up. To avoid this, move to the left or right of the crack.
