She admired her new form for a moment, "I feel pretty good, big, but good." She tried out swishing her tail and pranced a little in place.

"I think you look good. Of course it wouldn't hurt to wear local clothes to help fit in at our village."  

[Duchess Marie]

She nodded, "Then I will. I want to fit in and have friends here."

"in Fire mane village you will."  

[Duchess Marie]

Bayonette relaxed a little, she had wanted to get off on the right foot or hoof with her bother. She knew a little about him from Bow. "You are like the boss, right?"

"Not yet but I will. There are other people here who can help you fit in."  

[Duchess Marie]

Bayonette nodded with thought, "I know about Kire and his kids." She did not say from who, it was too painful to mention Bow right now.

"Well.....what do you wanna do now?"  

[Duchess Marie]

"Can we go home? I don't want to dive head first into meeting everyone right away." Now that she felt safe, Bayonette really wanted to sleep. She had not got much rest since the attack.

Uzi agreed and started taking her back to Firemane village. "So tell me, I never known that much about you. What did you do before the attack?"  

[Duchess Marie]

"Before- Oh, I was really good at math. Mom was telling me about centaur history and dad was helping me learn to fight."  

[Reciter5613]

"Math? Your thing was math? I...umm......."  

[Duchess Marie]

"Yes, I am a nerd. I hope to make a new life here, maybe something not so dorky."

"Well this tribe focuses on fighting and fire. Not sure what nerd stuff would help here. So what kind of fighting do you do?"

"I know some knife-fighting stuff and unarmed combat. I was learning to be fast and agile against someone else."
