Yes he is part dog. Due to his young demonic age he will turn into a puppy, Happy and carefree dog and Dakrin will have no control of anything including his emotions. He'll turn into a puppy if anything that peaks a dog's interest is thrown as if one was playing fetch or if he gets struck in the head hard enough. His favorite treat? None other than steak.

From his father's side lies a gene sleeping inside of Dakrin. In times of intense stress Dakrin will release his true demon side which has the power to control Solomon's powers. One of the powerful Ancient Demons from the past, Solomon was an influential King of Demons in Ancient times and ruled with power and tyranny. When he was finally defeated he was sealed away behind seven seals never to be released again. But that doesn't mean Solomon didn't have any family. Dakrin's family is the last of his family with the true Solomon gene and now Dakrin walks around with his powers. An ability copy the power level of any opponent before him, so that he can be as strong, fast, magical etc. (Skills don't count though e.g. weapon wielding and although magic power can be copied knowing how to cast it wont and Dakrin doesn't have any magic skill at this point xD ) Although this comes at a cost since he still hasn't mastered this gene of his, there's a time limit and after its done he'll get knocked out or transformed into his puppy form. ( On the side note: Solomon wasn't actually the true name of the demon, its an alias from the real thing )
