 W e l c o m e ~ This is where my various Noodles that I have accumulated have come to rest. If anything can really rest in a thread. Going to keep this nice and simple since I'm lazy and wouldn't keep it up-to-date otherwise. |D;; Anywho, don't post here, PM/post in main thread to plot with me.. yadda yadda. Personality;; Impromptu is the make-it-up-as-you-go type of guy, very easy-going. He is fitted with a rather vivid imagination, and once he gets going with something he can't stop. Most of the time his ideas are at least semi-rational, described with such detail that you can't help but believe him, but he has been known to speak nonsensically when he isn't in the best state of mind. Occasionally, someone will trigger him to speak cryptically, relating the topic to the most obscure things. And he somehow always manages to to arrange his words in a manner that would imply intelligence -- which he may or may not have.
While he isn't exactly hung up on telling the truth, Impromptu makes a point of treating others with decency -- if he isn't toying with you. His teasing doesn't particularly mean anything; it will cease almost immediately if the receiving party is upset enough. Most everything Impromptu does is meant to be taken lightly by others, seeing all he's really looking for is a few laughs. Rarely something will be treated with complete seriousness. He does genuinely care for the well being of others, though, and will pull some pretty complicated strings at his own expense to cheer someone close to him up.
It's rather hard to put Impromptu down, not to mention keep his attention. If the conversation is lacking or the mood begins to turn sour, he'll move on. Wasting time is hardly preferable, and there's no reason to darken his nearly eternally cheery mood if the other noodle clearly doesn't want him there. Without any particular attachments or goals, Impromptu has set out to 'make his life interesting' and 'find something to make his boredom worthwhile.' Though he typically makes his life interesting all on his own.
TL;DR;; Impromptu has a wild imagination, the tales he spins being almost believable and told in a way that implies he's told it a thousand times. He likes to treat others with respect, even if he is teasing them at the moment; he never means to do any harm. Since he has no attachments or goals he can walk away whenever he wants; there's nothing to keep him talking to you if you spoil his mood or lose his attention. Somewhat nieve.

Always possessing a sort of undying energy and curiosity after being sneezed on, Impromptu always drove the older noodles in his community insane. The endless, pointless interrogations he would put them through prompted the adults to assign a permanent guardian to minimize the amount of noodles that wanted to rip their fur out. What's best for everyone, you know. The local... 'artist', as one could say, was the only one to step forward; he wasn't particularly accepted by everyone else either, so the guardian was instantly approved. Baroque, his new guardian and one of the oldest in town, never intended to stay in that community after adopting Impromptu, leaving the stuck-up noodles behind as they traveled from place to place, never staying in one spot too long.
Impromptu enjoyed his new lifestyle and foster father, embracing it whole-heartedly. Many sights filled his mind; fantastic stories told by Baroque fueled his imagination daily. He never learned to paint like his father did, but the story telling caught on, and Impromptu soon adjusted to interpreting everything around him in his own way. Even when Baroque grew too old and sick to travel and Impromptu was old enough to explore on his own, he stayed with his adopted family, taking care of him the best he could. After Baroque died, he continued traveling around, forever doing his best to keep his life full of laughter and living up to his father's expectations.
