Let me tell you a story.
Before my coco kitty, Constantine, came into my possession, he was happy and free, roaming Gaia as a stray coco without a care in the world. He and his twin brother(also a coco), Adrian, were trying to catch some minnows and guppies one day when both were captured for sale. I wish to find and reunite Connie with his brother Adrian. (buy another coco kitty)
But I also want to steadily donate to Ammara...I'm confused as to what I should do.

Make two savings piles, one for you and one for Ammara. Then, be honest about what you're saving for on each. Or take a break and tackle your thing for a bit, then pick up where you left off with Am.
Can't you quest for two things at once?

Yeah, but I'm confused as to what I should do exactly. I want to donate alot to Ammaru and still have some left for me.... this is why Gaia needs a real banking system.

Hmm... I think it might be random donation time...
I'm not sure this will help muchly or not, but I could give you some gold for ammara if you want, so that you still might be able to get your coco kitty... wink

Aww Blossom, you are so sweet!
Maybe after the next donation period, I can devote an envelope's gold to you, for your Coco. Depends on my finances, and how close I manage to come to my Were Tail. *giggles*
Since there is no banking system, can you do it manually? Or is the temptation too great?

It shouldn't take me too long to save for the coco..they're a LOT cheaper than kikis. I already have almost 3k... and donations come in the way again, though. Temptation...tooo strong....>.< I'm weak willed when it comes to this kind of thing. I'm always like 'oh, I can get it all back no snap' when I really can't. Amma's quest is so HUGELY EXPENSIVE.... Nitemare Headband... and mine is a measly 11.5k...

I understand...I have no willpower either. S'why I don't have a Were Tail and I keep buying other things.
I think that I don't buy it because I know it is something that might theoretically actually happen to me some day, whereas old donation and event items do not have a great likelihood of falling in my lap.
But you can do it!

I agree about the banking system. How about making a set amount that you save for each quest...like 500 per week for a coco and 500 for Ammara's quest, and then anything left over you can spend on whatever? It doesn't seem like much, but it adds up over time! (And you could change the amounts to what you think you could earn easily in a week.) That way you'd be saving, but you could still have some extra gold to spend on random stuff.
