Silph Co. Delivery

Pokeballs, a neccessity for all Pokemon Trainers, without these devices it would be impossible for trainers across the world to carry with them where ever they go their faithful companions. Sure, you could have them just follow you but do you really think it would be wise to have a Pokemon like Magmar follow you into a building, thus setting off the sprinklers? Didn't think so. Any who, the history of Pokeballs go back a long way, but that's not important right now, the future is now! The world's Pokeballs are largely supplied by their modern day inventor, Silph Co. It is this business that has invented the majorty of the Pokeballs we use to do, though some were invented in collaboration with a rival company in Hoenn, Devon Corp, but Silph Co. is in agreement with them to manufacture their Pokeballs too so it works out for everyone.

As you can imagine Silph Co. is always swamped with orders from Poke Marts around the world for Pokeballs and sometimes they find it difficult to meet the demands in a timely fashion. It is this very reason why Silph Co. is asking trainers from all over if they would like to help in performing deliveries for them, of course trainers who succeeded it making the deliveries are rewarded for their work. And that's where you come in! Go to the Silph Co. in Saffron City of the Kanto region, there sign up for one of their Pokeball deliveries. You will be given the choice the location of any Poke Mart or Department Store in the world to take the shipment to, the further you go the greater the reward of course. Shipments also vary in size, shipments to lone Poke Marts can sometimes be modest in size while shipments to Department Stores are always large, of course size also affects your rewards. Know this though, the Pokeballs are contained in a sealed metal crate which its lock is digital and protected by a Porygon programmed inside, making it near impossible for you to steal the contents, sorry to be of disappointment.

So, if you are looking to score some Pokeballs to replenish your stock this is the mission for you! Surely Silph Co. will reward you with some of their merchandise upon completion, cause what Pokemon Trainer doesn't like to get free Pokeballs, right?

Objective:
---Pick up a shipment of varying size from the Silph Co. building in Saffron City. You are then allow to choose a Poke Mart or Department Store to deliver it to, distance of delivery and size of shipment affect your rewards. Plus, don't try to steal the contents, it's protected.

Opposition:
---No real way of knowing. You may come across wild Pokemon depending on the path you take or perhaps some thugs looking to steal your shipment, speaking of which there is a known group that cuts off Silph Co.'s deliveries which prompted them to use the Porygon protection. This group is known as Team Bandito, which they look upon themselves as modern day Robin Hoods but in reality they are nothing but petty thieves. They are known for using Ground type Pokemon along with cactus Pokemon, furthermore they are largely a male group.
---All opposition various on what you decide to come across, but know this, something -will- get in your way.

Pokemon:
---You may capture or snag one Pokemon available at your rank. If you choose not to your rewards will be greater.

Rewards:
---Pokeballs, the type of Pokeballs you are awarded depend on those you delievered. There is a max of two type different types of Pokeballs. The amount you are given depends on quality of mission and whether or not you capture/snag a Pokemon.
---Pokeballs available include, Pokeball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, Premier Ball, Timer Ball, Dive Ball, Net Ball, Nest Ball, Luxury Ball, Repeat Ball, Quick Ball, Dusk Ball, and Heal Ball. Apricorn Pokeballs are -not- available in this mission.

Note: You may do this mission several times, whenever you need more Pokeballs. Do not however simple copy and paste an old mission and try and pass it off as new, you won't pass.

Doragon walked into the building and looked around. He had made a trip to this place for his second mission, delivery. "Your mission is to deliver the shipment Pokeballs to one of the Pokemarts," Doragon remebered. "Sign up for the shipment and wait for delivery. While you're on you way you may catch one Pokemon." At first he thought little of it, but after mention of free Pokeballs he was on board. Now all he had to do was sign up and he'd be on his way. Doragon spotted the sign up sheet attached to the wall. After signing up, he went out the building and leaned against the wall. He knew it would be a while before the shipment came and had to figure out a way to entertain himself. Doragon took out his Pokeballs and threw out Chimchar and Snover. "Get ready," he said. "We're about to do some training." They both nodded and Doragon pointed to a nearby tree. "Scratch Chimchar," he commanded. Chimchar nodded and bent its fingers like claws, swinging its hand and creating a white slash. Doragon looked at the scratch mark and sighed. "We'll get better," he said. "Snover, Powder Snow." Snover put its hands out in front of him and a blue light appeared. Following it was a blue powder that that began to freeze part of the tree. Doragon smirked. "This will come in handy," he said. Suddenly, Doragon heard the sounds of wheels. He turned to see the delivery coming his way. Doragon returned Snover to its pokeball but kept Chimchar out. "I'm looking for a Doragon Zantenpesuto!" he called. "Is there a Doragon Zantenpesuto?" Doragon walked toward the delivery man, signaling that he was the delivery boy, and the man pulled it over to him. "Thanks," he said, grabbing the handle of the cargo and pulling it. It wasn't to heavy or big so he didn't really have a problem. "Watch out for Bandits," he remebered in his briefing. "They locked the cargo so they couldn't get into it." Doragon saw that there was a combination lock on it. That may have also been put there to keep trainers from stealing as well. He sighed and continued to pull. Chimchar was close behind, trying to push as well. Doragon knew it would be a long route where they were going. Viridian City. For he knew there were many Pokemon in the Viridian Forest. ‘Should take only a few days,’ he thought as he pulled it. It was a good thing this cargo had wheels or he would have been out here for weeks. Doragon sighed and continued to pull.

After a couple hours of pulling, Doragon decided to stop and rest, throwing out Snover. “Time for more training,” Doragon said. “Snover, use Powder Snow on the ground.” Snover nodded and began freezing the grassy plains. “Now use Scratch Chimchar,” he said, pointing to the frozen land. Chimchar then began making claw marks in the ice, trying to get through to ground. However, after a while it became clear that Chimchar still needed more training. “Looks like you need more hands on,” he said to Chimchar. “Snover we’ll have to wait.” Chimchar sighed and Doragon grabbed the handle of the cargo, continuing. However, not long after they left, they ran into trouble.

Doragon was lost in thought when he suddenly fell over a wild Pokemon sleeping in the plains. It was a Vulpix, awoken now. Doragon jumped back instinctively and returned Chimchar to his Pokeball. He wouldn’t be much use here. The Vulpix looked from Doragon to Snover frustratedly. “Sorry,” he said. “We were just- Powder Snow Snover!” Vulpix flinched at the sudden change in attitude and jumped back as Snover tried to freeze it. “Keep on it,” Doragon said. “I’ll get the cargo to safety.” Snover nodded and continued to fire at it. Doragon threw out Chimchar and told him to help with the cargo. Doragon pulled and Chimchar pushed. As they did that, Doragon still had his eyes on Snover. Vulpix was using ember now. “Jump and use powder snow,” Doragon ordered. Snover jumped out of the way and tried to hit Vulpix again.

Doragon and Chimchar stopped when they reached Route 7 and then returned. “We’re done Snover,” he said, returning him to his Pokeball and then taking off toward the cargo. Vulpix followed angrily, trying to hit him with ember. Doragon knew full well he would have to fight it. But he wanted to be by his cargo for that. Unfortunately, when they came back there was a man pulling the cargo. “Bandit!” Doragon shouted, jumping into the air and hiting him with a spinning kick before he could throw out a Pokeball. However, that wasn’t enough, for he simply rolled over and threw out a Rattata. Doragon stopped and turned around, seeing the Vulpix standing behind. He was cornered. “So much trouble for some cargo,” he said, throwing out Snover. “Snover, use Powder Snow on Vulpix and Chimchar use scratch on Rattata.” Vulpix jumped back again when Snover attacked and the bandit began barking orders when Chimchar hit. Suddenly, Rattata slammed into Chimchar with tackle and Vulpix hit Snover with ember. “Keep using Scratch Chimchar and keep using Powder Snow Snover.” His two pokemon continued to fight with the attackers. However, it became apparent that they were outmatched. Only one choice. Doragon then waited until Vulpix used ember and Rattata used tackle. “Now both of you jump into the air.” Chimchar and Snover nodded and jumped, making Vulpix’s ember hit Rattata. “Powder Snow on Rattata,” he shouted to Snover. The ice Pokemon then hit the rat-like pokemon with the freezing powder, encasing it in a block of ice. This made the bandit fearful, as he returned Rattata to its Pokeball and ran off. Meanwhile, the Vulpix was still attacking. “Let’s finish him off,” he said to Chimchar. “Use scratch.” Chimchar nodded and dashed at Vulpix, hitting it with a slash. “Powder,” Doragon said to Snover. It obediently hit Vulpix with the powder. However, it had little effect on the small fox. Doragon gasped. He had forgotten that fire is strong against ice. The Vulpix took advantage of the confusion and then aimed ember at Snover. However, Doragon had another plan. “Dodge and use Leer Snover,” he ordered. “You to Chimchar.” The two Pokemon nodded and then looked at Vulpix in an intimidating way. The Vulpix flinched and backed away. “Scratch Chimchar,” Doragon said. Chimchar nodded and came at Vulpix, slashing it and sending it backwards. ‘Now’s my chance,’ Doragon thought, taking out a Pokeball and throwing it at the wild Pokemon. Luckily, the light that had been flashing stopped, signaling that he had made a catch. “Welcome to the team,” he said, throwing out the Vulpix. “Sorry about the sleep thing.” The Vulpix sighed in response and Doragon returned Snover and Chimchar to their Pokeballs. “Now help me push,” he said.

After hours of pulling, Doragon decided to stop and rest at Celadon City. Doragon found a nice inn to stay in and used Snover to freeze the cargo, making sure noone could get it. After a short training session, Doragon fell asleep, resting for the next day. He left Vulpix on watch. When he awoke, Vulpix was still staring out the window to the cargo, looking like it was about to fall on the ground. “C’mon Vulpix!” he shouted to wake it up. They both headed outside and to the still frozen cargo. “Ember,” he commanded. “Then you can rest.” Vulpix then shot a flurry of fireballs at the cargo, melting the ice. Doragon returned it to its Pokeball afterwards and continued the journey.

After about half a days journey, Doragon finally reached Viridian City. He wiped the sweat off his forehead and continued to pull toward the Pokemart. When he arrived, he went around the back and entered, finding a waiting employee. “Here’s your shipment,” Doragon said. The man nodded in thanks and pulled it into the store. Doragon sighed. “Now to get back,” he said, heading back to the HQ.

Dunas Westbrook
Vandalism and You (No. 235)

Poster:
Daniel "Old Man" Robins, also known as "The Coffee Guy", in Viridian City.

Message:
Bah!

Maybe it's just me, not having had my coffee yet, but I seem to be the only one in this place with a head on his shoulders!

Someone has to do something about that stupid Smeargle!

Everyone acts like it's so funny and cute, the damn thing, but it's a menace! A menace, I say! Always walking around with that stupid smile, vandalizing the walls by painting those silly little images on them! Bah! I had to wash off another cup of coffee from my house yesterday! The fourth one! It won't stop painting them!

But does anyone stop it? Nooo, they all think it's cute! They think it's hilarious, how it puts its morally vile graffiti all over the city!

Someone get rid of it! I don't care how! Just make it stop vandalizing my city!

Summary:
While most of Viridian is charmed by the strange young Smeargle that seems to live nearby, painting images on houses which are strangely symbolic of the person who lives within, the Coffee Man- sorry, Daniel Robins is fed up. He wants someone to remove it, he doesn't care how. Do what you will, just get it out of Viridian.

Opposition:
The Smeargle. No, really, that's it. Be aware that it's a fast little b*****d, and knows the city inside and out- Viridian residents may well be willing to hide it inside their homes, to protect it from a perceived threat, if it can convince them. Tread lightly.

Location:
Viridian City. Stop by Daniel's house to get the full story.

Pokemon:
Smeargle. If you choose to remove it through some other means, you may be in for an egg if you're lucky.

Rewards:
Daniel has promised a cup of coffee and five free Pokeballs for the removal of the 'public menace'. I've got a few other things you might wind up having, too, if you please me with your writing prowess.

Doragon looked at the building in front of him and scratched his head. He was on a mission to Viridian City right now and needed to be briefed further. Chimchar looked at Doragon and back at the house. They were both staring at a giant cup of coffee painted on the wall. Doragon scratched his head and went toward the door. “Escuse me,” Doragon said as he knocked on the door. “I’m looking for Daniel Robins.” At first their was no answer. But after a few moments, the door opened. Standing in the doorway was an old man, a cup of coffee in his hand. “Who are you?” he asked irritably. He then noticed the coffee on the wall and popped a vein, slamming the door. The man came out a few moments later with cleaning supplies. “Doragon Zantepesuto,” he introduced. “Snagem Cadet. I was sent here because a man called Daniel Robins had a problem in Viridian City. A vandalizing Smeargle.” The man then stopped, and turned to Doragon. “So they send a child to deal with that stupid Pokemon,” he said, popping a vein and standing up. “But I guess you’ll have to do.” Doragon popped a vein at that statement. “Kid,” he said, pounching the wall. “Well this kid could kick you’re a** faster than you could say uncle. I didn’t get this rank for nothing ya’ know. Now start talking gramps.” Daniel popped a vein and went into the house, gesturing for Doragon to follow. He led him to a table and Doragon took a seat. Daniel went into the kitchen and came back with a cup of coffee, sipping from it as he explained the situation. “Recently, a wandering Smeargle has came into our fair city,” he explained, “Drawing on just about everything it sees.” Doragon smirked looking down at Blaze. “That’s natural for Smeargle,” he said, looking back at Daniel. “They are artistic Pokemon.” Daniel pounded on the table, tipping over his coffee. “I don’t care!” he shouted angrily. “That Smeargle is a menace and he needs to be stopped! I’m tired of him covering my city in graffiti! Just get rid of him!” Doragon looked at the spilled coffe and sighed. Apparently Daniel, or the Coffe Man (as he was called), hated this Smeargle. Doragon was just surprised noone had caught it yet. “If you’re able to get it away,” Daniel continued, “I’ll even give you a free cup of coffee and five free Pokeballs.” Doragon nodded and response, standing up to leave. “You might want to keep this meeting a secret,” Daniel said as Doragon left. “These people have grown so attached to this nuisance that they might try to hide it.” Doragon nodded and Blaze scurried back up to his head. They then left out the door, beginning the search. As he walked through the city, he found that what Daniel had said wasn’t too exaggerated. The walls of just about all the building were covered with paintings of various things. He took out his hoverboard and they then flew into the air, looking around for the Smeargle. When people saw him patrolling the city, he was bombarded with many stares. Some of them were glaring at him, while others were looking nervously at him. Doragon could tell they had already figured out the plan. He sighed and kept looking. Suddenly, Blaze began jumping up and down, signaling that he had found something. Doragon then sped up toward the source. Without warning, a shadowy figure then dashed past them, a red trail being left behind him. Doragon quickly turned around and followed the trail, speeding up. Whoever this one was, it was fast enough to outrun the hoverboard. As they kept on the chase, they eventually got it into the light. Doragon smirked, seeing that it was the Smeargle. “That’s the target Blaze,” he said to Chimchar. “Use Ember on it.” Chimchar nodded and opened its mouth, letting out a barrage of fireballs. The Smeargle went from side to side to dodge the incoming attack. “Man it’s fast,” Doragon said, taking out a pokeball. “Powder Snow Frose.” He then threw out his Snover, pointing to the running Smeargle. Frose nodded and put his hands out in front of him, letting out the freezing mist. Smeargle turned around, running backwards, and pointed its tail towards the incoming attack. It then quickly jumped out of the way, landing on a nearby building and stopping. Doragon flew up to it, jumping onto the building. “You’re done,” he said, pointing at him. “Scratch Blaze.” Chimchar nodded and launched at Smeargle. Suddenly, the Smeargle opened its mouth and let out a blast of water. Chimchar flew backwards, skidding across the floor. “Water Gun,” Doragon said. “Guess people have tried to catch it. Ember Blaze.” Chimchar got up and let out a flurry of fireballs. Smeargle pointed at the attack with its tail before jumping out of the way. Without warning, the Smeargle then shot out a flurry of bubbles at Blaze, slamming into the small Pokemon. After it had one that, it landed on the floor and dashed off. Doragon sighed and picked up Blaze. He had a few scratches, but he was okay. “Looks like we’ll need more training,” he said to his partner.

Doragon kneeled down by the river to take a drink. Tympole was swimming in it and enjoying the water. "Let's try Round first," Doragon said, standing up. "It's like Supersonic, except it deals damage." Tympole tilted its head to show it didn't understand. "It's a move where you attack with sound while singing," he explained. "Basically, it's a very loud song. It would be easier to learn if I had a Jigglypuff. But I don't want marker face." He sighed and threw out Snover. "I want you to try it on Frose," he said. "He can handle it so don't worry. Right Frose?" Frose bowed in response, since he couldn't nod. Tympole nodded and took a deep breath, letting out a loud screech full of transparent sound waves. However, it was still Supersonic, since Snover didn't take damage. "Supersonic," Doragon said. "Remeber, sing. Combination of Supersonic and Singing." Speedy nodded and tried again. This time, he had the singing part right, but it wasn't loud enough or as powerful. Doragon kept giving Tympole tips as they continued to train. It was a good thing he had studied as a child. Eventually, Tympole got the loud damaging song that came from Round. They still kept practicing until they mastered it. "Great," Doragon said, patting the swimming Tympole on the head. "Now to the next technique. Should be easy. The Bubble Beam." Frose looked at Doragon fearfully. "Don't worry," he said to the small Pokemon. "You can take a rest for now. Speedy, the Bubble Beam is a faster and more powerful version of Bubble. Just shoot the bubbles like fireballs or the razor leaves or something else of that nature." He then returned Frose to his pokeball and took out Chimchar, telling him to use Ember. Speedy watched in curiousity as the fireballs shot out into the distance. "Try to do that with bubble," Doragon explained. Speedy nodded and shot out multiple bubbles. However, they moved to slowly to be the Bubble Beam. Doragon popped one of the bubbles and sighed, telling Speedy to try again. He nodded and shot out another stream of bubbles, to the same effects. As they kept trying, the bubbles got faster and more powerful. After a while, the bubbles finally shot out in a powerful stream. Doragon watched as they shot off into the distance. "Practice makes perfect," he said as they continued to train. Once they master the bubble beam, Doragon returned Tympole to its pokeball to rest and jumped back on his hoverboard. "C'mon," he said to Blaze. He nodded and jumped onto the hoverboard before Doragon took off. They needed to chase the Smeargle out to the river so they could get Tympole to finish it. Doragon sighed and kept flying. When they got to Viridian City, he jumped off the board. Now was the best time for stealth. He dashed from building to building as he searched, making sure he was unseen. Anyone who did see them would get hit with ember. After a while of searching, they finally got results. They looked down to see a running Smeargle, leaving another trail of paint. Apparently this Smeargle was so obsessed with art that it would leave a trail where it went. Or maybe he was just toying with them. Doragon didn’t ponder on the situation and jumped off the building, landing in front of the smeargle. “Scratch Blaze,” he said when Chimchar landed on the other side. They blocked his path of escape. Blaze launched at Smeargle, aiming the white slash at it. However, the Smeargle jumped out of the way, springing off of Chimchar and dashing away. Blaze popped a vein and was about to race after him when Doragon stopped him. “We’ll get him,” he said. “But right now we have to think up a strategy.” Blaze nodded and went back to Doragon.

They kept chasing after the smeargle, finding it a hard target. Each time they went against it, the Smeargle was able to get away with cunning and speed. After so many losses, Doragon decided to try a different approach. Looking around the corners he saw two people on each side. Doragon snuck up behind the ones on the left side and flipped one of them onto the ground, knocking them out. He only knocked the other one to the ground, kneeling over them and pulling back his fist. “What do you know about that Smeargle?” he asked in an interegating way. The man stayed silent and Doragon punched him in the face. Now wasn’t the time to be nice. After all, old man Robins never said how he wanted the job done. “The Smeargle is the city clown,” the man finally said. “It means no harm. It only wants to paint. There’s no need for violence.” Doragon growled and punched him again. He knew he was hiding something. “Ok ok,” the man said, flinching. “The Smeargle- it stays somewhere near the end of the city. Northeast from here. In a big blue house. There should be a painting of a pokeball on it. That’s all I know. I swear.” Doragon smirked and punched him again, knocking him out. He then stood up, going back to stealth. Doragon left the bodies as a message. “I’m not playing around.”

Doragon looked around the area for the blue house. He was on his hoverboard and searching in the air. A blue house should have stood out, since most of them were white. Doragon also kept an eye put for a Pokeball picture. Suddenly, Blaze began jumping up and down, pointing. Doragon looked where he was pointing to see a large blue house with a Pokeball painted on it. He quickly flew down, jumping off the board and looking through the window. Sure enough there was a painting Smeargle in the room. Doragon snuck through the window and pointed to the Smeargle. “Ember,” he commanded. Smeargle turned to get bombarded with fireballs, making it skid across the floor. It quickly got up, looking for an exit. Doragon had already thought about that, locking the door and the window they came through. They wouldn’t let it get to the other windows. “Scratch,” he said to Blaze. He nodded and launched at the Smeargle. It opened its mouth and fired a barrage of fireballs at him, making Blaze skid across the floor. “Now use Ember again,” Doragon commanded. Blaze nodded and shot out a flurry of fireballs. Smeargle opened its mouth to let out another attack, but it was moving slower, skidding against the floor. “Taunt,” Doragon commanded when the Smeargle got up. Blaze smirked and began to mock Smeargle. It popped a vein in anger and raced toward him, aiming a flurry of slashes at Blaze. “Furry Swipes?” Doragon said in disbelief. “How much has this one seen. Ember Blaze.” Chimchar then shot a flurry of fireballs at Smeargle, sending it flying backwards. “You’re mine!” he shouted, throwing a Quick Ball. It opened up and sucked in the Smeargle, shaking afterwards. Doragon waited until the light stopped flashing before he grabbed the Pokeball and lept out the window. He didn’t care that they had damage this place. In fact, he was surprised that this place was even big enough for a battle. These people must have been rich. “Now for the coffee,” Doragon said as he flew away from the scene.

Bad Luck No. 133

Posted By: Annoyed Bystander of New Bark Town

Request:
Apparently there is this Pokemon that is a bad omen to the alleged quiet suburbs of New Bark Town. It is said that Absols are known to forsee major disasters, but apparently there is a Pokemon that causes it, or so it seems.

An Eevee, cute and eager as can be, roams these streets. Its a stray unfortunately...rather it was that way at birth or was abandoned is unknown. What is known is that it tends to plunder trash cans, looking for whatever edible leftovers it can find. However, in doing so, it makes quite the mess, and when confronted by the angry locals about it, or when confronted by a Pokemon trainer out to capture it since after all, Eevees tend to be a rarity, disaster usually follows, anywhere between injuries, building collapses, traffic accidents, the works. Because of which, people call that Eevee a walking bad luck charm. Sure it may seem like a string of coincidences, but others are rather skeptic of that.

This is where you come in. You are out to get this Eevee by any means necessary. You have the license to capture this Eevee, and keep it for yourself if you want. However, in doing so, PLEASE don't cause any more damage than what was done, at least TRY to. Take note though, also, that the Eevee, when confronted, will be very eager by nature to get away, and is rather reckless in doing so, which is maybe why so many disasters happen. Who knows. Just please try to restore peace to the area, ok?

Objective
---Find and subdue the Eevee causing chaos in New Bark Town

Opposition
---Other than the Eevee itself? There are probably other Pokemon that roams the city. Meowths, Granbull, and various city dwelling birds. Who knows, bad luck may be upon you too...

Location
---New Bark Town suburbs, generally located on the Southeastern part close towards the waterway heading towards the Kanto Boarder.

Reward
---Aside from the Eevee, the poster may have something for you...

Doragon flew into New Leaf Bark town and looked around. Doragon noticed a pile of trash in the streets and scratched his head. "Seems like we're in the right place," he said to Blaze, jumping off his hoverboard. "To think that such a small creature could cause such damage. We might have to try a different approach here." Doragon shivered, trying to force out the words. "We'll have to be ge-," he said, struggling to even sound out the words. "G-e-n-t-l-e." Blaze looked dumbfoundedly at Doragon, surprised to hear him say that. Doragon was a Snagem of action, like an assassin. He knew well how to take out a guard and sneak into a building. However, this was the first he ever heard of him being gentle. He didn't even know he knew how. "Don't be so surprised," Doragon snapped, popping a vein. "How else would I have learned so much about Pokemon when I was younger. Close study and interacting." Blaze scratched his head and jumped off the hoverboard, climbing onto Doragon's head. Doragon followed the trail of garbage as they searched for the Eevee. As he walked, he saw multiple people looking around angrily, picking up the trash. Doragon also saw that some of the cars had chunks of concrete on them, probably from the wrecked buildings. Blaze shivered at the thought that an Eevee could do all this. "I think we'll need help from Sparky," Doragon said, throwing her out. She looked around at the wreckage before turning back to Doragon. "Sparky," he said to her, "We're after an Eevee right now. One that suposedly causes bad luck. I thought you might be able to help since Vulpix and Eevee are somewhat alike." Sparky tilted her head curiously, but didn't say anything, following behind Doragon. After a while of searching, they eventually came to a small trash can. They could hear rattling inside and see trash flying out. Suddenly, a small Eevee popped out, looking curiously at them. It was covered in trash, letting out a foul smell. "We come in peace," Doragon said quickly, taking a step back. "There's no need for violence." The Eevee jumped out of the trash can, grinning. Without warning, it then dashed off past them, heading towards who knows where. Doragon quickly took out his hoverboard and they flew after her, knowing that it wouldn't be long before they caught up. Suddenly, a cracking could be heard nearby. When Doragon turned, he saw a chunk of building falling towards him. He quickly moved away, speeding up. The Eevee turned around at them and then back in front. Suddenly, it ran into a passing Meowth. Eevee quickly got up and ran the other way. Instead of chasing it, the Meowth instead turned to Doragon, attacking with scratch. He quickly jumped off the board, over the Meowth. "Scratch Blaze," he said when the Meowth turned around. He nodded and launched at the normal-type. Meanwhile, Doragon jumped on the hoverboard, where Sparky still was, and flew toward Blaze, grabbing him before Meowth could strike again. It popped a vein and ran after them, not getting far before it was left behind. They then turned back to the Eevee, who was still running. This time, he ran into a Pidgeotto, angry to get hit. A trainer then appeared from behind the corner, standing beside the bird. He looked down at it and smirked. "An Eevee," he said, looking down at it. "You're mine." Doragon jumped off his board and stood in front of the Eevee. "You'll stay away from this Eevee if you know what's good for you," he said intimidatingly. The trainer smirked and bended his arm so it was pointing to the left. His Pidgeotto then flew up and landed on it like a perch. "Tough talk for a little boy," he said. "You'll move or I'll make you." Blaze and Vulpix growled at the trainer in anger. "Them's fightin' words," he said, looking from him and back at the fearful Eevee. "Have it your way, but this Eevee won't be harmed while I'm here." The boy nodded and stepped back, ready for battle. "One Pokemon each," he said, letting down the Pidgeotto. "You have the first move." Doragon nodded and Blaze jumped off his head. "You're up Blaze," he said, pointing to the bird. "Ember." Blaze nodded and spit a barage of fireballs at the Pidgeotto. “Gust,” the trainer ordered. Pidgeotto then flapped its wings and released a powerful wind, blowing away the fireballs. “Now use quick attack,” he ordered. Pidgeotto then launched at Blaze at high speed, slamming into him and sending him flying. “Fury Swipes,” Doragon ordered when Blaze stopped. Blaze then leaped at Pidgeotto, scratching it repeadedly. “Blow it away with Gust,” the trainer ordered. Pidgeotto then flew backwards, flapping its wings and blowing Blaze away. He skidded across the floor into a stopping position. “Taunt Blaze,” Doragon called. Blaze nodded and began mocking Pidgeotto. It popped a vein in anger and launched at Blaze. “I didn’t tell you to tackle you stupid bird,” the trainer said in anger. However, it fell on deaf ears as Pidgeotto kept trying to tackle Blaze. “Now jump and use ember,” Doragon said. Blaze nodded and leaped into the air before Pidgeotto hit. Just as he had expected, Pidgeotto followed after him. Blaze smirked and opened its mouth. However, instead of ember a stream of fire came out, covering Blaze. Blaze then launched at Pidgeotto, slamming into it. “What the,” Doragon said when he saw the new move. “That was Flame Wheel.” Blaze then landed on the ground, looking at the now unconscious Pidgey and grinning. Suddenly, Blaze began to emit a white glow. His body shape began to change and take on a new form. Blaze was evolving. “Monferno,” Doragon said in surprise. “I’ve got a Monferno.” The other trainer growled and returned Pidgeotto to its pokeball. “I’m still getting that Eevee,” he said, taking out another Pokeball. “That Evee belongs to m- where’d it go?” Doragon gasped and looked back to see Eevee was gone. Sparky was so caught up in the fight she hadn’t noticed her sneaking away. “You idiot!” the trainer shouted angrily. He then did something that was incredibly stupid. The trainer threw a punch at Doragon. Instinctively, he grabbed the attacker by the collar lifted him over his shoulder, slamming him into the ground. “Don’t underestimate me just because I’m a kid,” he said, turning around to his Pokemon. “I’m just as good at hand to hand combat as I am in Pokemon battles. I may be young but I’ve learned moves that could kill someone. Lucky for you that I’m not bad like that. Just know to stay out of my way. That Eevee is my responsibility. Get in my way again and you’ll end up in the hospital. Spread the word.” They then leaped on the hoverboard and flew away.

"Try again," Doragon said to Blaze. He nodded and jumped into the air, opening his mouth to let out a small fire. Blaze then flipped in the air, trying to cover itself in a wheel of fire. However, the flames quickly vanished and he fell to the ground. Doragon sighed. They had been trying to master the Flame Wheel for a while now, and were getting now where. "Maybe we should start further back," he said to him. "You might have to relearn your moves." Blaze looked back at Doragon in disbelief. He could tell he didn't want to start over. "That's the beauty of evolution," Doragon said, smiling weakly. "But don't worry. You won't have to redo Scratch, Leer, or Ember. But you will do taunt, Mach Punch, Fury Swipes, and Flame Wheel." Blaze tilted his head confused. Doragon then remember that he had yet to learn Mach Punch. "We'll start from the top," Doragon said. "Taunt." Blaze nodded and Doragon threw out Paint. "Try not to attack Blaze," he said to the small Pokemon. She nodded and Blaze began jumping around, throwing things at Paint and teasing her. Paint popped a vein, but stayed in place. Blaze continued, but Paint still didn't move. However, after a while, she finally snapped and launched at Blaze with fury swipes. "Stop Paint," Doragon said to her, but Paint ignored him and Blaze jumped over her, still taunting. "Mach Punch," Doragon ordered to Blaze. "It's basically a powerful punch." Blaze nodded and leaped at Paint, aiming a glowing fist at her. However, it quickly vanished and Paint slammed into Blaze with quick attack. "Stop Paint!" Doragon shouted, snapping Paint out of the fighting trance. "And listen for a sec. I want you to help Blaze learn Mach Punch by being his training partner." Paint nodded and Blaze lifted himself off the ground. "Try again Blaze," he said to his partner. "Quick Attack Paint." Blaze nodded and launched at Paint, concentrating energy into his fist. However, the attack was to slow and Paint slammed into Blaze. He flew backwards and skidded against the ground. They then launched at each other again and again, trying to get Blaze to use Mach Punch. It was after a while of training that Blaze finally got the punch right, connecting with Paint again and again with the attack. "Now use fury swipes both of you," Doragon ordered. They nodded and launched at each other, connecting with scratch after scratch. After a while of practice, they finally got to the flame wheel. "After this we get you two to a PC," Doragon said. "Try Flame Wheel again Blaze. Paint, I want you to dodge." They nodded and Blaze jumped into the air, trying to cover himself in fire. However, his timing was off and he hit the ground before hand. He stood up and shook himself, trying again. Paint sat down and began to draw as she waited for Blaze to get the technique right. When he finally did, she jumped to the right to dodge, making Blaze past by her and stop, turning. "Last time," Doragon said to the two. "Hit that tree with Flame Wheel Blaze. Sketch Paint." The two nodded, panting and Blaze launched at the nearby tree, cutting through it. As he did so, Eevee kept her tail pointed at him. She then tried herself, jumping into the air and covering herself in a flame aura. Doragon returned them both to their Pokeballs when Paint slammed through the tree, jumping onto his hoverboard and flying off toward the nearest PC.

“I’ll pay for all the damage,” Doragon said as another car missed him and crashed into a building. “And I’ll help rebuild as well. Man this Eevee is reckless. Maybe we should be reckless as well. Fight fire with fire afterall.” Ervee looked back at them, before running into another city Pokemon. “Now’s my chance,” he said as the bird started pecking at it. Doragon then sped up and grabbed the Eevee by the tail, flying into the air. The Pidgeotto followed after them, though Blaze and Sparky send it back with ember. Eevee looked at Doragon and growled, struggling to get down. Smirking, Doragon then threw the Eavee into the air. “Flame Wheel,” he said to Blaze. He nodded and leeped into the air, covering itself in a flame shield and dashing toward Eevee. The attack was enough to send Evee flying. Doragon quickly took advantage of the situation and leaped forward, throwing a Quick Ball at it. Sparky and Blaze looked at him in shock. Eevee opened its eyes only to get hit by the Quick Ball and sucked in. Doragon turned in the air and landed on his feet, looking at the Quick Ball. It was still shaking so Doragon waited to see what the outcome would be. Suddenly, the Evee popped out, looking angrily at Doragon. “So it’s a fight you want afterall,” he said, taking out a Pokeball. “I’ve got the perfect fighter.” Doragon then threw out Paint, who was surprised not see Blaze. She then spotted him and Sparky still in the air, standing on the hoverboard. Before Doragon could give an order, Eevee opened its mouth, suddenly releasing a powerful Shadow Ball. “Sketch Paint,” Doragon ordered quickly. Paint nodded and pointed its tail at the attack. She then quickly jumped out of the way just before the attack hit, barely getting by. Suddenly, Eevee turned and kicked dirt at Paint. She rubbed her eyes to try to get vision back and Eevee took advantage, launching at Paint with quick attack. “False Swipe,” Doragon ordered when Paint got up having her vision returned. Paint nodded and launched at Eevee, hitting it with a slash. Eevee grunted in pain and jumped back, shaking itself. It then launched at Paint again with Quick Attack. “Sketch,” Doragon said. Paint nodded and pointed its tail toward Eevee. However, she wasn’t fast enough to dodge the attack and was sent flying. “Now finish it with Flame Wheel Blaze!” Doragon shouted, seeing as Paint was knocked out. Blaze then leaped off the hoverboard, heading toward Eevee while covered with fire. The attack was even more powerful because of momentum. Eevee tried to dodge, but Blaze came down faster, slamming into it. Doragon then threw a Pokeball at it, sucking it inside. The light flashed continuously and Doragon was afraid that it would escape again. However, to his surprise, the light stopped flashing and the ball stopped shaking. He let out a sigh of relief and went to retrieve the Pokeball. However, it suddenly disappeared, headed toward the PC. “Full Inventory,” he said, sighing. “Now that that’s over, we have to clean this mess up.” Blaze sighed, not wanting to do work. Suddenly, Sparky flew down towards them, stopping beside Doragon. “Let’s get this over with,” he said, climbing on and heading towards the first wrecked car. He knew it would be a while before he could leave because of all the damage, so he spend the time he wasn’t working training.
