Ok so its FINALLY summer for me and im going to go to the beach for my birthday in july! I need some tips that will help me get my body back, because i had surgery in November and ive gained wait, and lost my body, how would i get it back so soon? and tips? tips that will work good and fast?

Exercise, mainly cardio. Eat healthy, the simple stuff! Make sure you get the right nutrients everyday to help your body. You'll be rockin that bikini in no time.

Uncle America Exercise, mainly cardio. Eat healthy, the simple stuff! Make sure you get the right nutrients everyday to help your body. You'll be rockin that bikini in no time. agreed. simple stuff. even dancing can get you down too (did theater dance for school a whole year and lost alot 0.0)

silly_lil_grl101 those sound perfect!!! thanks girls! and i ghet crazy when i dance Yeah you should do dance cardio workouts. Get some really loud music and just go crazy. Make sure you get your heart rate up.
