Alucard sat on his chair quietly, a glass of red in his hand. He was always in a bad mood, it was best that others watch their words in front of him. "I wonder.." He took a sip of his drink and smiled, thoughts of blood and gore floated through his mind. Violence was his choice of resolution instead of speaking. He was a simple vampire that just enjoyed his powers a little too much. "I sense someone.." He took another sip and waited for the person to show themselves.

The soft click of stiletto heels against the ground heralded Roxanne's arrival long before her physical form appeared. She was nervous, but she didn't let it show on her face. She had been asked to entertain this vampire, but she had been told precious little about him and she hated not knowing what she was getting herself into. Once she did arrive, she curtsied, giving him a little smile.

He snickered as he saw the woman in front of him. "Not the usual type I see around here." He took a sip from the glass again, looking at the woman quietly from his seat on the throne. "What brings you here to this bloodied place of despair? I hope you didn't step in a puddle of blood or a pile of gore." He smiled a bit at his comment, thinking of how untidy the whole room was. The stones still had blood stained between each of them where the mortar became soaked with it. He put the glass down and placed his hand on top of his knees, he sat straight up with one leg crossed over. His red eyes watched from behind his orange tinted glasses.

Roxanne let out a quiet chuckle. "This isn't the type of place I usually find myself." She confessed, reaching up to run her fingers through her hair. She was nervous, there was no doubt about it. "Hah..." Th redheaded Pockettu wasn't often embarrassed about her work, but in front of him, she was. " I was hired...to entertain you," she said. She found him very hard to read, and it was clear her usual tricks would never work on him. A soft laugh passed her lips. "And no, I didn't step in anything....I'm quite light on my feet, avoiding such things was no trouble." She let herself observe the vampire, taking him in, he was handsome, no doubt, but also...utterly terrifying. "My name is Roxanne. May I ask yours?" She dared to step a bit closer to him.

He could sense her emotions, it filled the air with anticipation. He smiled again, letting a fang shine in the dim candle light. Her blood smelled so alluring compared to what remained in his wine glass. He moved his leg to the floor and leaned forward, leaning his elbow on his knee with his chin on his hand. He let his glasses slide down a little, revealing his deep red eyes. He pondered her name, it was new to him. He smiled a bit to himself, her dress already looked blood stained to him. He wondered if her blood tasted as nice as it smelled. "I see... Well I have many names. It's hard to remember after being around for as long as I have. For now I am Alucard."

He had her off balance, there was no doubt about that. This man was...strange. And terrifying. Definitely a bit terrifying. And yet...he was a vampire, and, well, there was a reason that girls swooned over them. There was a certain allure to his danger that made her step even closer to him. And those red eyes...so...alluring. "Alucard...what a handsome name...just rolls off the tongue, I think," she said, giving him a slightly flirtatious smile. Even if he did make her nervous, Roxanne was not one to let an opportunity to flirt with a handsome man go.

He smiled, letting more of his fang show. He took his glasses off and set them on the small table where his glass was. He could smell her blood even more as she took a step closer, her fear made it hard not to go up to her. " If you come closer you may see them better in this dim light." He sat up a bit, letting himself look less terrifying. He would lure her in and take things from there. "Your name is rather interesting, is has a nice ring to it, Roxanne." He smiled a bit after he spoke, he was very intrigued. He took his hat off and placed it on the table too, revealing more of his jet black hair. " I won't bite." He sat quietly and waited to see how she would react to his words. His red eyes glistening in the darkness.

She walked towards him, unable to resist the lure of his voice. She certainly could see him better up close, and her intense blue eyes followed his every movement. "Heh...I suppose so..." The Pockettu reached up, nervously adjusting the ribbon in her hair. A soft gigglepassed her lips. "Why, sir, you're a vampire. I can hardly trust you not to bite," she said. "Of course..." Goodness, she almost wanted to brave running her fingers thorugh that lovely hair, to see if it was as silky as it looked. "I suppose I can have the reasonable expectation that you won't bite...me..."

He smiled and looked into her eyes. "Indeed." He watched as she adjusted her hair ribbon, her hair was a beautiful color in the dim light. "You're quite pleasing to the eye in this light Roxanne." His voice was calm as he looked into her eyes, watching for a hint of her next action. He folded his hands on his lap quietly. "I may be a vampire but that doesn't mean I will always bite a pretty woman. I am wondering though, what kinda of material is your outfit made out of? It looks as if it would get ruined by moving almost."

"I like to imagine that I'm pleasing to the eye in any light," Roxanne said, a very blatantly amused smile crossing her face. "At least, I try to be." She placed a hand on her dress, smoothing it, as he asked about the material. "Oh, it's silk," she said. "Certainly durable enough to stay on with movement," she laughed softly, muffling it with her hand. This was more fun than she had initially thought it would be.

Alucard smiled and stood slowly, he was merely inches from her. He let the sound of his movement echo slightly in the empty chamber. He stood there for a moment and closed his eyes, listening to her heart. He smiled to himself, he missed that soft sound that used to beat in his own chest. He moved quickly and held her close, he listened for the inevitable race that would begin in her heart. "I won't bite because I love the sound of your heart" He stayed silent and listened as a tear rolled down his cheek. He wanted her to stay her in this darkness that was his home. "Will you stay around here?" He kissed her forehead lightly and listened more, he missed that soft noise so much.

Roxanne felt her heart flutter a little when he stood, and she kept her eyes on Alucard. She tensed as he pulled her close, her heart indeed racing the instant they were pulled together. Her arms slid around his waist. The racing wasn't from fear, oh not. She...well, she wasn't going to say love, not so soon, but he intrigued her, interested her more than any other man, ever. "Stay...with you...?" She considered. "I...suppose I could..."

Alucard smiled, it had been a long time since he had held someone this close without them being a meal. "That makes me very happy." He listened quietly to her heart as it fluttered a bit in her chest. "You don't have to tense up, there's nothing to be scared of." He felt her arms around his waist. "It'll be nice with you around."

Roxanne let a slight smile flit across her face. "Silly vampire, I'm not afraid," she said, resting her head on his chest. The red-haired Pockettu glanced briefly back at the entrance to the rooms, and sighed quietly. This was a place she could be happy. "I...think I'll like being around. This place is so lonely, and no one deserves to be alone."

Alucard smiled again, he held her hand now and started a waltz across the floor. It was an odd time but he felt like a dance with this woman who was now his company in this place of loneliness. His steps were light, as if he wasn't even touching the ground. "So tell me more about yourself my dear?"
