I was lurking around in the GCD forum, and I saw an interesting thread. In there, they were pretending, that this months donation letter would contaion any past donation items. Then I thought a little for myself. If that happened, most peoples would probably choose the halo because it has such a high value, but then the supply would rise a lot and fit with the demands, making the price drop. But, what about the letter, how much would it be worth? And what about all the other past donation items? Will they deflate? It's quite funny to think about this. :]

I expect most would choose a halo and then yay we could buy a halo for 5000g. How rawking would that be. Ashame it would never happen. 4laugh

There is , in my eyes, already a small deflation going on with the big items.

I actually think it would be a great idea to do this. It would certainly bring down inflated items. xd But then again, it would really throw off alot of things. So I'd say I'd rather it not happen. It's a cool idea though. 3nodding

That is a pretty interesting topic, I'd just keep the letter, or end up getting minis or DJs.

If it had the halo in it then there would be a lot of rich venders on the first day. On opening day there is a golden hour to get the most out of an item before it deflates into nothingness. most people don't take the time to check prices at this time. They just impulse buy anything on the front page in fear of it disappearing if they hesitate.
Honestly I almost wish it did hold a halo this month.
All in all after deflation ended I'd say it'd still be worth around 16k.
