Naruto
Resengan - S. Requires Chakra lvl1
Kage Bushin - D. Requires Chakra lvl3.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Down + S. Requires Chakra lvl 3
Orochimaru NORMAL MODE:
Dissapear and reappear behind = Down + X. No Chakra requirement
Wind Attack = Down, Forward + X. No Chakra Requirement.
Stun = S. Requires about 1/2 Chakra Level
Summon Kabuto = Enter. Requires Chakra Lvl 1/2
Snake Summon = Down + S. Requires Chakra Lvl 1
SHADOW MODE = Down, Forward S. Requires Chakra Lvl 2 1/2 (I think) Chakra continues to decrease and you return to normal mode when your chakra hits 0.
Kunai Barage - S. Requires about 1/4th of a Chakra lvl. Must be in Shadow Mode
Ultimate Snake Attack - Hold down and S. Requires about 1 Chakra Lvl.(About 6 giant snake heads shoot out of the ground. So much damage, its funny.) Must be in Shadow Mode
Neji
Hakkeshou Rokujuu Yonshou = S. Requires Chakra Lvl 2.
Kaiten = down + X while someone is hitting you. Requires very little chakra.
Rock Lee
Omote Renge = S. Requires Chakra Lvl 1.
Ura Renge = Down + S. Requires Chakra Lvl 3
Konoha Senpuu = Down, Forward, A. No Chakra Requirement.
Kawarmi = Backwards + Z. When hit he goes behind the opponent. No Chakra Required.
Run at an opponent (tap forwards twice) and hit z, then z again to first hit him in front, then in the back. No Chakra Requirement.
Sasuke
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu = Down, Forward, X. No Chakra Lvl Requirement but if it hits your chakra goes down.
Shishi Rendan = S. Requires 1 Chakra Lvl.
Chidiori = Down + S. Requires 3 Chakra lvls.
Katon: Housenka no Jutsu = Must be in the air, Hit S. Requires 1 chakra lvl.
Kakashi
Kawarmi = D. No Chakra Required.
Wind Cutter = Down, Forward A. No Chakra Required. Actually it boosts your chakra a ton.
Chidori = Down, Forward Z. Chakra Lvl 3 Required.
Katon: Karyuu Endan = Down, Back Z. Requires 1 Chakra Level. SPECIAL FEATURE: press Z just before the flame jet ends, to continue
it another 21 hits. (at the cost of 1/2 bar of chakra)
Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu = Down, Forward X. Requires 1 Chakra Lvl. chakra goes down when hit opponent.
Fuuma Shuriken = Down, Back, A. No Chakra Requirement.
Chakra Charge = A + Z. Gather Chakra. No Chakra Requirement
