Do you guys have issues with cellulite?
I'm thin, but I have it -- hell 90% of women have it, so it's no surprise!
I've recently been doing this thing called 'body brushing'.
If it works even a little, I'll be happy -- even if it doesn't, it makes my body feel so refreshed and amazing. :D
Basically, if you do it around the butt/thigh area (I do my whole body cause it feels good!) it'll "melt" or "push away" the fat deposits that are cellulite in your bum/thighs.
Technically, they're just fat deposits -- cellulite isn't even a scientific term, it was made up.
BUT, whatever, we all know it as that!
We'll see what happens.
It's really helped with exfoliating my body, and my skin feels so incredibly soft!

I'm also going to try to incorporate some yoga or some of these exercises (yeah, I literally searched 'exerise without sweating' >_>) and hope that helps. D:

How do you guys combat cellulite?
Do you have any? D:

I have it in my thighs. But I feel like it's less pronounced since I've started working out. It bothers me a little, but I feel better when I realize that everyone, even skinny people have it.

I don't see it on me. I do have some stretch marks on my bottom and upper thighs though, I hate it. D:

I don't think I have any. Not yet at least. The hair follicle areas in my legs are all like, red though. So I have red spots all over my legs. Something else to worry about lol.

I've always been told that cellulite is a made up term...

I have some, especially on my thighs and butt.

I hate it when I see magazines that have zoomed in photos of celebrity "cellulite". Almost every woman has a little bit if they have any body fat. I don't have any but I'm not scared of it.

Most people have it. It just happens.
The problem is that I know a lot of people who have it don't work out often. You can eat right, be a healthy weight, but without some exercise you can still be flabby/bumpy.

Jogging/walking everyday helps a whole lot!

It's what I've been doing + body brushing really helps a lot and it's gotten to the point where I don't care what I'm doing it for, 'cause IT JUST FEELS SO GOOD.
And it makes my skin super soft and amazing~
