how do you ladies feel about yours? what do you do to maintain your weight? i've been overweight for years, and i'm just doing something about it now. i'm in weight watchers now (because my grandma is offering study abroad if i make a "lifestyle change"), just had my first week, i lost 4 pounds. I go to the gym for at least 30 mins Monday through Thursday. I usually stay for about 45. edit: i just found this website (that has weight watchers points value) may give you all some healthy ideas? here

I'm pretty happy with my weight right now, I haven't been at this weight since highschool.
I found once I stopped drinking pop and began drinking alot more water it smoothed things out a bit.
I'd be happy to lose another 5 pounds but it's not completely necessary, I also wouldn't want to lose any boob fat ;-;
I kind of wish I could go to a gym, I had a treadmill and wii fit at home but it's not quite as motivating as a gym. I'd like to lose my tire though.

i do a lot of nothing. i eat horribly. like binge for a week and then eat nothing for like two. i drink and smoke my dinner a a lot. the only exercise i get is biking to class and walking around campus, and running around drunk (?)
but i have a pretty nice body in spite of all that somehow, so iunno.
like right now, my breakfast is coffee and a cigarette. i probably won't eat anything until dinner, if that, especially since i'm trying to get some adderall to study to finish this ******** paper. but yesterday i hit up fast food like 3 times during the day, went to the dining hall twice, drank a ton of non-light beer.
BASICALLY DON'T BE FATHY

I'm completely happy about my weight. I started eating healthier foods around the beginning of senior year -- since then I've gradually lost around 20 pounds. It's stabilized now to 123, and I want to sort of keep it here 'cause it's such a cool number. XD (It is healthy for my height as well -- I'm 5'4".)
I want to begin exercising for the mere fact that it'll just be good for me -- I really want to tone my body, too, because though I am thin, I have jelly here and there WHICH ISN'T BAD. I just want to prevent it from escalating when I get older.
Anyway, food again -- I'm genuinely into healthy food. I find it SO good. We generally have a heaping veggie dish for dinner almost every night, since all of us don't like eating meat. I'm not a veggie/pescetarian, I haven't officially labeled myself -- I just don't like meat. XD SO YEAH, THAT'S ABOUT IT.

i would love to lose 20 pounds, because i know it would put me at a good weight for my height and i'd be wayyy thinner than i am now.

If my body was it's own person I'd punch it in gut and spit in it's face. I hate my weight and I've been struggling.

I'm not happy with my weight but I'm starting to be more comfortable with myself. I go to the gym three times a week and usually I'll do the elliptical for 20-30 minutes, sometimes do weights. It's not a lot but I feel better about myself. I have gotten a lot better at working out, though; I went from being barely able to do a mile in 12 minutes to being able to do one in under 8 minutes. So even if I'm not losing weight, at least I'm improving.
I've been fat all my life though so I don't know what it would feel like to be a more normal weight. I've always wished that I could just start over; have liposuction to get rid of my excess weight, and then I can take better care of myself. But I know that's not going to happen.

I'm fine with my weight. I'm 5'9 and fluctuate around 120 lbs. I'm almost like Fathy, though I don't drink or smoke, but I don't exercise or eat very healthy. I've always been slightly underweight for my age and height, but that doesn't mean I'm healthy or in shape, either. I pretty much get winded if I run like, any time at all for more than 10-15 seconds and often have a coughing fit after. Even walking up a large set of stairs, I don't get super out of breath but it takes me a few moments for my breathing to be regular again. So yeah... I should exercise because skinny doesn't always equal healthy. A lot of my friends tell me they "can't wait for you to get fat once your metabolism slows down." >_>

I've lost a TON of weight since high school and that has helped me be comfortable with myself. The only reason I ever find myself wishing I was thinner is when I go clothes shopping and I see things that are cute but aren't my size. Otherwise I am pretty darn happy with my body. I don't know if I LOVE it but I'm pretty good with it.

I am unhappy, very unhappy about my weight.
I have an unhealthy relationship with food, but I am trying to take that reationship and moderate it a bit and focus on getting better foods in me. I also am lazy.
So my weight problems are my own fault.
I am taking up Zumba and Pilates to help shed it.
ideally I want to lose 50lb. That'll put me at a decent weight for my height.

I have food adiction problems. I eat really well for about a week then ******** lose it and binge, then hate myself, even harm myself for punishment, scream at myself and the cycle begins again, each time promising myself to stick to it
Christmas really ******** me over with depression. Weight just packed back on because I ******** hate dealing with s**t and my mother's fake cheery s**t that she shoves down my throat and the PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T WANT TO COME EVERYONE IS EXPECTING YOU AND IT'S RUDE WHY ARE YOU BEING THIS WAY JUST COME OVER YOU NEED TO SPEND THE HOLIDAY WITH YOUR FAAAAAAAAAAAMILY WHY ARE YOU SO DEPRESSED IT'S SUCH A HAPPY TIME DID YOU BUY SOMETHING FOR ? PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS PLANS and my solution is drinking and eating.
I've tried being bulimic but I don't know how to make myself throw up.
It's like people don't give a ******** about you when you're fat. I tel them that and they're like 'oh that sucks' but you KNOW that they're secretly like "You know it's a good idea you fat ********." to themselves when you walk away.
I don't like it when Brandon touches my stomach. It's so shaming so I move his hand elsewhere.

i'm really happy with my weight. i've gotten much more healthy since we found out about my dairy allergy. this is because before we knew, i would eat a lot of prepackaged meals, but now i can't because 99% of them have dairy in them. that forces me to cook for myself and make healthier decisions. i also can't eat out or eat fast food at all because i follow a rule that if i can't read the ingredients to make sure it has no dairy in it, than i won't eat it.
my exercise consists of 45 minutes of Just Dance 2 everyday and an actual dance fitness class 2 - 3 times a week. pilates sometimes on the weekends if i'm feeling up too it. i honestly have little or no fat to me because it turned into muscle mass.
right now i'm 120lbs at 5'5.5, which my doctor says is perfect for my height, age and build.

Having been underweight most of my life, and now currently a 'healthy' weight, I'm quite proud of myself. At 105 - 110 lbs now, at 5'3", when last year I was under 100lbs.
I love to cook and I love to eat, but I balance that with exercise. I do at least 30 minutes of running a day, and up to an hour of walking (in addition to regular walking). I've decided since the new year I want to explore my area a bit and I've found all these paths and lovely routes and it's just a lot of fun.
I'm probably not the healthiest eater, I just eat what I want to eat. But I don't tend to want to eat unhealthy junk super fat-saturated food anyway, I don't drink carbonated drinks, I don't really snack on anything except dried fruit. So I suppose I'm lucky I've never really been hooked on any of these 'unhealthy' foods.

I'm pretty happy with my weigh, just not my stomach sometimes. But I am a lot happier than I was 2-3 years ago when I weighed almost 130 lbs. I always ate, did nothing, slept a lot. I mean it's not too much different now but I move a bit more, have a job to keep me a bit active, and I eat a little less. I have been drinking more pop though and I want to stop, but with nothing else to drink in the house it makes it a bit hard. I don't even really like the taste of it but it's all we have. I weigh about 110 now and I'm barely 5'1". Supposedly that's underweight but I eat better and take care of myself so I think it's fine. I'm mostly happy with my weight, I just need to get my tummy into shape. lol. :]
