I see you've stumbled upon my little journal here. In this thread you will find Bios for every single one of my Woof! puppies. They are listed in the order that I received them, so new additions would be found towards the end of the journal.

» Personality: Wiley is a young police dog with a sincere passion for his job. He wants nothing more than to live up to the legacy of his father, Shadow, who was killed on the job when Wiley was young. Wiley never considers himself off-duty, and it is rather hard for him to have successful relationships with dogs outside of the Department. He always maintains a bit of professionalism even at home, believing that he should always be prepared for danger. Very rarely does Wiley give himself a chance to relax and be the complete spacey, goofy, bouncy dog he was as a puppy.
However, Wiley was taught by his father that humour is the best weapon a cop can have to defend himself. If you make others happy, you'll be happy. He holds this belief close to his heart, as it was the only lesson his father was able to teach him before. Because of this, Wiley keeps a smile on his face and his tail wagging as long as it is appropriate for the situation. He tries very hard to keep the rest of the Squad's spirits up, and carries a deep sympathy for the victims he meets on the job. He cares very much for his companions, and will do anything to keep them from being hurt or killed in duty like his father was. He is very brave and willing to take risks for the sake of other that not many other cops would take, though such actions has labeled him as being a little too reckless.
Wiley can be a little too sympathetic towards other dogs, so much that it has begun to affect him off-duty. He stresses greatly about becoming emotionally numb like many other K9 cops, as he feels that his sympathy and compassion towards other is his greatest trait. He bottles up these negative thoughts along with many others, unsure of how to confront them. Because he tries hard to keep others from worrying about anything (including about himself) he can become very defensive and agitated when questioned about these feelings.
» History: Wiley lives in a nice house with his human handler. He used to share the house with his parents, but they have both since passed away. His father was killed in the line of duty as a K9 cop. His mother passed a few years later from old age. Wiley was chosen out of his litter to follow in his father's footsteps as a Police Dog of Summerwood and has done so with great passion. He was easy to train and is very passionate about his work. His current goal is to find the dog responsible for killing his father.

» Personality: Purebred and pampered, Ace is a stuck-up jackass. Because of his lineage, Ace thinks himself to be above other dogs. He only associates himself with dogs that he considers as good as him. When he does find someone he deems worth enough to hang out with, Ace spends the whole time bragging about himself. He does not play, or exercise too strenuously to avoid damaging his coat. Ace is aloof and snotty towards dogs he sees as below him (pretty much everyone) and will often make fun of them or simply ignore them altogether.
Ace thinks himself a ladies' man, and is quite good at charming young inexperienced show dogs in the ring. He has won multiple "Best of Breeds" and believes himself to be just that. Ace is a sore loser and will spread rumours of cheating and foul play about anyone that beats him in the ring.
» History: Ace was bred to show. He did not live the life of a normal puppy, instead being spoiled and cared for with expert touch. He has spent his whole life in the ring and considers it his home.

» Personality: Sahara is a free spirit. She loves to run around and play with others. She makes friends easily, and generally gets along with everyone. Sahara is a little ray of sunshine, always smiling and trying to cheer other dogs up. She believes everyone should have a friend, and is always nice to every dog she meets. However, Sahara does have a little bit of a self-esteem issue. She does not take insults well and one tiny side remark can put her in a bad mood for days. Sometimes she will even take offense when someone looks her the wrong way. Sahara is insecure about her looks and is rather hesitant in the show ring.
» History: Sahara was bought from a breeder outside Summerwood and flown into the city. Used to warmer weather and near constant sunshine, she is not used to rain at all. She has had a little trouble getting used to the new climate, but was absolutely delighted to see so many dogs in one place. Sahara has not won any competitions and doubts her future as a show dog.

» Personality: Maverick has two strikingly different personalities. His secret identity, Richard the House Pet, is a goofy, hyper individual who would chase his tail all day if wasn't sleeping. As Richard, he is a complete goon, trips a lot, and has no coordination whatsoever. But when night falls and the strays come out to wreak havoc on Summerwood, Maverick transforms. In "Superhero mode," Maverick has intense focus and agility. His determination and willpower are unequaled. His is quick to jump into a situation, usually without thinking of the consequences. He is extremely reckless. Despite his best efforts to help the police with the outcast problem, Maverick's impulsive behaviour can sometimes make things work.
He is not afraid to kill another dog if it accomplishes the goal of having safer streets. Maverick would never kill without a reason, though sometimes his reasons are petty excuses. This does, however, allow him to act above the law and get things done that cops can't always do.
» History: Richard, as a young pup, witnessed an outcast kill another puppy he had been playing with. Emotionally scarred, he vowed to avenge his friend's death and rid Summerwood of all strays and outcasts. Once he reached his full size, he took on the role of the Mighty Maverick.

» Personality: Justus does not like other dogs. Nor does he like humans. He is very antisocial, and will do his best to ignore you, or even to chase you away. He is untrusting of other dogs and sees humans as a cruel and restrictive. Justus views all house pets and show ring dogs as naive and disgusting. He has some tolerance for hunters, police dogs, and sled dogs because of their strength.
» History: Grew up on the streets. After his mother disappeared, Justus grew up quickly. He never learned how to make friends, and has no desire to have any.

» Personality: Seralinda is a b***h. She gets her kicks out of insulting others and putting them down. She is not manipulative or sneaky; she simply tries to destroy your self-esteem. Sera does not need to be provoked to verbally attack someone. In fact, she will, on a regular basis, seek out people to put down. Be warned if you end up on the receiving end of her fury. Sera is very athletic and can certainly hold her own in a fight. Anyone who tries anything with her will be in for a nasty surprise from both her and her posse she hangs out with.
Stemming from her abandonment as a pup, Sera tries to make herself feel better by being a bully, and so far she has been quite successful. Unfortunately, Sera does not realize that this is the cause of her behavior and actually takes pride in what she does. She has turned into a rather twisted individual. The bullying that once made her feel better now gives her a sick sense of pleasure and satisfaction. Sera is not sadistic in any way, she just likes seeing others feel discourages (especially her Flyball competition)
As for the people she does like, Sera is quite “nice” to them. She does not insult them and will always provide back-up if one of them gets into trouble. She is also a major flirt and will hit on any male she deems attractive enough. While Sera does not believe in monogamy, she does believe in having one steady man that she can always depend on to indulge her every whims. This being said, you do NOT want to come between her and her man.
Sera has a soft spot for pups. Especially pups that have been adopted/abandoned. SHE WILL NEVER ADMIT TO THIS OUT LOUD. Rather, Sera refuses to bully a pup and tells her posse that “pups are fragile toys. If you break them now, you can’t play with them later.” (Even though she really doesn’t mean it.)
» History: Seralinda was bred to be a show dog, but due to her unruly personality as a pup she ended up in a shelter. Traumatized and deeply hurt from the experience, Sera obeyed her new owner's every command. Her owner then pampered her and spoiled her to the point where Sera believed she was better than the rest, and that her abandonment was a mistake. This belief and the trauma of her abandonment led to her bullying behaviour, which now is her defining quality.
After being adopted, Sera began to train as a Flyball dog. Flyball (and her looks) is her entire life, and she will not tolerate anyone being better at it than she is. (This includes her own team members.)
