Because some of the shinigami (Raine for example) are complete morons and think they can outrank the girls!

~Make sure that everyone has fun and no boys show up.
~Out-populate them.
~Out-smart them!
~Out-fight them!
~ANNIHILATE THEM!!!

Raine is my Lieutenant. I admit I don't know all his tricks, but considering our infamous prank wars I think I'm pretty up to par. Plus, Momo said it best, show the men whose running the Seireitei.

Well if I said it on my application form then there would be no surprises later~.
(Hisana I thought I told you not to touch the kido cannon. )

I've been called Cap'n, Captain, Ruka, Ru, Ruru, The Child of Flame (apparently a title from a hollow, don't ask)... and others I probably can't remember. Honestly I don't mind what I'm called, I like adding new nicknames to my list.

The only thing that gets me mad ever.....is when the men really under estimate the women OR when they think Squad four captain's cant fight or have fun... that really angers me XD!!
