Is anyone else like me, a night owl? Im usually awake from 12 AM-7AM, then 'nap' till noon. After that, Im good till 10 PM, sometimes with another nap. I was like this when I was born. Ive turned into my grandma, strangely enough.

Definite night owl. I'm usually awake from around 9 or 10 pm to noon... though sometimes I'll go to sleep in the late morning hours.

Sounds like me but most of my sleeping is afternoon.
I'm awake from 11pm to 5pm then I sleep until from 5pm to 11pm.
So, I'm awake all night and all morning but sleep in the afternoon.
I feel I'm at my most alert, cognitive, and creative around 3am.

My sleeping hours range around 2-3am to 9 or 10am. Unless I have a morning shift at work or some pre-set engagement that requires me to be up early then I will TRY to go to bed sooner but usually fails. And there have been moments where I have gone 3 days without sleep but that's another thing. Night owl for sure, I prefer roaming the world at night. twisted

The sun is over rated. I normally wake up about 8PM.

I have no specific time frame. There are days where I sleep all day and stay up all night. If I have to work that particular day, then I'm up all day and night. Now, if I'm pulling a double, I get thrown off completely as to staying up all night, all day, all night again, and then crashing for a whole day and night. My body has a mind of it's own and tends to follow it's own time. stare I've learned that no matter how hard you try though, you cannot -make- yourself go to sleep. Just won't happen. You'll be in bed fighting with yourself and losing. Thank god I have Gaia and a night owl or two to keep me company when those times hit.

I'm just the same. I get up mid afternoon and go to sleep sometime after dawn. I don't want to change.

When I am in my natural sleep patterns, I'm up by 9am or sleep in til noon, hit a creative streak about 10 pm and will work til 7am or so. Until I can make enough to support my natural, I'm forced daytime hours so I'm always tired.
Unless I am sick though, I cannot fall asleep (even with aids) until after 12am.
