i swap out all of Morrigan's clothes for woolen long underwear (-2) and let WhatDog roll around in the mud

XD I give Morrigan's new outfit a soft velvet lining and bedazzle it. (+1)
I replace Whynne's staff with a paper mache look-alike and "forget" to tell her when I bring her into the deep roads with the remaining companions. (-2)

I just want to remind you guys that you can HEAL for only 1 point, while you can hurt for 2.
Not the other way around, for obvious purpose (mainly the fact it might get impossible to kill a character)
