So I would love for his markings to be similar, if possible some little star accesories (maybe an earing or braclet or something?) and a little medicine bag by his paws. Actual design is up to you but here is one for inspiration if you need it Medicine Bag. Stars loved - especially since both names are stars, and Regulus uses the stars in his RPs to find his patients and those in need of his healing. So stars are important to the pair.

~If you can fit a collar *the black one* around his neck, that would be great<3. If not, maybe have it hanging from his mouth x3?
~Also, if its not too much, maybe small white wings coming from his back sweatdrop . ....Nibbler is no longer with us u__u. None of those cats in the pictures are except the bigger one twt.Maybe if the wings were as big as from the lions toes to his wrist. Or if those would be too big, a little bigger then his ears x'3.
~If you can not do the wings, maybe a small halo hanging from his ear nwn. or something that looks like a halo hehe.
~Instead of the circle pendant on the necklace at his paws, I would like this :3.
